an emergency braking unit and a steering unit;
the emergency braking unit and the steering unit are both arranged on the upper surface of the handrail;
the emergency braking unit is coupled with the vehicle control unit and used for sending a braking signal to the vehicle control unit so that the vehicle control unit reduces the traveling speed of the vehicle according to the braking signal;
the steering unit is coupled with the vehicle control unit and used for sending a steering signal to the vehicle control unit so that the vehicle control unit controls the traveling direction of the vehicle according to the steering signal.
