Background
Roller chain is a type of power chain used in transmission machinery, is a type of chain drive, and is widely used in home, industrial, and agricultural machinery, including conveyors, plotters, printing machines, automobiles, motorcycles, and bicycles. It is a simple, reliable and high-efficiency power transmission device, which is connected together by a series of short cylindrical roller chains and driven by a gear called chain wheel. The roller chain is composed of an inner chain plate, an outer chain plate, a pin shaft, a sleeve and a roller. The inner chain plate and the sleeve, and the outer chain plate and the pin shaft are in interference fit; the roller is in clearance fit with the sleeve, and the sleeve is in clearance fit with the pin shaft. When the chain wheel is in work, the inner chain link and the outer chain link can be bent relatively, the sleeve can rotate freely around the pin shaft, and the roller is sleeved on the sleeve to reduce abrasion between the chain and the chain wheel. To reduce weight and equalize strength of each section, the inner and outer link plates are often made in a "8" shape. The chain components are made of carbon or alloy steel and are typically heat treated to achieve strength and hardness. Roller chain can be coiled earlier with the chain and twine into the platykurtic at the transfer process, then stacks the chain of a plurality of windings together in the box, but because the chain does not fix, consequently scatters easily in the transportation, leads to the chain winding together, and is extremely inconvenient when taking.

Referring to fig. 1-8, a transfer device for roller chains comprises a box body 1, and two positioning rods 2 are vertically fixed in the box body 1. The upper end of the box body 1 is provided with a box cover 3, and the box cover 3 is fixed with the box body 1 through a hasp 4. The lower end of the box cover 3 is fixed with a row of upper fixing columns 5 and a row of lower fixing columns 6, the upper fixing columns 5 and the lower fixing columns 6 are respectively sleeved with a limiting sleeve 7, and the limiting sleeves 7 are respectively in threaded connection with the upper fixing columns 5 and the lower fixing columns 6. More than two elastic belts 8 are arranged between the upper fixing column 5 and the lower fixing column 6, one end of each elastic belt 8 is fixed with the first hook 9, the other end of each elastic belt 8 is fixed with the hanging ring 10, the first hook 9 is hooked on the upper fixing column 5, the hanging ring 10 is sleeved on the lower fixing column 6, and the limiting sleeve 7 is used for preventing the first hook 9 and the hanging ring 10 from falling off. Two first sliding blocks 11 are respectively sleeved on the elastic band 8, and inserting columns 12 are fixed on the first sliding blocks 11.

The inclined plate type power transmission device further comprises a placing plate 24, a sliding rail 25 is fixed at the upper end of the placing plate 24, and an included angle between the moving wheel 14 and the bottom plate 13 is 45 degrees, namely, an included angle between the inclined plate 16 and the bottom plate 13 is 45 degrees. The driving mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder 29, a mounting groove 30 is formed in the upper end of the bottom plate 13, the hydraulic cylinder 29 is mounted in the mounting groove 30, a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 29 is fixed to a connecting plate 45, more than two supporting rods 31 are fixed to the connecting plate 45, one end, far away from the connecting plate 45, of each supporting rod 31 is fixed to a second hook 32, and the second hook 32 is hooked on the connecting rod 28. When the hydraulic cylinder 29 is started, the hydraulic cylinder 29 can drive the connecting plate 45 and the supporting rod 31 to move in the horizontal direction, the supporting rod 31 drives the connecting rod 28 and the rotating shaft 15 to move, and the rotating shaft 15 drives the moving wheel 14 to move along the sliding rail 25.

One end of the box body 1, which is far away from the push plate 17, is fixed with a base 40, the base 40 is fixed at the upper end of the winding column 22, the base 40 is connected with the winding column 22 through threads, a hinge seat 41 is fixed on the base 40, and the hinge seat 41 is hinged with one end of the pull rod 39. The other end of the pull rod 39 is provided with a third hook 42, and the third hook 42 is hooked on the hanging hole. A fixing strap 43 is installed on the sidewall of the box body 1 and above the base 40, the fixing strap 43 is used for fixing the pull rod 39, and the fixing strap 43 may be a fastening strap or a buckle strap.
The working principle is as follows: when the chain 44 needs to be placed in the box 1, the box 1 is pushed onto the placing plate 24, and the moving wheels 14 are engaged with the slide rails 25. The second hook 32 is hooked on the connecting rod 28, then the fixing band 43 is opened, and the pull rod 39 is rotated, so that the third hook 42 is hooked on the hanging hole. The hydraulic cylinder 29 and the motor 37 are started, the hydraulic cylinder 29 drives the connecting rod 28 to push the moving wheel 14, the moving wheel 14 drives the box body 1 to gradually approach the side plate 33, the motor 37 drives the second sliding block 38 to upwards move along the sliding groove 36, the second sliding block 38 drives the pull rod 39 to upwards move, the pull rod 39 drives the box body 1 to upwards rotate until the box body 1 is gradually turned over by 90 degrees, the push plate 17 is parallel to the placing plate 24, and the supporting columns 27 are clamped with the sliding rails 25.
The hydraulic cylinder 29 and the motor 37 are stopped, the box cover 3 is opened, the pull rod 39 is removed, and then the two elastic belts 8 are laid on the side wall of the box body 1 where the winding posts 22 are arranged, and the elastic belts 8 are positioned between the two winding posts 22. Then one end of the chain 44 is sleeved on the winding column 22 provided with the limiting column 23, the limiting column 23 extends into a gap of the chain 44, the chain 44 is convenient to fix, then the chain 44 is wound and coiled together around the two winding columns 22, after the chain 44 is wound, the chain 44 is fixed by the elastic band 8, the first hook 9 is hooked on the hanging ring 10, and the first hook 9 and the hanging ring 10 can be plugged into a gap in the middle of the wound flat chain 44, so that the phenomenon that the arrangement of the previous layer of chain 44 is influenced by the protrusion of the first hook 9 is avoided. Then the fixed chain 44 is put into the box body 1, so that the positioning column extends into the gap in the middle of the flat chain 44. According to the thickness of the wound chain 44, the handle 21 is rotated, the handle 21 drives the screw 20 to rotate, the support plate 19 is lifted to contact with the bottom of the chain 44, the function of supporting the chain 44 is achieved, and the scattering of the chain 44 can be prevented. When the next fixed chain 44 is placed, only the previous chain 44 needs to be pushed to the bottom of the box body 1, the chain 44 cannot fall to the bottom of the box body 1 under the action of gravity, and the chain 44 can be prevented from directly falling to the bottom of the box body 1 under the action of gravity to cause damage when the open end of the box body 1 is upward.
After the placing chain 44 is finished, the box cover 3 is covered.
