Claims (10)

1. An intelligent garbage classification system is characterized by comprising a garbage data processing center, a garbage transportation and collection device and a garbage data application device; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the garbage data processing center is respectively connected with the garbage transportation and collection device and the garbage data application device, comprises an SQL database, a data analysis server, a report generation server and a user management server, and is used for performing data storage, data analysis, statistical report generation and user management on the garbage data reported to the garbage data processing center and sending the processed application data to the garbage data application device;
the garbage transporting and collecting device comprises an intelligent garbage collecting point and an intelligent garbage transporting vehicle and is used for realizing garbage collection, garbage treatment and transportation and garbage data acquisition and report; the intelligent garbage collection point comprises an intelligent open-cover garbage can, a circular rotating garbage station, cameras, a picture identification chip and a wireless router, wherein the cameras, the picture identification chip and the wireless router are respectively and fixedly arranged on the intelligent open-cover garbage can and the circular rotating garbage station and are used for collecting garbage, shooting and identifying garbage pictures, shooting artificial garbage throwing videos, collecting garbage throwing time and places and reporting collected garbage data to the garbage data processing center in a wireless mode; the garbage data comprises garbage pictures, garbage classification judgment data, garbage throwing video data and garbage throwing time and place data; the intelligent garbage transport vehicle comprises a garbage can scanner, an automatic forklift and a garbage compression hydraulic device and is used for realizing garbage can scanning and identifying, automatic garbage transport and garbage hydraulic treatment;
the garbage data application device comprises a knowledge base module, and the knowledge base module is used for managing garbage classification knowledge and artificially putting garbage monitoring data.
2. The intelligent garbage classification system of claim 1 wherein the knowledge base module comprises:
the classification rule management unit is used for storing and managing the garbage classification rules;
the garbage attribute management unit is used for managing pictures, outlines, data characteristics, purposes, harmfulness and corresponding processing modes of various types of garbage;
the garbage feature learning unit is used for performing data feature learning on each garbage type by using a preset machine learning algorithm so as to improve the garbage classification accuracy;
and the garbage putting monitoring unit is used for managing the time, the place, the garbage types, the garbage pictures, the garbage picture identification data and the garbage classification consistency rate of the individual users for putting garbage.

The intelligent garbage classification system according to claim 2, wherein the garbage data application device further comprises a data analysis module, and the data analysis module is used for realizing user registration and authentication management, garbage classification judgment, detection of garbage throwing abnormal behaviors of individuals and all levels of environmental protection departments, analysis of garbage throwing behaviors of individuals and all levels of environmental protection departments, management of garbage related knowledge and expert data analysis.
4. The intelligent garbage classification system of claim 3 wherein the data analysis module comprises:
the personal user registration and authentication management unit is used for realizing video identification, face identification registration, identity card registration, mobile phone number registration and identity authentication management of a personal user;
the garbage classification judging unit is used for managing garbage classification judging data corresponding to personal lost garbage reported by the intelligent garbage collecting point and supplementing or correcting garbage pictures in the garbage attribute management unit;
the individual user garbage throwing behavior detection unit is used for detecting the garbage throwing abnormal behavior of the individual user based on a preset trend decomposition or pattern recognition algorithm;
the individual user garbage throwing behavior analysis unit is used for predicting the garbage classification knowledge mastering degree, the historical behavior, the trend behavior and the environmental protection contribution capacity of the individual user based on a preset clustering analysis algorithm and in combination with the time sequence;
the system comprises a garbage throwing behavior detection unit of each level of administrative region, a garbage throwing behavior detection unit of each level of administrative region and a garbage throwing behavior detection unit of each level of administrative region, wherein the garbage throwing behavior detection unit is used for detecting the garbage throwing abnormal behavior of each level of administrative region based on a preset trend decomposition or pattern recognition algorithm;
the garbage throwing behavior analysis unit of each level of jurisdiction is used for predicting the garbage classification current situation and trend behavior of each level of environmental protection department jurisdiction based on a preset cluster analysis algorithm and combining a time sequence and giving an alarm and early warning scheme on the garbage classification problem aiming at each level of environmental protection department jurisdiction;
and the relevant knowledge management and expert analysis unit is used for managing relevant knowledge bases and expert analysis data based on a garbage classification policy, garbage knowledge, garbage putting behaviors, individual user garbage classification management files, garbage classification management files of environmental protection departments at all levels, an automatic auxiliary charging system and a reward and punishment system.

The intelligent garbage classification system according to claim 1, wherein the garbage data application device further comprises a report output module, and the report output module is used for realizing the generation of environmental protection reports for individual users and users of environmental protection departments at all levels; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the report output module comprises a personal user environment-friendly report generation unit and all levels of environment-friendly department report generation units, wherein the personal user environment-friendly report generation unit is used for generating a column diagram report with broken lines, which comprises the weight, the type, the frequency and the score of the garbage of a personal user; and the report generation unit of each environmental protection department is used for generating a report with a broken line histogram, which comprises the weight, the type, the evaluation rate and the score of garbage collection in the jurisdiction of each environmental protection department.

The intelligent garbage classification system according to claim 1, wherein the garbage data application device further comprises an environmental public number module, the environmental public number module comprising a garbage classification knowledge promotion unit, a user garbage classification delivery monitoring unit and a user management unit; the garbage classification knowledge unit is used for publicizing and popularizing garbage classification knowledge and pushing the garbage classification knowledge to a user; the user garbage classified putting monitoring unit is used for displaying the garbage classified consistency rate and the garbage putting abnormal condition of the user; the user management unit is used for managing registered user information and comprises an environment-friendly public number personal interface, environment-friendly department interfaces at all levels of the environment-friendly public number and administrator interfaces at all levels of the environment-friendly public number.
7. The intelligent garbage classification system according to claim 2, wherein the preset machine learning algorithm is one of decision tree, naive bayes, logistic regression, KNN, random forest.
8. An intelligent garbage classification implementation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
garbage collection, garbage treatment and transportation and garbage data acquisition and report are realized through a garbage transportation and collection device;
performing data storage, data analysis, statistical form generation and user management on the garbage data reported by the garbage transportation and collection device through a garbage data processing center, and sending processed application data to the garbage data application device;
and receiving the processed application data through a garbage data application device, managing garbage classification knowledge and artificially putting garbage monitoring data.
9. The intelligent garbage classification implementation method according to claim 8, further comprising:
the user registration and authentication management, the garbage classification judgment, the detection of the abnormal garbage throwing behaviors of individuals and all levels of environmental protection department jurisdictions, the analysis of the garbage throwing behaviors of individuals and all levels of environmental protection department jurisdictions, the management of garbage related knowledge and the analysis of expert data and the generation of the environmental protection reports of the individual users and all levels of environmental protection department users are realized through the garbage data application device.

The intelligent garbage classification implementation method according to claim 8, wherein the garbage transporting and collecting device comprises an intelligent garbage transporting vehicle and an intelligent garbage collecting point; the garbage data processing center comprises an SQL database, a data analysis server, a report generation server and a user management server; the garbage data application device comprises a knowledge base module, a data analysis module and a report output module.
