Manufacturing method of 500 kV oil-immersed inverted current transformer oil conservator
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing an oil conservator of a 500 kV oil-immersed inverted current transformer, and belongs to the technical field of processing and manufacturing of oil conservators of oil-immersed inverted current transformers.
Background
At present, an oil conservator for an oil immersed inverted current transformer is mostly formed by casting and processing an integral die, a product die needs to be specially designed in the early stage by adopting the processing mode, and the defects of high die development cost, long production period and large later-stage die maintenance workload exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention is provided for solving the problems in the prior art, the technical proposal is as follows,
a manufacturing method of a 500 kV oil-immersed inverted current transformer oil conservator comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: stretching and manufacturing two identical bowl-shaped shells in a bowl shape;
step two: the opening ends of the two bowl-shaped shells are seamlessly buckled, and spot welding or full welding connection is carried out on the outer sides;
step three: cutting the cross section where the opening end of the vertical bowl-shaped shell is located to generate two U-shaped shells;
step four: welding parts on the inner side and the outer side of the two U-shaped shells are welded completely;
step five: respectively opening holes at the closed ends of the two U-shaped shells, and welding flanges;
step six: and shell edge strips are respectively welded at the edges of the opening ends of the two U-shaped shells, so that the upper oil storage cabinet and the lower oil storage cabinet are manufactured.
Preferably, the welding of the shell edge strip adopts a double-side welding mode, namely, the inner side and the outer side of the opening end of the U-shaped shell are welded.
Preferably, the bowl-shaped shell, the flange and the shell edge strip are all made of aluminum materials.
The invention adopts the processing mode of aluminum piece stretch welding, avoids adopting die casting processing, saves the cost for designing and developing the die and the time for manufacturing the die, can greatly improve the production processing efficiency and reduce the production cost.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for manufacturing a 500 kv oil-immersed inverted current transformer oil conservator, the type of which is LVBT-500, comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: stretching and manufacturing two identical bowl-shaped shells 1 in a bowl shape;
step two: the open ends of the two bowl-shaped shells 1 are seamlessly buckled, spot welding or full welding connection is carried out on the outer sides, and a groove is formed before welding;
step three: cutting the cross section where the opening end of the vertical bowl-shaped shell 1 is positioned according to the height and size requirements of the upper oil conservator and the lower oil conservator to generate two U-shaped shells;
step four: welding parts on the inner side and the outer side of the two U-shaped shells are welded completely;
step five: respectively opening holes at the closed ends of the two U-shaped shells, and welding a flange 2;
step six: and (3) respectively welding shell edge strips at the edges of the openings of the two U-shaped shells to finish the manufacture of the upper oil conservator and the lower oil conservator.
The welding of casing strake 3 adopts two-sided welding's mode, welds at the inside and outside both sides of the open end of U type casing promptly. The bowl-shaped shell 1, the flange 2 and the shell edge strip 3 are all made of aluminum materials.
The invention adopts the processing mode of stretching and welding the aluminum piece, avoids adopting die casting processing, saves the cost for designing and developing the die and the time for manufacturing the die, can greatly improve the production processing efficiency and reduce the production cost. The welding quality of the oil conservator is strictly controlled, and the leakage problem caused by the welding quality is avoided.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes in the embodiments and/or modifications of the invention can be made, and equivalents and modifications of some features of the invention can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
