Claims (9)

1. A suture assisting device for laparoscopic surgery, comprising a tube body (1), characterized in that:
one surface of the pipe body (1) is fixedly connected with two fixed seats (2); a fixed rod (3) is fixedly connected to one surface of the fixed seat (2); the other end of the fixed rod (3) is fixedly connected with the other fixed seat (2); the side surface of the fixed rod (3) is hinged with a clamp mechanism (4);
the clamping mechanism (4) comprises an upper clamping assembly (12) and a lower clamping assembly (13); the upper clamp assembly (12) and the lower clamp assembly (13) both comprise a rotating seat (14);
the inner wall of the pipe body (1) is fixedly connected with a front fixed inner ring (5) and a rear fixed inner ring (6); the inner wall of the pipe body (1) is fixedly connected with a support (7); the inner wall of the support (7) is connected with a driving mechanism (8) in a sliding way;
the driving mechanism (8) comprises an inner rod (16), and a damping buffer piece (19) is fixedly connected to one surface of the inner rod (16); the other end of the damping buffer piece (19) is fixedly connected with a sliding seat (20); the peripheral side surface of the sliding seat (20) is in sliding fit with the pipe body (1); a connecting rod (21) is fixedly connected to one surface of the sliding seat (20); the other end of the connecting rod (21) is fixedly connected with a movable seat (22); one surface of the movable seat (22) is fixedly connected with two driving seats (23); a driving rod (24) is fixedly connected between the opposite surfaces of the two driving seats (23);
a guide groove (36) which is in sliding fit with the driving rod (24) is formed on one surface of the rotating seat (14);
the peripheral side surface of the pipe body (1) is connected with a holding mechanism (9) in a sliding way; the surface of the holding mechanism (9) is in sliding fit with the driving mechanism (8); the peripheral side surface of the pipe body (1) is fixedly connected with a fixed outer ring (10); one surface of the fixed outer ring (10) is in threaded connection with a threaded button (11); the peripheral side surface of the threaded button (11) is in threaded connection with the holding mechanism (9); the gripping mechanism (9) comprises a fixed gripping assembly (25); the fixed holding component (25) comprises a connecting seat (26); a support plate (27) is fixedly connected to one surface of the connecting seat (26); the inner wall of the support plate (27) is in threaded connection with the threaded button (11); the peripheral side surface of the connecting seat (26) is fixedly connected with a fixed holding seat (28); one surface of the fixed holding seat (28) is hinged with a movable holding component (29); the movable holding assembly (29) comprises a movable holding seat (30); the surface of the movable holding seat (30) is hinged with the fixed holding seat (28); the surface of the movable holding seat (30) is connected with two symmetrically distributed top columns (31) in a sliding way; one surface of each of the two top columns (31) is fixedly connected with a pressing seat (32); outer springs (33) are sleeved on the peripheral side surfaces of the two top columns (31) and positioned between the movable holding seat (30) and the pressing seat (32); one surface of each of the two pressing seats (32) is connected with two L-shaped seats (34) in a sliding way; one surface of each L-shaped seat (34) is fixedly connected with the movable holding seat (30).

A suture assisting device for laparoscopic surgery according to claim 1, characterized in that the peripheral side of said driving mechanism (8) is slidably fitted with the front fixed inner ring (5) and the rear fixed inner ring (6), respectively; one surface of the driving mechanism (8) is in sliding fit with the clamping mechanism (4).

The suturing assistance device for laparoscopic surgery according to claim 2, characterized in that the inner rod (16) is slidingly engaged on the peripheral side with the support (7) and the rear fixed inner ring (6), respectively; the peripheral side surface of the inner rod (16) is fixedly connected with a pressure applying ring (17); the circumferential side surface of the pressure applying ring (17) is in sliding fit with the pipe body (1); the inner rod (16) is sleeved with a return spring (18) at the position between the pressure applying ring (17) and the rear fixed inner ring (6) on the circumferential side surface.
4. A suture assisting device for laparoscopic surgery according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that both said rotatable seats (14) are hinged at one surface to the fixed rod (3); one surface of each of the two rotating seats (14) is fixedly connected with a clamping seat (15).

The suturing assistance device for laparoscopic surgery according to claim 4, characterized in that said support (7) is a hollow cylindrical structure open at both ends; a round hole matched with the fixed rod (3) is formed in one surface of the rotating seat (14); a limiting ring (35) is fixedly connected to one surface of the rotating seat (14); the inner wall of the limiting ring (35) is hinged with the fixing rod (3); a cutting groove (37) is formed in one surface of the rotating seat (14); a plurality of clamping teeth are arranged on one surface of the clamping seat (15); a first wiring groove (38) is formed in one surface of the clamping seat (15); two second wiring grooves (39) are formed in one surface of the clamping seat (15).
6. A laparoscopic surgery suture assisting apparatus according to claim 3, wherein said damping bumper (19) comprises a sleeve, a small spring and a movable rod; one surface of the pressing seat (32) is provided with two through holes matched with the L-shaped seat (34).

The suturing assistance device for laparoscopic surgery as claimed in claim 3, wherein said inner rod (16) has two symmetrically distributed circular seats fixedly attached to its peripheral side; the inner walls of the two circular seats are both connected with sliding columns (40) in a sliding manner; one surface of each of the two sliding columns (40) is fixedly connected with an inner spring; the other ends of the two inner springs are fixedly connected with an inner rod (16); the inner rod (16) is positioned at the center of the pipe body (1).

The suturing assistance device for the laparoscopic surgery as claimed in claim 7, wherein a square hole matching with the inner rod (16) is formed on one surface of the movable grip holder (30); the inner wall of the square hole is provided with two movable grooves matched with the sliding column (40).
9. The suturing assistance device for laparoscopic surgery according to claim 2, wherein the screw button (11) has a plurality of anti-slip grooves formed on the peripheral side; the inner wall of the fixed outer ring (10) is provided with a thread groove matched with the thread button (11).
