Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于走路和跑步训练的跑步机,具体是指一种新型在用户身上持续作用拉力的跑步机,本发明可以用在电动的跑步机也可以用在非电动的跑步机。
背景技术
传统的跑步机可以被分为两种品类,电动跑步机和非电动的跑步机(或称为人力跑步机)。对于电动的跑步机来说,用户需要调整跑步机的运行速度来获得想要的跑速。用户必须走/跑得更快或者增加跑步机的底座的倾斜角度来获得更大的锻炼强度,对于许多用户来讲,增加速度或者倾斜角度可能会伤害到他们的膝盖。
对于常规的人力或者非电动的跑步机,由于用户需要克服在底座和脚板上表面之间的摩擦力,所以用户要在不增加底座倾斜角度的情况下获得足够的跑步速度是很困难的。在大多数情况下,增加底座的倾斜是获得更高强度锻炼的唯一选择,这显着地限制了人力或非电动跑步机的使用。
如何在没有增加跑步机运行速度或增加底座倾斜角度的情况下获得更高强度的锻炼是跑步机领域的最大挑战。在用户身体上增加持续作用的力可以显着提高使用电动或手动跑步机时的运动效率。
发明内容
本发明包括一种新型的跑步机弹性阻力系统,其通常有至少一个弹性带组成,弹性带的一端连接至跑步机上,另一端适用于连接至用户的身体上(通常在用户的脚、手或腰),在运动过程中,弹性带产生持续的拉力。为了获得舒适的阻力,所述弹性带需要被拉长而不被卷起,滑轮适用于装接在弹性带的改变方向的转折点上。

具体实施方式
下文结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。
在图1中,基本构造的跑步机包括底座81、跑板框架82、跑带前轴85、跑带后轴86和循环跑带80。所述跑步机还两组弹性带15,3和23,24,所述每组弹性带一端连接至跑板框架82的前端,另一端用于与用户连接。右侧组的所述弹性带3和4用于右脚,并且每个所述弹性带3和4可以具有不同的拉伸强度。用户可以在右脚上装接所述弹性带3或4进行中低强度运动,或者在右脚上装接所述弹性带3和4进行高强度运动,左侧组的所述弹性带23和24用于左脚,并且每个所述弹性带23和24可以具有不同的拉伸强度,用户可以在左脚上装接所述弹性带23或24进行中低强度运动,或者在左脚上装接所述弹性带23和24进行高强度运动。每组所述弹性带均采用磁吸式枢轴滑轮架,所述滑轮5和7用于使所述弹性带3改变方向,所述滑轮16和8用于使所述弹性带4改变方向。所述滑轮25和27用于使所述弹性带23改变方向,所述滑轮38和39用于使所述弹性带24改变方向。为了获得持续的拉力,需要使用较长的预拉伸弹性带。因此,用户运动时的每一步的受所述弹性带的初始拉力和结束拉力都不会有太大差异。通常,结束拉力小于初始拉力的3倍,滑轮是使用较长弹性带的关键部件,所述弹性带的长度至少大于用户的正常运动步幅长度。
在图1的局部放大部分A中,钢板29固接在支架34和37上,所述支架34和37都装接至所述跑板框架82的下横杆88上。左侧的磁吸式枢轴滑轮架包括所述支架34、37,轴32和轴32上的所述滑轮27和39,以及轴31和轴31上的磁吸式枢轴框架。该磁吸式枢轴框架包括支架33,35和36,轴28和轴28上的所述滑轮25和38,锁销26和磁性钮30。将左侧的磁吸式枢轴滑轮架向上推,直到所述磁性钮30接触所述钢板29并把所述左磁吸式枢轴滑轮架锁定在升高位置并准备好用户拉动所述弹性带23和24。在使用过程中,如果用户的脚踩在所述磁吸式枢轴滑轮架上,则所述磁性钮30将被迫离开所述钢板29并且所述磁吸式枢轴框架将翻转以防止伤害用户。至于右侧,钢板9固接在支架14和15之间,所述支架14和15都装接至所述跑板框架82的下横杆88上。右侧的磁吸式枢轴滑轮架包括所述支架14、15,轴11和轴12上的所述滑轮7和48,以及轴11和轴12上的磁吸式枢轴框架。该磁吸式枢轴框架包括支架13,17和18,轴8和轴8上的所述滑轮5和16,锁销6和磁性钮10。将右侧的磁吸式枢轴滑轮架向上推,直到所述磁性钮10接触所述钢板9并把所述左磁吸式枢轴滑轮架锁定在升高位置并准备好用户拉动所述弹性带3和4。
所述弹性带3的一端通过弹簧锁扣2连接到用户的右脚踝带1,所述弹簧带4的一端也通过弹簧锁扣46连接到用户的右脚踝带1。所述弹性带23的一端通过弹簧锁扣22连接到用户的左脚踝带21,所述弹簧带24的一端也通过弹簧锁扣45连接到用户的左脚踝带21。在本实施例中,所述脚踝带1和21是带D环的常规健身踝带。
在用户的脚上添加所述弹性带的阻力后,用户的上半身在运动过程中倾向于向后倾斜。为了平衡用户的身体,所述跑步机还包括作用在用户腰部区域并用于前拉用户的上身带40。所述上身带40的两端通过弹性锁扣41和42连接至所述跑步机框架的上前框架55,所述上身带40的中间部位作用于用户的后背区域。另外,所述跑步机还可以包括连接带51,所述连接带51的一端连接到所述上前框架55,所述连接带51的另一端通过弹性锁扣52连接至用户腰带的前部(如图5所示)。
对于非电动跑步机或人力驱动的跑步机,为了更加剧烈和舒适的行走/跑步,在运动过程中,用户需要额外的力来向后拉动所述循环跑带。实现这一目标最好的方式就是在用户的脚上附加上弹性阻力带,当用户向前移动他/她的脚,他/她拉动弹性阻力带并将能量存储在弹性阻力带中。具有存储的能量的被拉长的弹性阻力带将在用户的运动过程中将带动用户的脚和循环跑带一起向后拉,在本发明中,所述弹性带可以同时作为机械跑步机的弹性阻力带。这种弹性阻力带系统也可以使用在电动跑步机上以增加锻炼强度,因此用户可以以较低的速度进行高强度的运动。
在图2中,两个带有把手的弹性带分别位于跑板框架82的两侧,在右侧,带有把手61的弹性带62通过螺钉64和弹性锁扣63连接至跑板框架82,在左侧带有把手71的弹性带72通过螺钉74和弹性锁扣73连接至跑板框架82。在运动过程中,用户可以分别用右手和左手握住把手61和把手71。
在图3中,所述脚踝带1和21分别被所述把手61和71所取代。在运动过程中,用户可以分别用右手和左手握住把手61和71。
在图4中,设置有向上凸起的杆91,所述杆91适配成可以让用户将弹性带95和96连接到用户的下背部。滑轮93和101位于轴94上,所述轴94位于与跑板框架82固接的钢支架92上,所述杆91带有磁性钮的下端可旋转的连接至所述轴94上。向后推动所述杆91时,所述杆91可以向后朝地板旋转以将所述磁性钮与所述钢支架92分离。弹性带95穿过滑轮93和滑轮98,锁定器97用于防止弹性锁扣99和103从滑轮98和102上脱离。所述连接带51通过弹性锁扣52与用户的腰带保持连接。
Claims (7)
1.一种在用户身上持续作用拉力的跑步机,其特征在于包括:
跑步机框架;
循环跑带,所述循环跑带装接在所述跑步机框架内;
人力驱动装置,用于驱动所述循环跑带来提供可供用户移动的运动表面,所述人力驱动装置包括至少一组弹性带,所述弹性带的一端连接至所述跑步机框架上,所述弹性带的另一端适用于连接到用户身上,每个所述弹性带至少在一个滑轮上滚动。
所述人力驱动装置适配成当用户移动时带动所述弹性带产生持续拉力并将所述持续拉力传递至所述循环跑带。
2.一种在用户身上持续作用拉力的跑步机,其特征在于包括:
跑步机框架;
循环跑带,所述循环跑带装接在所述跑步机框架内;
至少一个弹性带,至少一个所述弹性带的一端连接至所述跑步机框架上,另一端适用于连接到用户身上来产生拉力驱动所述循环跑带向后旋转;
每个所述弹性带上至少具有一个滑轮,所述弹性带在所述滑轮上滚动。
3.如权利要求2所述的跑步机,其特征在于:所述弹性带在所述滑轮上滚动换向小于360度角。
4.如权利要求2所述的跑步机,其特征在于:所述滑轮系统具有至少一个滑轮安装在磁吸式枢轴框架上。
5.如权利要求2所述的跑步机,其特征在于:所述弹性带通常为两组,所述弹性带的第一组和第二组均匀地分布在所述循环跑带上。
6.一种在用户身上持续作用拉力的跑步机,包括:
跑步机框架;
循环跑带,所述循环跑带装接在所述跑步机框架内;
至少一组弹性带设置在所述循环跑带的下方,每组所述弹性带适用于连接至用户的身体的一部分,每个弹性带的一端连接到跑步机框架,另一端适用于连接在用户的身体的一部分;
所述弹性带通过至少一个滑轮,所述弹性带在所述滑轮上滚动;
固定带,所述固定带的一端连接到所述跑步机框架的前部,另一端连接在用户的身体上
7.如权利要求6所述的跑步机,其特征在于:具有第一滑轮装接在磁吸式枢轴滑轮架上,在每个弹性带的活动端穿过所述第一滑轮。
