Abstract
The invention discloses a bulb lamp, which comprises a transparent lamp shell, wherein a lamp filament is arranged in the transparent lamp shell, a heat conducting cylinder is arranged on the inner side of the lamp filament, and the bottom of the heat conducting cylinder is communicated with the outside of the transparent lamp shell; the filament is electrically connected with an external thread core column; the external thread core column is internally provided with a current conducting plate which is respectively and electrically connected with two ends of the filament, and the current conducting plate is provided with a through hole which is in interference fit with the filament; an insulated fixed cylinder is arranged below the current-conducting plate, two ends of the fixed cylinder are connected with an insulated threaded rod through a one-way bearing, and a filament channel is formed between the threads of the threaded rod and the fixed cylinder; the inner side of the one-way bearing is provided with a seal; the fixed cylinder is formed with an insertion hole. The invention prevents the threaded rod from reversing through the one-way bearing, prevents the threaded rod from screwing in excessive filaments through sealing, thereby effectively fixing the filaments, and simultaneously quickly dissipating the heat of the filaments through the T-shaped heat-conducting tube.

The traditional connection mode of the filament is manual welding by high temperature so as to achieve the effect of fixing the filament. The bulb lamp shown in fig. 1 and 2 comprises a transparent lamp shell 1, a lamp filament 2 is installed in the transparent lamp shell 1, a heat conduction cylinder 14 is installed on the inner side of the lamp filament 2, and the bottom of the heat conduction cylinder 14 is communicated with the outside of the transparent lamp shell 1; the filament 2 is electrically connected with an external thread core column 3; the external thread core column 3 is internally provided with a current conducting plate 4 which is respectively and electrically connected with two ends of the filament 2, and the current conducting plate 4 is provided with a through hole 5 which is in interference fit with the filament 2; an insulated fixed cylinder 6 is arranged below the conductive plate 4, two ends of the fixed cylinder 6 are connected with an insulated threaded rod 8 through a one-way bearing 7, and a filament channel 10 is formed between a thread 9 of the threaded rod 8 and the fixed cylinder 6; a seal 11 is arranged on the inner side of the one-way bearing 7; the fixed cylinder 6 is formed with an insertion hole 12.
One end of the threaded rod 8 is formed with a screwdriver slot 13.
The heat-conducting cylinder 14 is a glass cylinder.
The heat conducting cylinder 14 is T-shaped, and two ends of the heat conducting cylinder 14 are communicated with the outside of the transparent lamp shell 1.
The fixed cylinder 6 and the threaded rod 8 are made of plastic, rubber or glass.
