The filler type filter element comprises an outer filter cylinder and an inner filter cylinder, wherein the inner filter cylinder is arranged in a hollow filler layer formed by the outer filter cylinder, and two ends of the inner filter cylinder are respectively connected and matched with a post-filter connecting outlet and a filler outer seal;

In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the filler-type filter element includes an outer filter cartridge 1 and an inner filter cartridge 2, the inner filter cartridge 2 is inserted into a hollow filler layer 3 formed by the outer filter cartridge 1, both ends of the inner filter cartridge 2 are respectively connected and adapted to leave a filtered outlet 6 and a filler outer seal 8, both ends of the outer filter cartridge 1 and the inner filter cartridge 2 are respectively provided with a first port and a second port, the first port of the inner filter cartridge 2 is connected and adapted to the first port of the outer filter cartridge 1 in a sealing manner to design the filtered outlet 6, and both the second port of the inner filter cartridge 2 and the second port of the outer filter cartridge 1 are designed to be sealed; the second port of the outer filter cylinder 1 is provided with an inner seal 7, the two ends of the outer filter cylinder 1 can be provided with detachable sealing filler ports of the filler layer, and the filler ports of the filler layer 3 are preferably provided with detachable outer seals 8 at the second port of the outer filter cylinder 1; the inner hole of the inner filter cylinder 2 is a post-filter channel.
The filler of the filler layer 3 is adaptively selected according to working condition requirements, particle powder (sand grains, cotton grains, powder grains, diatomite, activated carbon and the like) is preferably selected, the filler layer 3 is isolated by the through hole filter cartridges 9 at two ends according to the working condition requirements, an inner layer of filler and an outer layer of filler can be designed, the material of the inner layer of filler and the outer layer of filler is adaptively designed according to the working condition requirements, one or more types of filler are designed, and the filter cartridges 9 at two ends are adaptively selected for filtering micropores; the body filter pores of the outer cartridge 1 and the inner cartridge 2 are selected according to the filler, and preferably smaller than the pore size of the filler particles.
Filtered substances are filtered and intercepted by the outer filter cartridge 1, then adsorbed and intercepted by the filler of the filler layer 3, then filtered and intercepted by the inner filter cartridge 2, and then the filtered substances are discharged from the filtered outlet 6 through the filtered channel; the negative pressure filtration of the inner hole channel of the inner filter cylinder 2 can be realized, and the pressure filtration of the outer filter cylinder 1 which is arranged in the pressure tank body can also be realized.
When the filler of the filler layer 3 needs to be replaced, the filler type filter element is taken down, the outer seal 8 is opened, the filler needing to be replaced is poured out, then new filler is added, and then the outer seal 8 is installed for continuous use.
The filter element of the invention is scientific, reasonable, simple and practical, and the filler is convenient to replace.
