8. The visitor monitoring and management method according to claim 1, wherein the server disconnects the wireless connection with the mobile terminal when determining that the mobile terminal is not within the cell according to the location information fed back by the mobile terminal.
9. The visitor monitoring management method of claim 1 wherein the route information comprises: the route map, the route indication on the route map and the mark of the building information corresponding to the destination.
10. A visitor monitoring management system, comprising: the verification device is arranged at a gate of the community, and the mobile terminal and the server of the visitor are arranged at the gate of the community;
the visitor mobile terminal is used for establishing close-range communication connection with the verification equipment at the community portal and sending a network access request to the verification equipment, wherein the network access request comprises mobile terminal information, receiving server address information sent by the verification equipment, establishing wireless connection with the server according to the server address information, packaging the mobile terminal information, initial position information and building information corresponding to a destination into a data packet and sending the data packet to the server, and the building information corresponding to the destination is information input into the mobile terminal by the visitor and is also used for receiving route information sent by the server, displaying the route information, navigating according to the route information and sending the position information of the route information to the server in real time;
the verification equipment is used for verifying the mobile terminal according to the mobile terminal information and sending the address information of the server to the mobile terminal after the verification is passed;
the server is used for receiving a data packet sent by the mobile terminal after establishing wireless connection with the mobile terminal, generating route information according to initial position information in the data packet and building information corresponding to a destination, sending the route information to the mobile terminal, receiving the position information sent by the mobile terminal, and carrying out corresponding operation according to the position information.
