The document lifting mechanism 4 is used for bearing the paper documents which are scanned by the document scanning mechanism 1 and lifting the scanned paper documents to the NG document exit mechanism 5 or to the side part of the paper bag suction mechanism 3, referring to the figure 7, and comprises a document lifting Z-axis module 4-1 fixed on the outer frame mechanism 12, the scanning paper lifting mechanism comprises a scanning paper tray 4-2 in sliding fit with a document lifting Z-axis module 4-1 and a scanning paper stop block 4-3 corresponding to the paper outlet end of the document scanning mechanism 1, wherein the document lifting Z-axis module 4-1 is fixed on an outer frame mechanism 12 through a document lifting module fixing plate 4-6, the scanning paper tray 4-2 is fixed on a document lifting Z-axis sliding block 4-4 through a document lifting rib plate 4-5, and the scanning paper stop block 4-3 is fixed on the document lifting module fixing plate 4-6. When the document scanning mechanism 1 scans a paper document, the paper document enters the scanning paper tray 4-2, and the front end of the paper document is blocked by the scanning paper stopper 4-3, the control system judges whether the scanning document is qualified, if the scanning document is unqualified, the document lifting mechanism 4 lifts the unqualified paper document to the NG document exit mechanism 5, if the scanning document is qualified, the document lifting mechanism 4 descends to the position of the paper bag suction mechanism 3 for sucking the paper bag, and the paper pushing mechanism 6 pushes the paper document in the document lifting mechanism 4 to an empty paper bag on the paper bag suction mechanism 3.
The paper pushing mechanism 6 is used for pushing the paper documents in the document lifting mechanism 4 into empty paper bags sucked by the paper bag sucking mechanism 3, and as shown in fig. 9, comprises a paper pushing X-axis module 6-1 fixed on the outer frame mechanism 12 and a paper pushing block 6-2 in sliding fit with the paper pushing X-axis module 6-1, wherein the paper pushing X-axis module 6-1 is fixed on the outer frame mechanism 12 through a paper pushing mechanism module fixing plate 6-3.
The paper bag label outlet mechanism 7 is used for printing labels and recycling label base paper, and comprises two fourth supporting plates 7-1 which are fixed on an outer frame mechanism 12 and are arranged in parallel, a fourth drawer guide rail 7-2 which is fixed on the inner side of the fourth supporting plate 7-1, a fourth drawer plate 7-3 which is in sliding fit with the two fourth drawer guide rails 7-2, and a label printer 7-4 which is arranged on the fourth drawer plate 7-3, wherein the inner end of the fourth supporting plate 7-1 is provided with a sixth proximity sensor 7-5, the sixth proximity sensor 7-5 is in signal connection with a control system to judge the position of the label printer 7-4, and a magnet is arranged at the inner end of the fourth supporting plate 7-1 so as to be convenient for adsorbing and fixing the fourth drawer plate 7-3, thereby avoiding the displacement of the label printer 7-4. A fourth handle 7-8 is provided on the fourth drawer panel 7-3 to facilitate pulling the label printer 7-4 out of the apparatus for servicing.

The paper bag labeling mechanism 8 is used for sticking printed labels to paper bags filled with paper documents, and comprises a paper bag labeling X-axis module 8-1 fixed on the outer frame mechanism 12, a paper bag labeling Z-axis module 8-2 in sliding fit with the paper bag labeling X-axis module 8-1, and a label sucking mechanism in sliding fit with the paper bag labeling Z-axis module 8-2, wherein the paper bag labeling X-axis module 8-1 is fixed on the outer frame mechanism 12 through a paper bag labeling fixing plate 8-11.
The label absorbing mechanism comprises a label absorbing fixed block 8-4 fixed on a paper bag labeling sliding block 8-3 of a paper bag labeling Z-axis module 8-2, a label absorbing sliding rail 8-5 arranged on the paper bag labeling sliding block 8-3, a label absorbing sliding block 8-6 in sliding fit with the label absorbing sliding rail 8-5, a connecting block 8-7 fixed on the label absorbing sliding block 8-6, a label absorbing block 8-8 fixed at the lower end of the connecting block 8-7, and an adjusting rod 8-9 arranged between the label absorbing fixed block 8-4 and the connecting block 8-7, wherein the upper end of the adjusting rod 8-9 is fixed on the label absorbing fixed block 8-4, the lower end of the adjusting rod 8-9 penetrates through the connecting block 8-7, and a spring 8-10 is sleeved on the part of the adjusting rod 8-9, which is positioned between the label absorbing fixed block, the adjusting rod 8-9 and the spring 8-10 are arranged, when the label sucking block 8-8 is in contact with the paper bag, the label sucking block 8-8 can play a role in buffering, the label sucking block 8-8 is pressed on the paper bag all the time, and therefore the label is attached to the paper bag tightly. The lower end of the label suction block 8-8 is provided with a plurality of label suction holes, a negative pressure channel for communicating the label suction holes is arranged in the label suction block 8-8, the upper end of the label suction block 8-8 is provided with a negative pressure port 8-8a, the negative pressure port 8-8a is connected to a vacuum pump through a pipeline (not shown), and a vacuum negative pressure meter 13 and a vacuum electromagnetic valve 14 are arranged on the pipeline.

Referring to fig. 15, the edge folding mechanism 9-4 comprises two bearing seats 9-4a installed at the lower end of the lower sucker fixing plate 9-2, a rotating shaft 9-4b supported by a bearing in the bearing seat 9-4a, two edge folding pieces arranged on the rotating shaft 9-4b, a motor 9-4e in transmission connection with one axial end of the rotating shaft 9-4b and driving the rotating shaft 9-4b to rotate, an induction sheet 9-4f arranged at the other axial end of the rotating shaft 9-4b, a first edge folding sensor 9-4g for inducing the first state of the rotating shaft 9-4b, and a second edge folding sensor 9-4h for inducing the second state of the rotating shaft 9-4b, wherein the first edge folding sensor 9-4g and the second edge folding sensor 9-4h are in signal connection with a control system, and the first edge folding sensor 9-4g and the second edge folding sensor 9-4h pass through a sensor support 9-4i is fixed on the side part of the lower sucker fixing plate 9-2, a motor 9-4e is fixed on the side part of the lower sucker fixing plate 9-2 through a motor fixing block 9-4j, and the edge folding piece comprises an L-shaped edge folding connecting block 9-4c and an edge folding pressing block 9-4d fixed on the edge folding connecting block 9-4 c. the paper bag translation flanging mechanism is matched with the paper bag suction mechanism to open an empty paper bag, complete the flanging of the opening of the paper bag and translate the paper bag filled with the paper document to the paper bag labeling mechanism;
the finished product paper bag mechanism is used for bearing a finished product paper bag subjected to labeling;
