The working principle is as follows: when the solar energy battery is used, an external power supply is required to be connected and provides electric energy for the device, so that the device can normally run, firstly, the solar panel 23 can convert solar energy into electric energy, then the electric energy is stored in the battery main body 2, most of areas where the solar panel 23 is installed in a large area are small-sized areas, the temperature difference between day and night and the temperature difference between winter and summer are large, in order to avoid that the battery main body 2 is high in damage speed, the temperature sensor in the battery main body can sense the temperature when the temperature is too low and the temperature is too high, if the temperature is too low, the controller can control the first double-shaft motor 4 and the heating layer 6 to start, the first double-shaft motor 4 can drive the two groups of suction fans 5 to rotate, external air can be sucked into the interior of the battery shell 1, the air is heated by the heating layer 6, the temperature can rise, and the temperature environment which is too low in the interior of the battery shell 1 can be improved, the motor 24 is started when the external air is absorbed by the suction fan 5, the motor 24 drives the screw rod 25 to rotate, the screw rod 25 is matched with the sleeve rod 26 to enable the sliding block 27 to move back and forth on the outer side of the sliding block, so that dust and impurities on the top end of the solar panel 23 are absorbed back and forth, the top end of the solar panel 23 is cleaner by being matched with the cleaning brush 29 to avoid later manual cleaning, if the temperature in the battery case 1 is too high, the controller controls the second double-shaft motor 15 to start, the second double-shaft motor 15 drives the heat dissipation fan 16 to rotate, the heat dissipation fan 16 discharges the air in the battery case 1 to the inside of the heat exchange coil 20 through the connecting bin 17 and the second connecting pipe 18, and the air with higher temperature is filled with cold water in the heat exchange bin 19 to heat the inside of the heat exchange bin 19, so that the temperature of the cold water is raised, and the high-temperature air can be discharged when the temperature is reduced to the normal temperature, the water with the increased temperature can be used for production and life, and the discharge of the air with the reduced temperature can not cause adverse effect on the outside air.
