The rotating mechanism 2 is arranged in the middle of the conveying frame 1, and the turnover mechanism 3 is arranged on two sides of the conveying frame 1. The rotating mechanism 2 comprises a rotating disk 5, a rotating motor 6 and a supporting frame 51, the rotating disk 5 is installed in the middle of the conveying frame 1, the rotating motor 6 is installed at the lower end of the rotating disk 5, the supporting frame 51 is installed on the rotating motor 6, and fixing rods 7 are arranged at two ends of the supporting frame 51. When the rotating disc 5 needs to be lowered, the rotating motor 6 rotates in reverse, so that the drum 8 moves on the lifting member, reaches the second notch 21 of the second stop 19, the rotating disc 5 is also reset by the elastic force of the spring 16, and the drum 8 pushes the second stop 19 so that the blocking portion 14 abuts against the supporting frame 51.
The turnover mechanism 3 comprises a fixed seat 22, a turnover motor 23 and a turnover part 24, the fixed seat 22 is installed at the rear end of the conveying frame 1, the turnover motor 23 is installed on the fixed seat 22, a rotating shaft 25 is arranged in the middle of the fixed seat 22, the rotating shaft 25 is connected with the turnover motor 23 through a belt 26, the turnover part 24 is installed at two sides of the conveying frame 1, the turnover part 24 is provided with an installation opening 27 and a blocking part 28, one side of the turnover part 24 is provided with a rotating motor 29, the rotating motor 29 is arranged at two sides of the installation opening 27, the rotating motor 29 is provided with a rotating shaft 30, the rotating shaft 30 extends into the installation opening, the rotating shaft 30 is provided with a fixed part 31, the fixed part 31 is provided with a pulling part 32, the pulling part 32 is provided with a first limiting roller 33 and a second limiting roller 34, an elastic band 35 is arranged between the first limiting roller 33 and the second limiting roller 34, and two ends of the elastic band 35 are fixed on the inner wall of the mounting opening 27.
The fixing member 31 has a mounting groove 36, the pulling member 32 has a mounting portion 37, the mounting portion 37 is disposed in the mounting groove 36 in a matching manner, the mounting groove 36 has a first limiting hole 38, the mounting portion 37 has a second limiting hole 39, and the first limiting hole 38 and the second limiting hole 39 are correspondingly disposed and fixed by a bolt 40. The first limiting hole 38 and the second limiting hole 39 are adjusted to be at different positions, so that the pulling part can be placed at different positions, and the pushed elastic bands 35 are different in height and suitable for mattresses with different heights.
The turnover mechanism 3 firstly rotates the rotating motor 29, rotates the fixing member 31 out of the mounting opening 27, moves the elastic band 35 out of the mounting opening 27, then the rotating mechanism 2 starts to rotate again, so that the two ends of the mattress enter the lower ends of the elastic band 35, and then the rotating motor 29 rotates to press the two ends of the mattress through the elastic band 35. The turning motor 3 rotates again at this moment, and drives the rotating shaft 25 through the belt 36, so that the turning piece 24 drives the mattress to rotate 180 degrees, and then falls on the second conveying frame 4 for conveying.

The conveying mechanism for the mattress according to claim 1, wherein the fixing member has a mounting groove thereon, the pulling member has a mounting portion thereon, the mounting portion is disposed in the mounting groove in a matching manner, the mounting groove has a first limiting hole thereon, the mounting portion has a second limiting hole thereon, and the first limiting hole and the second limiting hole are disposed correspondingly and fixed by bolts.
