Accordingly, the first sliding groove 121 of the handle holder 12 is close to the pan body 2, and the second sliding groove 122 is relatively far from the pan body 2.
Compared with the arrangement that the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 are vertically spaced, the handle seat 12 is provided with the first sliding chute 121 and the second sliding chute 122 in the vertical direction, and the shape of the first sliding chute 121 is required to realize the rotation of the rotating shaft 111 around the central shaft 112, so that the first sliding chute 121 and the second sliding chute 122 occupy a larger space as a whole, and the volume of the handle seat 12 is correspondingly larger. In the way that the rotating shaft 111 is close to the pan body 2 and the central shaft 112 is far away from the pan body 2, the whole occupied space of the first sliding chute 121 and the second sliding chute 122 is small, and the volume of the handle seat 12 can be correspondingly reduced.
When rotating the rotation shaft 111 around the central shaft 112, the operator needs to apply an external force closer to the central shaft 112, and thus the operator is closer to the pot body 2, which results in a higher probability of being burned, compared to the case where the central shaft 112 is closer to the pot body 2 and the rotation shaft 111 is farther from the pot body 2. In the embodiment, the rotating shaft 111 is close to the pot body, and the central shaft 112 is far away from the pot body, so that an operator can rotate the handle 11 at a position far away from the pot body 2, the operator is not easily scalded, and the operation safety is better.
Therefore, the present embodiment is more convenient to operate by making the rotating shaft 111 close to the pot body 2 and the central shaft 112 far away from the pot body 2, the size of the handle seat 12 can be reduced, and the safety of operation can be ensured.
In a possible embodiment, when the stop member 13 is located at the locking position, the rotation shaft 111 may be stopped at the first end of the first sliding groove 121 and/or the central shaft 112 may be stopped at the first end of the second sliding groove 122; when the stopper 13 is located at the unlocking position, the central shaft 112 can move to the second end of the second sliding slot 122, and the rotating shaft 111 can rotate around the central shaft 112, so that the handle 11 can rotate around the central shaft 112 relative to the handle base 12.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, when the stopper 13 is located at the locking position, the stopper 13 can stop the rotating shaft 111 at the first end of the first sliding slot 121 and/or stop the central shaft 112 at the first end of the second sliding slot 122, so that both sides of the rotating shaft 111 are respectively abutted against the handle seat 12 and the stopper 13 and/or both sides of the central shaft 112 are respectively abutted against the handle 11 and the stopper 13, the rotating shaft 111 and/or the central shaft 112 are limited and cannot move, at this time, the handle 11 and the handle seat 12 are in a relatively fixed state, the handle 11 cannot rotate relative to the handle seat 12, and a user can move the pot by holding the handle 11.
When the stopper 13 is located at the unlocking position, the stopper 13 is separated from the stopping of the rotating shaft 111 and/or the central shaft 112, so that the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 can move from the first end to the second end in the first sliding groove 121 and the second sliding groove 122 respectively, after the central shaft 112 moves to the second end, the central shaft 112 is stopped by the sidewall of the second sliding groove 122 and can not move further in the direction away from the pot, at this time, the central shaft 112 can be used as the rotating center of the handle 11, the rotating shaft 111 can rotate around the central shaft 112, so that the handle 11 can rotate around the central shaft 112 relative to the handle base 12, and the handle 11 is folded.
When the stopper 13 is located at the locking position, the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 may be located at the first end of the first sliding slot 121 and the first end of the second sliding slot 122 at the same time, and the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 may abut against the side wall of the first end of the first sliding slot 121 and the side wall of the first end of the second sliding slot 122; alternatively, when the stopper 13 is located at the locking position, only one of the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 may abut against the side wall of the first end of the corresponding chute, and the other one may be located between the first end and the second end of the chute, so that the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 cannot move as long as both sides of one are stopped by the side wall of the chute and the stopper 13.
Preferably, when the stop member 13 is located at the locking position, the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 are located at the first end of the first sliding slot 121 and the first end of the second sliding slot 122, respectively, so that the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 are both stopped by the side wall of the sliding slot and the stop member 13, which is more stable for the relative fixation of the handle 11 on the handle seat 12.
In one possible embodiment, the first runner 121 may include a first section 1211 and a second section 1212 from the first end to the second end, and the second runner 122 may include a third section 1221; the rotation shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 can move synchronously in the first section 1211 of the first slide groove 121 and in the third section 1221 of the second slide groove 122 respectively to move the handle 11 towards or away from the handle seat 12; when the rotation shaft 111 moves from the first section 1211 to the second section 1212, the rotation shaft 111 may rotate around the central shaft 112 within the second section 1212.
As shown in fig. 2, the first slide groove 121 of the handle holder 12 includes a first section 1211 and a second section 1212 from the first end to the second end, and the second slide groove 122 includes a third section 1221. As shown in fig. 3 to 5, when the foldable handle 1 is in the first use state, the stop member 13 is located at the locking position, and the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 are respectively stopped at the first section 1211 of the first sliding groove 121 and the third section 1221 of the second sliding groove 122, wherein at least one of the two sections is located at the first end of the first section 1211 or the third section 1221; as shown in fig. 6 to 8, when the foldable handle 1 is in the second use state, the stopper 13 moves to the unlocking position, and the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 can move in the first sliding groove 121 and the second sliding groove 122; as shown in fig. 9 to 11, when foldable handle 1 is in the third use state, stop member 13 is in the unlocked position, and the user can move handle 11 away from pan body 2, and rotating shaft 111 and central shaft 112 move away from pan body 2 in first section 1211 of first chute 121 and third section 1221 of second chute 122 to abut against the end of first section 1211 and/or third section 1221, respectively.
As shown in fig. 12 to 14, when the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 move away from the handle holder 12 in the first section 1211 and the third section 1221 of the first sliding slot 121 and the second sliding slot 122, respectively, and the central shaft 112 moves in the third section 1221 to be unable to move, the rotating shaft 111 can move from the first section 1211 to the second section 1212 of the first sliding slot 121, at this time, the central shaft 112 is fixed, and the rotating shaft 111 can rotate around the central shaft 112 in the second section 1212 of the first sliding slot 121, so that the handle 11 can rotate around the central shaft 112 relative to the handle holder 12.
As shown in fig. 2, in a possible embodiment, the first chute 121 and/or the second chute 122 may further include a fourth segment 123, the fourth segment 123 may be connected between the first segment 1211 and the second segment 1212 or the fourth segment 123 may be connected with the third segment 1221, and the stopper 13 may move in the fourth segment 123.
By providing the fourth section 123 in the first slide groove 121 and/or the second slide groove 122, the stopper 13 is provided in the fourth section 123, and the stopper 13 is moved in the fourth section 123 to move the stopper 13 to the locking position or the unlocking position. Specifically, when the fourth segment 123 is disposed in the first sliding groove 121, the fourth segment 123 is located between the first segment 1211 and the second segment 1212, when the stopper 13 moves to the locking position, the first segment 1211 and the second segment 1212 are separated by the stopper 13, the rotating shaft 111 is located in the first segment 1211 and cannot move to the second segment 1212, the rotating shaft 111 is fixed to the first end of the first segment 1211, and when the stopper 13 moves to the unlocking position, the stopper 13 can move from the first end to the second end of the first segment 1211 and enters the second segment 1212.
When the fourth segment 123 is disposed in the second sliding groove 122, the fourth segment 123 can be connected to an end of the third segment 1221 away from the pot body 2, when the stop member 13 moves to the locking position, the central shaft 112 is stopped by the stop member 13 at the first end of the third segment 1221, and the central shaft 112 is immovable; when the stopper 13 moves to the unlocking position, the central shaft 112 can move from the first end to the second end of the third segment 1221, and when the central shaft 112 is located at the second end of the third segment 1221, the rotating shaft 111 can move to the second segment 1212 and rotate around the central shaft 112 in the second segment 1212.
In a particular embodiment, the first section 1211 of the first runner 121 and the third section 1221 of the second runner 122 are the same in shape and/or length. As shown in fig. 3 to 14, since the rotation shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 move away from or towards the pan body 2 in the first section 1211 of the first runner 121 and in the third section 1221 of the second runner 122, respectively, the shape of the first section 1211 and the third section 1221 should be identical, so as to ensure that the rotation shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 move synchronously in the first section 1211 and in the third section 1221, respectively.
In addition, the lengths of the first section 1211 and the third section 1221 may be the same, so that when the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 move synchronously in the first section 1211 and the third section 1221, respectively, the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 may simultaneously abut against the ends of the first section 1211 and the third section 1221, respectively, and the connection between the handle 11 and the handle holder 12 is more stable. As mentioned above, the lengths of the first section 1211 and the third section 1221 may be different, and it is only necessary to ensure that one of the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 can be abutted against the first end of the first section 1211 or the first end of the third section 1221, so that the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 are immovable.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 to 14, the first section 1211 of the first chute 121 and the third section 1221 of the second chute 122 may be straight sections or arc sections. In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the arrangement of the first section 1211 and the third section 1221 of the first sliding groove 121 and the second sliding groove 122, and enable the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 to smoothly slide in the first section 1211 and the third section 1221, the first section 1211 and the second section 1212 are arranged to be a straight section or an arc section, so that under the condition that the external force is applied by the user, the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 can synchronously slide in the first section 1211 and the third section 1221, respectively, and the resistance is small.
Preferably, the first section 1211 and the third section 1221 may be straight sections, so that the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 may move linearly along the first section 1211 and the third section 1221, respectively, in the direction of the applied external force, and the moving track is simple and more flexible. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 9, when an external force is applied horizontally away from the handle holder 12, the straight sections of the first section 1211 and the third section 1221 may be extended horizontally, such that the rotation shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 are horizontally moved along the first section 1211 and the third section 1221, respectively, in the direction of the external force.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 14, the second segment 1212 of the first sliding groove 121 may be a circular arc segment, and/or the second end of the first sliding groove 121 may be an open end 1213, and the cross-sectional area of the second segment 1212 may gradually increase from the end connected with the first segment 1211 toward the open end 1213.
By setting the second segment 1212 of the first sliding chute 121 as an arc segment, the arc shape of the arc segment is an arc track of the rotation shaft 111 rotating around the central axis 112, so that when the rotation shaft 111 rotates around the central axis 112, the rotation shaft 111 can move along the arc segment, and the arc segment is extended to the position of the rotation shaft 111 corresponding to the folded state of the handle 11; alternatively, as shown in fig. 14, the second end of the first sliding groove 121 is the open end 1213, the second segment 1212 is the portion between the end connected to the first segment 1211 and the open end 1213, and when the rotating shaft 111 rotates around the central shaft 112, the second segment 1212 moves a distance in the second segment 1212, i.e. moves from the open end 1213 to a space without any obstruction, and still rotates around the central shaft 112 in the space.
When the second end of the first sliding groove 121 is the open end 1213, the second segment 1212 of the first sliding groove 121 may be an arc segment, and the rotating shaft 111 rotates around the central axis 112 along the inner wall of the arc shape in the arc segment, or the cross-sectional area of the second segment 1212 gradually increases from the end connected to the first segment 1211 toward the open end 1213, so that the rotating shaft 111 has a sufficient space when moving in the second segment 1212, the rotating shaft 111 may not be attached to the inner wall of the second segment 1212, the wear of the inner wall of the second segment 1212 to the rotating shaft 111 may also be reduced, and the service life of the rotating shaft 111 is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 2, in a possible embodiment, the stopper 13 may include a limiting portion 131 and a stopping portion 132, the limiting portion 131 may be connected to an end of the stopping portion 132 facing the bottom end of the handle seat 12, the limiting portion 131 is located on a side of the stopping portion 132 facing the first section 1211 or the third section 1221, and the stopper 13 moves in the fourth section 123 to move to the locking position to enable the end surface of the limiting portion 131 to stop the rotating shaft 111 and/or the central shaft 112, or to move to the unlocking position to enable the end surface of the stopping portion 132 to stop the rotating shaft 111 and/or the central shaft 112.
The stop member 13 specifically includes a limiting portion 131 and a stopping portion 132, the limiting portion 131 is connected to one end of the stopping portion 132 facing the base of the handle 11, that is, the limiting portion 131 is connected to the lower end of the stopping portion 132, and the limiting portion 131 is located on one side of the stopping portion 132 facing the pot body 2, that is, in the moving direction of the handle 11 relative to the handle seat 12, the limiting portion 131 is located at the front end of the stopping portion 132 relatively. When the stopping member 13 moves in the fourth section 123, the limiting portion 131 can move up and down in the fourth section 123, and when the stopping member moves to the locking position, the end surface of the limiting portion 131 stops the rotating shaft 111 and/or the central shaft 112, so that the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 are respectively stopped at the first end of the first section 1211 and the first end of the third section 1221, the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 cannot move, and the handle 11 is fixed on the handle seat 12; when moved to the unlocking position, the end surface of the stopper portion 132 stops the rotating shaft 111 and/or the central shaft 112, so that the rotating shaft 111 and the central shaft 112 can be synchronously moved to the second end of the first section 1211 and the second end of the third section 1221, and the rotating shaft 111 can rotate around the central shaft 112 in the second section 1212.
