At present, people are studying how to reduce the cost of the lithium ion battery, but neglecting the safety problem caused by the lithium ion battery. Generally, a lithium ion battery and a battery cell fixing device thereof cannot stably fix the lithium ion battery and a battery cell thereof, so that an accident often occurs when the lithium ion battery is used, the safety of the lithium ion battery is reduced, and the practicability is deteriorated.

In one embodiment of the invention, when the device is used for fixing the lithium ion battery and the battery cell thereof, the two movable fixing devices are started firstly, then the two sliding fixing devices are started, so that the lithium battery is sufficiently fixed in the device, and finally the battery fixing device is started.
As shown in fig. 1, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the moving and fixing device includes two first moving plates 3, the two first moving plates 3 are respectively arranged in bilateral symmetry with respect to the first partition 2, and the left and right sides of the two first moving plates 3 are respectively slidably connected with the inner side of the battery case 1 and one end of the second partition 7; the middle positions of the two first moving plates 3 are respectively in threaded connection with a first threaded rod 6, the left end of the first threaded rod 6 is rotatably connected with the left side of the battery shell 1, and a driving moving device is arranged at the right end of the first threaded rod 6; the drive movement means are activated so that the first threaded bar 6 rotates, causing the two first moving plates 3 to perform an opposing, repellent movement.

As shown in fig. 1, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sliding fixing device includes two second moving plates 4, the two second moving plates 4 are respectively and symmetrically arranged in front and back with respect to a second partition 7, the right sides of the two second moving plates 4 are respectively and slidably connected with the upper and lower first moving plates 3, and the inward ends of the two second moving plates 4 are respectively and slidably connected with the front and back ends of the second partition 7; a second threaded rod 5 is respectively in threaded connection with the middle positions of the two second moving plates 4, one end of the rear side of the second threaded rod 5 is rotatably connected with the inner side of the front end of the battery shell 1, and a driving sliding device is arranged at one end of the front side of the second threaded rod 5; the second threaded rod 5 rotates, so that the second threaded rod 5 drives the two second moving plates 4 to move in an opposite and repellent manner.
As shown in fig. 1, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the driving sliding device comprises a belt pulley 8, and the middle position of the belt pulley 8 is fixedly connected with one end of the front surface of the second threaded rod 5; the two belt wheels 8 are respectively connected through a belt 10; the left belt wheel 8 rotates, so that the belt wheel 8 drives the right belt wheel 8 to rotate through the belt 10, and the two belt wheels 8 respectively drive the two second threaded rods 5 to rotate simultaneously.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the battery fixing device includes a fixing plate 14, and the lower end of the fixing plate 14 and the upper end of the battery case 1 are detachably connected by four bolts 15 symmetrically disposed at the front, rear, left and right, respectively; so that the fixing plate 14 seals the upper end of the battery case 1 and the four bolts 15 allow the fixing plate 14 and the battery case 1 to be detachably coupled.
As shown in fig. 1, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, two first sliding pins 16 are fixedly connected to front and rear opposite ends of the two second moving plates 4, respectively, and the two first sliding pins 16 are slidably connected to front and rear ends of the second partition 7, respectively; two second sliding pins 17 are respectively and fixedly connected to the middle positions of the inward sides of the two second moving plates 4, and the two second sliding pins 17 respectively slide with one side of the first partition plate 2; the two second moving plates 4 can be smoothly and stably connected in the front end and the rear end of the second partition 7 in a sliding manner, and meanwhile, the two second moving plates 4 can be stably slid in one side of the first partition 2.
A lithium ion battery comprises the battery cell fixing device.
