Abstract
The invention discloses a flowing agent for rubber products and a preparation method thereof, wherein the flowing agent for the rubber products comprises the following raw material components: the raw material components comprise: 35-70 parts of natural palmitic acid, 15-30 parts of palmitic soap, 10-25 parts of fatty acid ester, 5-18 parts of fatty amide, 10-25 parts of palm wax and 20-50 parts of calcium zinc salt of fatty acid, wherein the parts are in parts by mass. The flowing agent for the rubber product is environment-friendly and low in smell; the rubber has good lubricating effect on rubber macromolecules in the mixing process, reduces frictional heat generation among polymer molecules, prevents materials from being dead, and obviously reduces the energy consumption of rubber mixing; the paint has good infiltration and dispersion effects on fillers such as carbon black and the like, and effectively avoids uneven dispersion caused by filler accumulation; obviously reduces the Mooney viscosity and the fluidity of the rubber material, and effectively improves the processability; the product is easy to disperse in rubber and does not bloom; the safety of the rubber material is improved, the positive vulcanization time of the process is shortened, and the vulcanization degree is improved; the improvement of the strength and the aging resistance of the sizing material is promoted.

Background
The rubber industry is one of the important basic industries of national economy, and rubber products are widely applied to various industries and become an indispensable part of daily life.
In the production of rubber, a plurality of procedures such as banburying, open milling, calendering, extruding, demoulding and the like are required, wherein the problems of operation such as roll sticking, rotor sticking, mould sticking and the like, poor dispersion, bubble generation of products and the like are encountered, stearic acid is generally used for improving the problems, but the stearic acid is used in an amount exceeding 1.5PHR, delayed vulcanization is caused by excessive use, the improving effect is limited, and the phenomenon of blooming and whitening is sometimes caused.

The method improves the vulcanization degree, promotes the improvement of the strength and the aging resistance of the sizing material, and the applicant believes that synergistic promotion effect is generated among the material components and between the material components and the sizing material, so that the mooney viscosity is reduced, the operability is improved, the dispersibility and the uniformity of the material are improved, the crosslinking of the sizing material is promoted, the crosslinking degree is enhanced, and the strength and the aging resistance of the sizing material are further improved.

As can be seen from the above table, the addition of the flow agent of the present application effectively reduces the Mooney viscosity and improves the processability; from the data of the vulcanization characteristic, the addition of the flow agent reduces the minimum rheological torque, improves the fluidity, prolongs the scorching time, improves the safety of rubber materials, shortens the positive vulcanization time of the process, improves the vulcanization degree, and has delay for competitive products; according to the data of the performance of the vulcanized rubber material, the hardness of the rubber material is almost unchanged by adding the dispersing agent; the tensile strength, the tearing strength and the aging resistance are all superior to competitive products and blanks; no frost coating, no roller sticking and no bubble; the environment-friendly and low-odor rubber mixing agent has the advantages that friction and heat generation among polymer molecules are reduced, dead materials are prevented, and rubber mixing energy consumption is remarkably reduced; the filler has good infiltration and dispersion effects on fillers such as carbon black and the like, so that the dispersion unevenness caused by filler accumulation is effectively avoided, and the dispersion performance of the filler is remarkably improved; the traditional steel strip cooling transmission mode can be directly adopted, the operation is simple and convenient, the occupied area is small, and the working environment is clean; is especially suitable for rubber products such as tire tread rubber, automobile shock absorption parts, conveying belts, soles and the like.

the fatty amide is octadecyl erucamide, ethylene bisstearic acid amide and oleyl palmitamide in a mass ratio of 1: (0.8-1.2): 1;
the fatty acid calcium zinc salt is prepared from zinc stearate, calcium stearate, magnesium stearate and sodium stearate in a mass ratio of 1: (3-5): (0.2-0.5): (0.1-0.3).
