The working principle is as follows: adding a plate into the installation box 1 through a feed inlet, controlling the free end of the hydraulic rod 2 to move downwards, driving the connecting rod 6 and the positioning block 8 to move downwards by the hydraulic rod 2, driving the moving plate 5 to move downwards by the positioning block 8 through the limiting block 7 due to the weight relation, enabling the moving plate 5 to limit the moving plate 5 by the sliding block 4 when the moving plate 5 moves downwards to a certain degree by the cooperation of the sliding plate 3 and the sliding block 4, then continuing to move downwards, driving the extrusion plate 9 to move downwards by the hinged steel cable 11, conveying the plate by the balls on the conveying plate 16, automatically roll-coating when passing through the two groups of roll-coating rollers 14, blocking the coating thrown in the rotary roll-coating of the roll-coating rollers 14 by the extrusion plate 9 downwards, adding a part of the coating into the roll-coating box 12 again, absorbing and collecting the other part of the coating by the absorbing sponge 10, and dropping the other part of the coating into the installation box 1, when the hydraulic rod 2 is upwards, the extrusion plate 9 is driven to upwards extrude the adsorption sponge 10 through the hinged steel cable 11, the length of the hinged steel cable 11 is different, so that the extrusion plate 9 is sequentially extruded in a staggered manner during extrusion, the starting of the fan 18 is controlled, the fan 18 is started to preliminarily air-dry the coated plate through the air conveying pipe 20, the I-shaped pipe 21 and the spray head 22, when the plate passes through the two groups of rollers 38, redundant coating automatically flows into the drain plate 33 in a rolling manner, then flows into the recovery box 23, the starting of the material suction pump 28 is controlled, the starting of the material suction pump 28 generates negative pressure into the filter box 24 through the material suction pipe 29, then the coating is sucked into the filter box 24 through the liquid outlet pipe 25, is automatically filtered when passing through the filter screen 27 and then is sucked into the recovery box 23 through the material suction pipe 29 and the discharge pipe 31, when the use is needed, the valves on the material suction pipe 29 and the discharge pipe 31 are controlled to be opened, and then the valves on the material inlet pipe 30 and the discharge pipe 32 are controlled to be closed, the start of the suction pump 28 is controlled again, and the paint collected in the recovery tank 23 is added into the roll coating tank 12 through the feeding pipe 30 and the discharging pipe 32 by the start of the suction pump 28, so that the collection and recycling effects are achieved.
