step two: the printed paper box moves in the drying and conveying chamber 2 along with the conveying belt 7, the dust suction fan 9 works and sucks air in the drying and conveying chamber 2 through the connecting pipe 10 and the dust suction cover 11 to suck dust in the drying and conveying chamber 2, the guide frame 8 guides and limits the movement of the paper box, and after the paper box moves to the front end of the drying and heating chamber 5 along with the conveying belt 7, the paper box enters a plurality of groups of air blowing and drying components 18 to be blown and dried;

When the carton drying machine is used, a printed carton is placed on the feeding table assembly 1, the driving motor 34 is electrified to work to drive the third chain wheel 35 to rotate, the third chain wheel 35 drives the second chain wheel 32 and the first connecting shaft 30 to rotate through the transmission chain, the first connecting shaft 30 drives the first chain wheel 31 to rotate, and the first chain wheel 31 drives the chain 6 to rotate, so that the conveying belt 7 is driven to convey the carton, and the printed carton is conveyed into the drying conveying chamber 2 from the feeding table assembly 1; the printed paper box moves in the drying and conveying chamber 2 along with the conveying belt 7, the dust suction fan 9 works and sucks air in the drying and conveying chamber 2 through the connecting pipe 10 and the dust suction cover 11 to suck dust in the drying and conveying chamber 2, the guide frame 8 guides and limits the movement of the paper box, and after the paper box moves to the front end of the drying and heating chamber 5 along with the conveying belt 7, the paper box enters a plurality of groups of air blowing and drying components 18 to be blown and dried; the heating box 16 is electrified to work and heats the air in the drying and heating chamber 5, the drying fan 17 blows the air, the filter 15 arranged at the inlet of the heating box 16 filters the air, the heated air enters the annular branch pipe 182 through the air inlet pipe 181 and is sprayed out through a plurality of groups of exhaust nozzles 183 evenly arranged on the annular branch pipe 182, the carton conveyed on the conveying belt 7 is dried by blowing, meanwhile, the electrothermal pipe 22 is electrified to work and heats the outer roller sleeve 23, the driving cylinder 12 is driven to work and drive the mounting rack 13 at two sides to move towards the carton, so that the surface of the drying roller 19 is in sliding fit with the outer side of the carton, and the outer roller sleeve 23 after being heated is used for auxiliary drying of the surface of the carton.

A carton printing and drying device is characterized by comprising a feeding table assembly (1), a drying and conveying chamber (2), a discharging table assembly (3), a dust removing chamber (4), a drying and heating chamber (5), a chain (6), a conveying belt (7), a guide frame (8), a dust suction fan (9), a connecting pipe (10), a dust suction hood (11), a driving air cylinder (12), an installation frame (13), an installation plate (14), a heating box (16), a drying fan (17), a blowing and drying assembly (18) and a drying roller (19); the feeding table assembly (1) and the discharging table assembly (3) are respectively arranged on two sides of the drying conveying chamber (2), the feeding table assembly (1) and the discharging table assembly (3) are in transmission connection through two groups of chains (6), a conveying belt (7) is arranged between the two groups of chains (6), the dust removal chamber (4) and the drying heating chamber (5) are arranged on the rear side of the drying conveying chamber (2) side by side, the dust removal chamber (4) is located on one side close to the feeding table assembly (1), and the drying heating chamber (5) is located on one side close to the discharging table assembly (3);
the guide frame (8) is installed on one side, close to the feeding table assembly (1), of the drying and conveying chamber (2), the dust collection fan (9) is installed in the dust removal chamber (4), a connecting pipe (10) is arranged at an air inlet of the dust collection fan (9), the connecting pipe (10) penetrates through the dust removal chamber (4) and extends into the drying and conveying chamber (2), and a dust collection cover (11) is connected to one side, located in the drying and conveying chamber (2), of the connecting pipe (10);
the two groups of mounting frames (13) are arranged, the two groups of mounting frames (13) are respectively positioned at the vertical side walls at the two ends of the drying and conveying chamber (2), the driving air cylinder (12) is horizontally and fixedly mounted on the vertical side walls of the drying and conveying chamber (2), the output end of the driving air cylinder (12) is fixedly connected with the mounting frames (13), a plurality of groups of mounting plates (14) are uniformly arranged on one side, close to the center of the drying and conveying chamber (2), of the mounting frames (13), and the drying rollers (19) are mounted on the mounting plates (14);
the drying and drying device is characterized in that the heating box (16) is arranged in the drying and heating chamber (5), an electric heating sheet is arranged in the heating box (16), an air outlet of the heating box (16) is connected with an air inlet of the drying fan (17), a plurality of groups of the blowing and drying assemblies (18) are uniformly arranged in the drying and conveying chamber (2), and the air inlets of the blowing and drying assemblies (18) are communicated with the drying and heating chamber (5).

Carton printing drying arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that the blow drying assembly (18) comprises an air inlet duct (181), a ring manifold (182) and air outlet nozzles (183); one end of the air inlet pipe (181) is positioned in the drying and heating chamber (5), the other end of the air inlet pipe is positioned in the drying and conveying chamber (2), the annular branch pipe (182) is connected to the air inlet pipe (181), the conveying belt (7) is positioned in the inner ring of the annular branch pipe (182), and the exhaust nozzles (183) are provided with a plurality of groups and are uniformly distributed on the inner side of the annular branch pipe (182).
3. A carton printing and drying device according to claim 2, characterized in that said drying and heating chamber (5) is in communication with a dust chamber (4), and a filter (15) is mounted at the air inlet of the heating box (16).

A carton printing and drying device according to claim 3, characterised in that said drying roller (19) comprises an inner shaft (20), an annular plate (21), an electrothermal tube (22), an outer roller sleeve (23) and a bearing (25); two ends of the inner shaft (20) are respectively connected to the mounting plate (14), two groups of annular plates (21) are fixedly mounted on the inner shaft (20), a plurality of groups of electric heating tubes (22) are arranged on the periphery of the inner shaft (20) in an annular array, two ends of each electric heating tube (22) are respectively connected to the two groups of annular plates (21), the inner ring of the bearing (25) is connected with the inner shaft (20), and the outer roller sleeve (23) is fixedly mounted on the outer ring of the bearing (25).
