The apparatus for preventing sounding balloon from being wrinkled as claimed in claim 3, wherein said base plate (31) is a cloth screen having a plurality of holes, said cloth screen being disposed between said plurality of columns (32), and said cloth screen being tensioned by said plurality of columns (32).

The apparatus for preventing sounding balloon from being adhered and wrinkled as claimed in claim 1, wherein said spacer fluid spraying device (4) comprises a spraying pump (41), a spraying support (42) and a spraying head (43), said spraying support (42) is mounted on said spacer fluid recovery tank (1), said spraying head (43) is mounted on said spraying support (42), and said spraying head (43) is communicated with the output end of said spraying pump (41).
7. The apparatus for preventing sounding balloon from being adhered to a wrinkle as claimed in claim 6, wherein the spray head (43) is liftably mounted on the spray stand (42).
8. The apparatus for preventing sounding balloon from being wrinkled as claimed in claim 6, wherein the input end of said spraying pump (41) is connected to said spacer fluid recovery tank (1).

The apparatus for preventing sounding balloon from being adhered and wrinkled as claimed in claim 8, wherein a screen (13) is disposed in said isolation liquid recovery tank (1) at a side close to said spray pump (41), said screen (13) divides the inner cavity of said isolation liquid recovery tank (1) into an isolation liquid recovery chamber (14) and an isolation liquid filtering chamber (15), said balloon positioning device (3) is located above said isolation liquid recovery chamber (14), and said spray pump (41) is communicated with said isolation liquid filtering chamber (15).

A production method for preventing the sounding balloon from being adhered and wrinkled, wherein the production device of any one of claims 1-9 is used for spraying a spacer fluid on the outer surface of the sounding balloon (100) after the completion of the soaking, and the production method comprises the following steps:
inflating the sounding balloon (100) produced by the dipping method after the water soaking process is completed, positioning the sounding balloon (100) on a balloon positioning device (3), and placing the balloon positioning device (3) and the sounding balloon (100) on a rotary platform (2);
the sounding balloon (100) rotates along with the rotating platform (2), meanwhile, the isolation liquid is sprayed on the outer surface of the sounding balloon (100) through the isolation liquid spraying device (4), and the isolation liquid on the outer surface of the sounding balloon (100) is uniformly sprayed through the lifting of the spray head (43) along the spraying support (42) and the rotation of the rotating platform (2);
the spacer fluid on roof (11) of spacer fluid recovery tank (1) flows into spacer fluid through the through-hole and retrieves chamber (14), the spacer fluid on bottom plate (31) of balloon positioner (3) flows into spacer fluid through weeping hole and through-hole and retrieves chamber (14), the spacer fluid in spacer fluid retrieval chamber (14) gets into spacer fluid filter chamber (15) after filter screen (13) filter, the spacer fluid in spacer fluid filter chamber (15) is carried to shower nozzle (43) through spraying pump (41) and is carried out the spraying to sounding balloon (100), in order to realize the cyclic utilization of spacer fluid.
