本发明提供一种含噁草酸的除草组合物及其应用,有效成分包含活性成分A和活性成分B,其中活性成分A为噁草酸,活性成分B选自烯草酮、氟乐灵、敌草隆中的一种。所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的重量比为50:1‑1:50;组合物具有显著的增效作用,可用于作物杂草的防治。

技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,具体涉及一种含噁草酸的除草组合物及其应用。
背景技术
噁草酸属芳氧苯氧丙酸酯类选择性除草剂,是乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACCase)抑制剂,茎叶处理后很快被杂草叶片吸收,传导至整个植株,积累于分生组织,抑制杂草体内乙酰辅酶A羧化酶的活性,导致脂肪酸合成受阻从而杀灭杂草;主要用于防除一年生和多年生禾本科杂草。
烯草酮属于环己烷二酮肟类的内吸性除草剂,通过抑制乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抑制脂肪酸合成,易于从植株叶部向生长部分传导,用于防除一年生或多年生禾本科杂草。
氟乐灵属于二硝基苯胺类选择性土壤除草剂,主要抑制微管聚集,通过渗入秧苗下胚轴区发生作用,也可抑制根部发育。
敌草隆属于脲类内吸性除草剂,为光合系统II受体位点的光合作用电子传递抑制剂,主要被根部吸收,通过木质部向顶传导。
不同种类除草剂混配,具有除草谱广、提升实际效果、延缓杂草抗药性、省时省工的优点。通过农药配方筛选,可有效提高防治效果,减少用药量,降低成本,延缓杂草抗药性的产生,是农业综合治理的重要手段。本发明人对噁草酸与烯草酮、氟乐灵或敌草隆中的一种混配的配方进行了深入研究,发现噁草酸与烯草酮、氟乐灵或敌草隆中的一种进行混配,在一定的混配比例范围对大豆田、棉花田杂草防除有增效作用,经进一步研究,完成了本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中除草剂对农田杂草产生抗药性及实际防治效果较差的问题,提供一种高效、低毒、速效性好且持效期长、有利于农田杂草综合治理的除草组合物。
本发明的另一个目的在于将该组合物用于防除农田杂草,尤其是适用于防除大豆田、棉花田杂草。

一种含噁草酸的除草组合物,有效成分含活性成分A与活性成分B,其中活性成分A为噁草酸,活性成分B选自烯草酮、氟乐灵、敌草隆的任意一种;
进一步地,所述的除草组合物,活性成分A与活性成分B的重量比为50:1-1:50;

本发明组分合理,除草效果好,用药成本低,且其活性和除草效果不是各组分活性的简单叠加,而是有显著的增效作用,能扩大杂草防治谱,延缓抗性,对作物安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。

实施例1:25%噁草酸·烯草酮可分散油悬浮剂(3:2)
配方:15%噁草酸、10%烯草酮、2%聚羧酸钠、4%农乳1601#、3%吐温-60#、4%农乳2201、1%烷基硫酸钠、0.5%膨润土、5%丙二醇、大豆油补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将有效成分噁草酸、烯草酮、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加油混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得悬浮剂产品。
实施例2:50%噁草酸·氟乐灵可分散油悬浮剂(1:24)
配方:2%噁草酸、48%氟乐灵、2%木质素磺酸钠、5%斯盘-60#、5%农乳700#、4%萘磺酸钠、1%硅酸镁铝、4%甘油、菜籽油补足余量;
制备方法:同实施例1。
实施例3:40%噁草酸·敌草隆可分散油悬浮剂(1:40)
配方:1%噁草酸、40%敌草隆、2%木质素磺酸钠、4%农乳1601#、3%吐温-60#、4%农乳2201、4%萘磺酸钠、1%硅酸镁铝、4%甘油、菜籽油补足余量;
制备方法:同实施例1。
实施例4:45%噁草酸·烯草酮乳油(5:4)
配方:25%噁草酸、20%烯草酮、10%二甲基亚砜、5%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、9%烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、1%十二烷基苯磺酸钙、油酸甲酯补足余量;
制备方法:按实施例配方比例将有效成分噁草酸、烯草酮加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,在搅拌混合釜中搅拌混合均匀即可得到乳油产品。

配方:1%噁草酸、36%氟乐灵、10%N,N-二甲基癸酰胺、2%蓖麻油、3%十二烷基苯磺酸钙、三甲苯补足余量;

配方:1%噁草酸、40%敌草隆、6%N,N-二甲基癸酰胺、8%二甲基亚砜、10%碳酸丙烯酯、5%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、7%蓖麻油、3%十二烷基苯磺酸钙、三甲苯补足余量;

试验依据:NY/T 1155.4-2006《农药室内生物测定试验准则活性测定试验茎叶喷雾法》、NY/T 1155.7-2006《农药室内生物测定试验准则混配的联合作用测定》。
供试靶标:马唐、牛筋草、稗草、早熟禾、千金子、狗牙根、狗尾巴草。
供试药剂:92%噁草酸原药、95%烯草酮原药、96%氟乐灵原药、95%敌草隆原药,以上原药由海利尔药业集团研发中心提供。
药剂配制:用合适的溶剂将原药溶解,并用0.1%的吐温80水溶液稀释,按照等比的方法配置成5个系列的质量浓度,备用。
试验方法:将定量的草种分别播种于直径9cm的盆钵中,在光照培养箱中培养,待杂草长至1-3叶期时,每钵定株20株,进行喷雾处理。处理后温室内继续培养,定期观察各处理对杂草的防除效果,14天后记录各处理杂草鲜重。
试验处理:每处理设置4次重复,设清水对照。
数据调查与统计分析:药剂处理后观察和记录杂草的生长状态,处理14天后,调查杂草防除效果,分别记录杂草鲜重,计算杂草鲜重防效,按照Gowing法计算出不同药剂配比的对靶标的鲜重抑制率。
杂草鲜重抑制率(E)%=[(空白区杂草鲜重-对照区杂草鲜重)/空白区杂草鲜重]×100
混配除草剂的理论鲜重抑制率(E0)=化合物A在用量为P时的杂草鲜重抑制率+化合物B在用量为Q时的杂草鲜重抑制率率-(化合物A在用量为P时的杂草鲜重抑制率×化合物B在用量为Q时的杂草鲜重抑制率效)/100;
评价标准:若E-E0<-10表示为拮抗作用;E-E0介于±10表示为相加作用;若E-E0>10表示为增效作用。
试验结果如下:

试验结果表明(见表1、表2)噁草酸与烯草酮混配对于常见杂草马唐、牛筋草、稗草、早熟禾具有良好的室内活性,尤其是两者重量比为15:4-5:4之间,联合作用类型均为增效作用,且噁草酸与烯草酮混配重量比为3:2时,对于常见杂草马唐、牛筋草、稗草、早熟禾的增效作用最为明显。

试验结果表明(见表3、表4)噁草酸与氟乐灵混配对于常见杂草牛筋草、狗牙根、稗草、千金子具有良好的室内活性,尤其是两者重量比为1:19.2-1:40之间,联合作用类型均为增效作用,且噁草酸与氟乐灵混配重量比为1:36时,对于常见杂草牛筋草、狗牙根、稗草、千金子的增效作用作为明显。

试验结果表明(见表5、表6)噁草酸与敌草隆混配对于常见杂草马唐、狗牙根、狗尾草、稗草具有良好的室内活性,尤其是两者重量比为1:20-1:46.7之间,联合作用类型均为增效作用,且噁草酸与敌草隆混配重量比为1:40对常见杂草马唐、狗牙根、狗尾巴草。稗草的增效作用最大。
综合室内活性试验可知(表1-表6),噁草酸与烯草酮、氟乐灵、敌草隆混配对于农田常见杂草马唐、牛筋草、稗草、早熟禾、千金子、狗牙根因试验人员技术水平、试验时期、杂草草龄及所采集杂草草种抗性等问题,各单成分在相同用药量情况下,对相同杂草出现了不同的杂草鲜重防效(E),其数值范围均为试验数值可接受范围,故以上室内活性试验数值对于田间药效具有很高的参考价值。
田间药效试验
实施例14:含三嗪氟草胺的除草组合物的田间药效试验。
发明人于2018年在山东省即墨市移风店进行了25%噁草酸·烯草酮可分散油悬浮剂(3:2)、37%噁草酸·氟乐灵乳油(1:36)、41%噁草酸·敌草隆乳油(1:40)、10%噁草酸乳油、50%氟乐灵乳油、48%烯草酮乳油、25%敌草隆可湿性粉剂防治棉花田、大豆田杂草田间药效试验,验证了该药剂对水稻田杂草的防治效果及对棉花、大豆的安全性。

田间药效表明(见表7),25%噁草酸·烯草酮可分散油悬浮剂(3:2)、37%噁草酸·氟乐灵乳油(1:36)、41%噁草酸·敌草隆乳油(1:40)对棉花田杂草防效均高于90%,明显优于单剂防效,且施药期间各混配对棉花苗未发生药害。

田间药效表明(见表8),25%噁草酸·烯草酮可分散油悬浮剂(3:2)、37%噁草酸·氟乐灵乳油(1:36)、41%噁草酸·敌草隆乳油(1:40)对棉花田杂草防效均高于80%,明显优于单剂防效,且施药期间各混配对棉花苗未发生药害。
Claims (9)
1.一种含噁草酸的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述的组合物含活性成分A和活性成分B,其中活性成分A为噁草酸,活性成分B选自烯草酮、氟乐灵、敌草隆中的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,活性成分A与活性成分B的重量比为50:1-1:50。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超组合物,其特征在于,噁草酸与烯草酮的重量比为10:1-1:10;噁草酸与氟乐灵的重量比为1:1-1:50;噁草酸与敌草隆的重量比为1:1-1:50。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超组合物,其特征在于,噁草酸与烯草酮的重量比为15:4-5:4;噁草酸与氟乐灵的重量比为1:19.2-1:40;噁草酸与敌草隆的重量比为1:25-1:46.7。
5.根据权利要求1-3所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于:所述活性成分A与活性成分B在组合物中的总重量百分含量为1-90%,优选为10-80%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述的除草组合物剂型为粉剂、可分散片剂、颗粒剂、可溶粉剂、可溶粒剂、可溶片剂、片剂、乳粉剂、乳粒剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、微囊颗粒剂、粉剂、大粒剂、水分散片剂、微囊悬浮剂、可分散液剂、乳油、乳粒剂、油乳剂、乳粉剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、可分散油悬浮剂、油分散粉剂、悬浮剂、悬乳剂、可溶液剂、超低容量液剂中的任一种;优选剂型为可分散油悬浮剂、乳油、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂中的任一种。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的除草组合物用于防除不想要的植物的用途。
8.根据权利要求7所述的除草组合物用于防除不想要的植物的用途,其特征在于,不想要的植物的生长场所为大豆田或棉花田;优选的,不想要的植物为禾本科杂草;再优选的,所述的禾本科杂草为马唐、牛筋草、稗草、早熟禾、千金子、狗牙根中的一种或多种。
9.一种防治不想要的植物的方法,其特征在于,将权利要求1-8中任一项所述的含噁草酸的除草组合物用于不想要的植物的生长场所和/或叶和/或茎上;优选的,不想要的植物的生长场所为大豆田或棉花田;优选的,不想要的植物为禾本科杂草;再优选的,所述的禾本科杂草为马唐、牛筋草、稗草、早熟禾、千金子、狗牙根中的一种或多种。
