As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 10, the air supply device 7 is in an air-air linkage manner, and the air supply device 7 includes a blower 700, an air duct 701 connected to the blower 700, a gas duct 702 communicated with the air duct 701 and through which gas passes, an output duct 703, and a mixing chamber 704 communicated with the output duct 703.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, the lower portion of the blower 700 is connected to an air duct 701, the lower portion of the air duct 701 is closed, the left side near the lower portion is connected to a gas pipeline 702, the right side near the lower portion is connected to an output pipeline 703, the other end of the output pipeline 703 is connected to a mixing chamber 704, the blower 700 works, air enters the air duct 701, and the air and the gas enter the mixing chamber 704 through the output pipeline 703 to be fully mixed and then are combusted by the combustion device 5.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 11, the rocking device 6 of the tilting type gas stockpot embodiment 1 comprises a stepping motor 600, a worm wheel 601 and a worm 602; the stepping motor 600 and the worm 602 are both fixed in the right bracket 2, and the stepping motor 600 drives the worm 602 to rotate; the worm wheel 601 is fixed on one end of the driving shaft 8 extending into the right bracket 2, and the worm wheel 601 is meshed with the worm 602; the dump switch 162 and the reset switch 163 control the operation of the stepping motor 600.
Specifically, under the condition that the main switch 160 is turned on, the tilting switch 162 is turned on, the stepping motor 600 works, the worm 602 rotates, so that the worm wheel 601 is driven to rotate, the driving shaft 8 is further driven to rotate, the driving shaft 8 is arranged on the right side of the pot body 3, and the pot body 3 is inclined along with the rotation; meanwhile, a position sensor 605 is symmetrically arranged below the worm wheel 601 to sense the rotating position of the worm wheel 601. The worm gear 601 of this embodiment 1 is not circular but is sector-shaped, with a circular angle between 90 and 105 degrees.
Of course, the swing device 6 may also adopt a form as shown in fig. 5, and a swing device 6 of an embodiment 2 of the tilting gas stockpot includes an electric push rod 603 fixed in the right bracket 2, and a pull rod 604 movably connected with one end of the electric push rod 603, wherein the pull rod 604 is fixedly connected with the driving shaft 8, and the driving shaft 8 is driven to rotate and reset by the push-pull movement of the electric push rod 603 to the pull rod 604; the dump switch 162 and the reset switch 163 control the operation of the electric putter 603.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4, 6, 9 and 12, the driven shaft 9 is provided with a through hole 900, the through hole 900 penetrates through two bottom surfaces of the driven shaft 9, a water inlet pipeline 100 is further arranged in the left bracket 1, and two ends of the driven shaft 9 are respectively provided with a first extension section 901 and a second extension section 902; the pot body 3 comprises an outer layer 301 and an inner container 302, a heating layer 303 is additionally arranged on the outer wall of the inner container 302, and a closed heating cavity 304 is formed between the heating layer 303 and the inner container 302; the combustion chamber 300 is arranged between the outer layer 301 and the heating layer 303, and is specifically positioned at the lower left of the heating layer 303 and close to the left bracket 1; be equipped with on the zone of heating 303 and be used for discharging the high-pressure gas's of heating chamber 304 exhaust apparatus 305, it has water inlet 309 to open on the zone of heating, the outlet 307 is seted up to zone of heating 303 bottom, the outlet 307 intercommunication runs through skin 301, and with external communicating drainage pipe 308 for the water in the discharge heating chamber 304.
Wherein, the end that the driven shaft 9 stretches into the left socle 1 adds and establishes first extension 901, the one end that the driven shaft 9 connects the pot body 3 adds and establishes second extension 902, intake pipe 100 connects first extension 901, second extension 902 is fixed seamless connection to water inlet 309. The water flows in sequence into the water inlet conduit 100, the first extension 901, the driven shaft 9, the second extension 902 and enters the heating chamber 304 through the water inlet 309.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the heating chamber 304 is further provided with a water level monitoring device 306 for sensing a water level and automatically replenishing water, when the main switch 160 is turned on, the water level monitoring device 306 can sense the water level in the heating chamber 304, and when the water level is sensed to be at a lowest sensing value, the water is automatically replenished to a set height, so that the heating chamber 304 is prevented from being dried.
As shown in fig. 2 and 9, a fire-blocking net 15 is arranged on the accommodating cavity 500, and on one hand, the arrangement of the fire-blocking net 15 can shorten the length of flame sprayed out when the burner 501 works; on the other hand, the fire-blocking net 15 is disposed on the accommodating chamber 500 at a position to prevent a part of the flame from being emitted from the smoke outlet 10, thereby improving the efficiency of use of the gas.
As shown in fig. 4 to 8, a cross beam 16 is arranged between the left bracket 1 and the right bracket 2, and a pot cover fixing device 12 is installed on the cross beam 16; the pot cover fixing device 12 comprises a base 120 installed on the beam 16, an adjustable elastic member 121 fixed on the base 120, and a supporting member 122 tightly connected with the adjustable elastic member 121; the supporting piece 122 is fixedly connected with the pot cover 4;
specifically, the adjustable elastic element 121 includes a rotatable connecting portion 123, and is fixedly connected to the supporting element 122 through the connecting portion 123; the supporting member 122 includes a plurality of reinforcing ribs 124 for enhancing supporting strength; in addition, the adjustable elastic member 121 further includes an adjusting nut 125, and the magnitude of the force applied to the connecting portion 123 is adjusted by tightening or loosening the adjusting nut 125.
The pot cover 4 is supported, and the acting force of the adjustable elastic element 121 on the connecting part 123 is larger than the gravity borne by the pot cover 4, so that the pot cover 4 cannot descend under the action of the gravity.
As shown in fig. 6, a handle 400 is provided at one side of the pot cover 4; the front surface of the pot cover 4 is provided with a flow guide part 401 which is convenient for pouring soup.
The arrangement of the handle 400 can facilitate the user to open and close the pot cover 4 without causing scald, the diversion part 401 is far away from the pot body 3 and is in a furled shape, the position tightly attached to the pot body 3 is arc-shaped, the pot body 3 is tightly attached, soup can not be spilled when the soup is poured, and convenience is brought to the user.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the supporting legs 13 for adjusting the height are mounted at the bottoms of the left bracket 1 and the right bracket 2, so that the tilting gas stockpot can be suitable for uneven bottom surfaces, and meet the requirements of different users on the height; in addition, a water faucet 14 is installed on the left support 1, and convenience is brought to water injection.
The using process is as follows: the main switch 160 is turned on, the main power supply is turned on, water flows through the water inlet pipeline 100, sequentially flows through the first extension section 901, the driven shaft 9 and the second extension section 902, enters the heating cavity 304 through the water inlet 309, the water level monitoring device 306 plays a role in the water injection process, and the water injection is automatically stopped by induction when the water level reaches the induction maximum value; the user holds the handle 400 to open the pot cover 4, the pot cover fixing device 12 acts, and the pot cover 4 cannot fall down due to the gravity of the adjustable elastic piece 121 because the adjustable elastic piece 121 exerts force on the pot cover 4; the water tap 14 is opened, water is injected into the inner container 302, food materials to be cooked are put in, and a user can close the pot cover 4; the heating switch 164 is started, at the moment, the air supply device 7 and the combustion device 5 start to work, the air blower 700 starts to operate, air enters the air channel 701 along with wind, meanwhile, fuel gas enters the air channel 701 from the fuel gas pipeline 702, the air and the fuel gas form mixed gas, the mixed gas enters the mixing chamber 704 through the output pipeline 703, the burner 501 is ignited to heat water in the heating chamber 304, the fire baffle plate 15 arranged in the accommodating chamber 500 plays a role, partial flame is prevented from being mixed out of the smoke exhaust port 10, the use efficiency of the fuel gas can be improved, meanwhile, the smoke exhaust port 10 can exhaust waste gas in the combustion chamber 300, so that the air can be supplemented into the combustion chamber 300 in time, the fuel gas is ensured to be fully combusted, and the use efficiency is further improved; in the use process, if the firepower needs to be adjusted, the firepower can be adjusted by adjusting the firepower adjusting switch 161; if the water in the heating chamber 304 is evaporated and becomes less, when the water level drops to the lowest sensing value of the water level monitoring device 306, water is automatically supplemented to a set height, and the heating chamber 304 is prevented from being dried; in use, the exhaust device 305 automatically exhausts the pressure if the steam pressure in the heating chamber 304 is too high.
After 30-45 minutes of heat-insulating stewing, the stop switch 165 is started, the air supply device 7 and the combustion device 5 stop working, a user needs to pour out soup in a soup pot, needs to hold the handle 400, opens the pot cover 4 and starts the dumping switch 162 for controlling dumping of the soup pot, so that the swing device 6 starts working, in the embodiment 1, the stepping motor 600 rotates to drive the worm 602 to rotate, the worm wheel 601 is meshed with the worm 602, so that the worm wheel 601 starts rotating, the worm wheel 601 is fixed at one end, extending into the right support 2, of the driving shaft 8, so that the driving shaft 8 also starts rotating, dumping of the pot body 3 is realized, and when the dumping is in the position sensor 605 for sensing, the dumping is stopped to continue to be dumped; after all the soup materials in the soup pot are poured out, the reset switch 163 is started, and the pot body 3 is reset.
In addition, when the pot body 3 leaves the working position, the stockpot can automatically cut off the power supply or the air supply, thereby ensuring the personal safety of a user.
When cleaning, the water tap 14 is turned on to fill water into the inner container 302, the tilt switch 162 is turned on, the water in the inner container 302 is poured out, the reset switch 163 is turned on, the operation is repeated until the inner container 302 is cleaned, the main switch 160 is turned off, and then the drain opening 307 is turned on, so that the water in the heating chamber 304 is drained from the drain pipe 308 through the drain opening 307.

Claims (10)
1. A tilting type gas stockpot is characterized by comprising a left support, a right support, a pot body, a pot cover rotationally connected with the pot body, a combustion device, a swinging device and a gas supply device, wherein the pot body is rotationally arranged between the left support and the right support;
the gas supply device is communicated with the combustion device; the swinging device drives the pot body to turn over; the combustion device is installed in the left support and heats the side face of the pot body.
2. The tilting-type gas stockpot of claim 1, wherein a driving shaft and a driven shaft which are coaxially arranged are respectively arranged at two sides of the pot body, and the driven shaft is rotatably connected with the left bracket; the driving shaft is rotatably connected with the right bracket; one end of the driving shaft extends into the right support and is connected with the swing device; the combustion device and the gas supply device are both arranged in the left bracket, and the swinging device is arranged in the right bracket; and a combustion cavity is arranged on the side surface of the pot body close to the left bracket.
3. A tiltable gas stockpot according to claim 2, wherein said combustion means comprises a receiving chamber, and a burner arranged in said receiving chamber, said receiving chamber being arranged opposite to said combustion chamber.
4. The tilting-type gas stockpot of claim 3, wherein the rear side of the pot body is provided with a smoke outlet communicated with the combustion chamber, the smoke outlet is opened upwards, and the smoke outlet can discharge waste gas in the combustion chamber.
5. A tilting-type gas slaughterhouse according to claim 4, characterized in that, the gas supply device comprises a blower, an air duct connected with the blower, a gas pipeline communicated with the air duct for gas to pass through, an output pipeline and a mixing chamber communicated with the output pipeline.
6. A tiltable gas stockpot according to claim 5, wherein said rocking means comprises a stepping motor, a worm gear and a worm; the stepping motor and the worm are fixed in the right bracket, and the stepping motor drives the worm to rotate; the worm wheel is fixed on one end of the driving shaft extending into the right bracket, and the worm wheel is meshed with the worm; and a switch for controlling the step motor to work is arranged on the front end surface of the right bracket.

The tilting-type gas stockpot of claim 5, wherein the swinging device comprises an electric push rod and a pull rod movably connected with one end of the electric push rod, the pull rod is fixedly connected with the driving shaft, and the electric push rod drives the pull rod to push and pull to drive the driving shaft to rotate and reset; and a switch for controlling the electric push rod to work is arranged on the front end surface of the right bracket.
8. A tilting-type gas stockpot according to any one of claims 6 or 7, wherein the driven shaft is provided with a through hole which penetrates through both bottom surfaces of the driven shaft; a water inlet pipeline is also arranged in the left bracket;
a heating layer is additionally arranged on the outer wall of the inner container, and a closed heating cavity is formed between the heating layer and the inner container; the combustion chamber is arranged on the outer layer; the heating layer is provided with a water inlet and an exhaust device for exhausting high-pressure gas in the heating cavity, and the lower part of the heating layer is also provided with a water outlet which is communicated with a drainage pipeline;
a first extension section is additionally arranged at one end, extending into the left support, of the driven shaft, a second extension section is additionally arranged at one end, connected with the pot body, of the driven shaft, the first extension section is connected with the water inlet pipeline, and the second extension section is fixedly connected to the water inlet in a seamless manner;
the heating chamber is also provided with a water level monitoring device which senses the water level and automatically supplies water.

The tilting-type gas stockpot of claim 8, wherein a cross beam is arranged between the left support and the right support, and a pot cover fixing device is arranged on the cross beam; the pot cover fixing device comprises a base arranged on the beam, an adjustable elastic piece fixed on the base and a supporting piece fixedly connected with the adjustable elastic piece; the supporting piece is fixedly connected with the pot cover;
the adjustable elastic piece is provided with a rotatable connecting part which is fixedly connected with the supporting piece through the connecting part; the support member includes a plurality of reinforcing ribs for enhancing the strength of the support.
10. A tiltable gas soup pot as claimed in claim 9, wherein a handle is provided at one side of said pot cover; the front surface of the pot cover is provided with a flow guide part convenient for pouring soup;
supporting legs for adjusting the height are arranged at the bottoms of the left support and the right support; and a water faucet is installed on the left support.
