In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The background music obtaining method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to video playing scenes.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, when a user plays a video in a video application by using the electronic equipment, the electronic equipment identifies the background music of the video and obtains the audio information of the background music. Then, the electronic device displays an identifier 1 for indicating the background music and an identifier 2 for collecting the background music on a playing interface of the video. When the user clicks the mark 1, the electronic device can display the detailed information of the background music and the music of different styles of the background music, so that the user can conveniently check, download and play the displayed music. When the user clicks on the logo 2, the electronic device may collect the music 2. The complexity of the operation of acquiring the background music of the video being played is greatly reduced.
The background music obtaining method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
As shown in fig. 1, a background music obtaining method provided in an embodiment of the present application may include the following steps 201 and 202:
step 201, in the process of playing the first video, performing background music recognition on the first video.
Illustratively, the background music obtaining device obtains a video file or a video stream of a first video when the video application plays the first video, and extracts audio information in the video file or the video stream. Wherein the audio information may include at least one of: text information corresponding to the lyrics of the background music and sound wave information of the background music. Further, the sound wave information of the background music may be presented in the form of a music track.
Illustratively, the background music acquiring means may acquire the audio information of the background music of the first video in two ways:
mode 1: the electronic equipment can play the video in the flash memory after caching the video in the flash memory. Therefore, the electronic device can obtain the video file of the video according to the cache path of the video, and then the electronic device extracts the audio information in the video file. Mode 2: the electronic equipment acquires a video stream of a video being played and loads the video stream into the memory, and the electronic equipment can directly acquire the video from the memory. Therefore, the electronic device can also extract the audio information in the video from the memory.
Illustratively, the audio information is text information corresponding to lyrics of the background music. After the electronic device acquires the audio information, in order to identify the lyric information of the first music contained in the audio information, sound information of a video currently played by the electronic device may be acquired through a Microphone (MIC) arranged on the electronic device, and the sound information is converted into text information through voice identification to obtain the lyric information of the background music. Or after the electronic equipment acquires the audio information of the background music, the electronic equipment directly generates corresponding text information according to the audio information.
For example, after the background music acquisition device acquires the audio information, a sound wave of sound included in the audio information may be analyzed and divided into a plurality of sound wave frames. Then, the background music obtaining device carries out waveform transformation on the sound wave frames to generate a plurality of multi-dimensional vectors, and one sound wave frame corresponds to one multi-dimensional vector. The background music acquisition device determines phonemes corresponding to each multidimensional vector (phonemes: the smallest phonetic unit divided according to the natural attributes of the speech, analyzed according to the pronunciation action in the syllables, one action constituting one phoneme, for example, chinese syllables o (ā) has one phoneme, love (aji) has two phonemes, and generation (dji) has three phonemes), combines the phonemes into words, and generates text information corresponding to the audio information (i.e., text information corresponding to the lyrics).
Illustratively, the background music retrieval apparatus may determine a phoneme to which each majority vector corresponds by: the background music acquiring apparatus may determine the probability of each of the plurality of phonemes corresponding to each of the multidimensional vectors using an "acoustic model" in machine learning, and the phoneme corresponding to the multidimensional vector is determined as the highest probability.
Illustratively, after the audio information of the background musical sound is acquired, it is necessary to identify the audio information. The background music obtaining device can compare the audio information with the audio information of the first music in the preset music library, and then identify the background music.
Step 202, displaying the first identifier and the second identifier when the audio information of the background music in the first video is identified.
The first identifier is used for indicating the background music, and the second identifier is used for collecting the background music.
Illustratively, the first identifier includes a music name of the background music. After the user clicks the first identifier, the background music acquisition device can display the detailed information of the background music, so that the user can conveniently check the detailed information.
Further, the detailed information may include at least one of: the musical title of the background music, the singer, etc., and other versions of the background music of different styles associated with the background music. For example, an acoustic version, a live version, a knight-on-Disc (DJ) version of background music, and the like.
For example, as shown in fig. 2 (a), the playing interface 20 is a short video application, where a short video is being played in the short video playing interface 20, and the background music obtaining device may automatically obtain the audio information of the background music in the short video when the electronic device plays the short video, or the background music obtaining device may further trigger the background music obtaining device to obtain the audio information of the background music in the short video after receiving a click input of the "obtain background music" button control 21 from the user. Then, the background music obtaining device displays the identifier 22 (i.e. the first identifier) and the identifier 23 (i.e. the second identifier) on the video playing interface 20, the background music obtaining device displays the detailed information of the music identified by the background music obtaining device after receiving the click input of the user to the identifier 22, and the background music obtaining device collects the identified music after receiving the click input of the user to the identifier 23.
Illustratively, the matching of the audio information of the background music with the audio information of the first music in the preset music library may include the following two examples:
example 1:
in example 1, when the audio information includes text information corresponding to lyrics of the background music, the background music obtaining apparatus may match the text information with text information corresponding to lyrics of a first music in a preset music library, and if the matching is successful, determine that the background music in the video being played by the background music obtaining apparatus is the first music.
Example 2:
in example 2, when the audio information includes sound wave information of the background music, the background music obtaining apparatus may match the sound wave information with sound wave information of first music in a preset music library, and if the waveform similarity of the two pieces of sound wave information satisfies a preset threshold, determine that the background music in the video being played by the background music obtaining apparatus is the first music.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the sound wave tracks of two pieces of music are provided, wherein the track 41 is the track of music 1 (i.e., the above-mentioned background music), and the track 42 is the track of music 2 (i.e., the above-mentioned first music), and by comparing the vibration frequencies and amplitudes of the sound waves of the two tracks, it can be seen that the sound waveforms of the two tracks are substantially identical, and thus, the music 1 and the music 2 are the same music.
It should be noted that the preset music library may be a preset music library in the background music obtaining device, may also be a preset music library in the server, and may also be a music library for third-party music playing application, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. Illustratively, the background music acquiring means matches the first music and acquires audio information of the first music by calling an interface program of the third party music playing application.
Therefore, in the process that the user plays the first video by using the background music acquisition device, the background music acquisition device identifies the background music of the first video and obtains the audio information of the background music. Then, the background music acquiring means displays a first mark indicating the background music and a second mark for collecting the background music on the screen. Therefore, after the background music of the video being played is identified by the background music acquisition device, the user can check or collect the background music by clicking the displayed first identifier or the second identifier, and the problem that the user has complicated operation when watching the video and hearing favorite background music and wants to check or collect the favorite background music is avoided.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, since many pieces of music exist in multiple different versions, after receiving a click input of the first identifier by the user, the electronic device may display the first music in the multiple different versions.
After the step 202, the background music obtaining method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include the following steps 203a1 and 203a 2:
step 203a1, the background music obtaining device receives the first input of the first identifier from the user.
Step 203a2, the background music obtaining device responds to the first input received by the receiving module to display a first interface, where the first interface includes N music identifiers.
The N music identifiers are used for indicating N first music of different styles, the first music is the same as the background music, and N is a positive integer. One music identification corresponds to one first music.
Illustratively, the first input may be: the touch input of the user to the first identifier, or the voice instruction input by the user, or the specific gesture input by the user may be determined according to the actual use requirement, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Illustratively, the touch input may be a click input of the first identifier by the user.
For example, after receiving the first input, the background music obtaining apparatus displays a first music containing a plurality of versions with different styles, and may specifically perform the above description of the detailed information displayed after the user clicks the first identifier, and for avoiding repetition, details are not repeated here.
For example, as shown in fig. 2 (B), an interface 30 (i.e., the first interface) is displayed after the user clicks the indicator 22 (i.e., the first indicator), and three different styles and different versions of "xx series theme songs" (i.e., the N different styles of first music) are displayed in the interface.
Therefore, after the electronic equipment identifies the background music of the video being played and displays the first identifier, the user can check the detailed information of the background music by clicking the first identifier.
Further optionally, in this embodiment of the application, after the electronic device displays the first interface, the user may play or download music displayed in the first interface.
For example, after the step 203a2, the method for obtaining background music according to the embodiment of the present application may further include the following steps 204a1 and 204a2, where the step 203a2 is for a certain music that the user wants to play in the first interface:
step 204a1, the background music retrieval device receives a second input from the user to the first control.
Wherein, the first control is: and the control is associated with the first music identifier in the N music identifiers.
Step 204a2, the background music obtaining device responds to the second input to play the first music corresponding to the first music identifier.
For example, the second input may be: the touch input of the user to the first control, or the voice instruction input by the user, or the specific gesture input by the user may be determined according to the actual use requirement, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. Illustratively, the touch input may be a click input of the first control by the user.
For example, after the step 203a2, the method for obtaining background music according to the embodiment of the present application may further include the following steps 204b1 and 204b2, where the step 203a2 is for a user to want to download a certain music in the first interface:
step 204b1, the background music retrieval device receives a third input from the user to the second control.
Wherein, the second control is: a control associated with a second music identifier of the N music identifiers;
step 204b2, the background music retrieval device responds to the third input to download the first music corresponding to the second music identification.
Illustratively, the third input may be: the touch input of the user to the second control, or the voice instruction input by the user, or the specific gesture input by the user may be determined according to the actual use requirement, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. Illustratively, the touch input may be a click input of the second control by the user.
For example, as shown in fig. 2 (B), an interface 30 (i.e., the first interface) is displayed after the user clicks the identifier 22 (i.e., the first identifier), in which three different styles and different versions of "xx series theme songs" are displayed, and when the user clicks the control 31 (i.e., the first control), the background music obtaining apparatus plays music (i.e., music "XXXX") associated with the control; when the user clicks on the control 32 (i.e., the second control described above), the background music retrieval device downloads the music associated with the control (i.e., music "xxxx (dj)"). It should be noted that, if the provider of the music corresponding to the control 32 does not obtain the copyright of the music, when the user clicks the control 32, the background music obtaining device may prompt that "the song cannot be downloaded due to the copyright problem", or the background music obtaining device disables the download control corresponding to the song.
In this way, the user can play or download various versions of the first music that the user likes in the first interface displayed by the electronic device.
Further optionally, in this embodiment of the application, after the electronic device downloads the first music, when the user creates own short video, the music collected by the background music obtaining device may be used as a material for the user to create the short video.
After the step 204b2, the method for acquiring background music according to the embodiment of the present application may further include the following steps 205a1 to 205a 4:
step 205a1, the background music retrieval device receives a fourth input from the user to the second interface for editing the second video.
Step 205a2, the background music retrieval device responds to the fourth input, and displays M music identifiers, where the M music identifiers are used to indicate M pieces of music that the user has downloaded, and the M pieces of music include the first music, and M is a positive integer.
Step 205a3, the background music retrieval device receives a fifth input from the user for K music identifiers out of the M music identifiers.
Step 205a4, the background music retrieval means, in response to the fifth input, adds the second music corresponding to the K music identifiers to the second video.
For example, the fourth input may be a touch input that triggers the background music acquisition device to display the second interface for the user. The fifth input may be a user selection input of K music identifiers out of the M music identifiers.
Illustratively, each of the M music identifiers may include at least one of: the music identifier corresponds to a music name of the music, and the music identifier corresponds to a music duration of the music. The M pieces of music may be obtained by the user through step 204b2, or may be added by the user from a flash memory or a network (audio files are stored in the background music obtaining device).
Illustratively, the second interface includes a plurality of user-selectable music identifiers, and the background music obtaining apparatus sequentially adds the music identifiers to the second video according to the sequence of the music identifiers selected by the user in the second interface after receiving the selection input of the user to the plurality of music identifiers.
For example, as shown in fig. 4 (a), in a video editing interface 50 of the background music acquiring apparatus, the interface 50 includes a video preview area 51, a background music adding button 52, and a background music editing area 53, when the user clicks the button 52 (i.e. the fourth input), the background music acquiring apparatus displays an interface 59 (i.e. the second interface) as shown in fig. 4 (B), the interface 59 includes music identifiers of music collected by 5 users (including identifiers of music 1, music 2, music 3, music 4, and music 5), and after the user selects identifiers of music 1, music 2, and music 3 and clicks the determination button (i.e. the fifth input), the background music acquiring apparatus adds 3 pieces of music selected by the user to the video 2.
Therefore, after the electronic equipment downloads the first music, when the user creates the short video belonging to the electronic equipment, favorite music in the downloaded music can be added into the created short video as background music.
Further optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the electronic device may directly add the second music selected by the user to the second video, or may edit the selected second music through the music editing control in the music editing interface, and then add the edited second music to the second video.
For example, after the background music acquisition apparatus receives the fifth input of the user to K music identifiers out of the M music identifiers, the background music acquisition method provided by the embodiment of the present application may further include the following steps 205b1 to 205b 4:
step 205b1, the background music obtaining apparatus responds to the fifth input, and displays K music capturing controls, where the numerical range of each music capturing control corresponds to a music duration range of the second music.
Step 205b2, the background music obtaining apparatus receives the sixth input of the user to the first sliding control and the second sliding control on the target music capturing control.
In step 205b3, the background music obtaining apparatus moves the first sliding control to a first position and moves the second sliding control to a second position in response to the fifth input.
Step 205b4, the background music obtaining apparatus intercepts the music segment between the first time node and the second time node in the second music corresponding to the music interception control.
The target music intercepting control is at least one of K music intercepting controls; the first time node is: a time node corresponding to the position of the first sliding control on the target music intercepting control; the second time node is: and the time node corresponding to the position of the second sliding control on the target music intercepting control.
For example, the sixth input may be a dragging input of the first sliding control and the second sliding control on the target music capture control by the user, or the sixth input may also be a clicking input of the target music capture control by the user, where the clicking input is used to update the display position of the first sliding control or the second sliding control on the target music capture control.
For example, the music capture control may be a progress bar control including two sliding controls, and the shape of the sliding control may be a circle, a square, a diamond, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
For example, the K music capture controls may be arranged in a top-to-bottom arrangement, and the arrangement order of the K music capture controls is consistent with the arrangement order of the music identifiers selected by the user in the step 205a3 in the second interface.
For example, as shown in fig. 4 (C), the video editing interface 50 is displayed for the background music acquiring apparatus after receiving the fifth input from the user. In the music editing area 53 of the interface 50, 3 pieces of editable music (i.e., the music 1, the music 2, and the music 3 selected by the fifth input) are displayed, where each piece of editable music includes a corresponding sliding progress bar (i.e., the target music capture control), and each sliding progress bar includes two draggable dots (including a dot 54 and a dot 55, i.e., the first sliding control and the second sliding control).
Illustratively, the interface displaying the K music capture controls may be an interface for a user to edit a plurality of second music, which is different from the first interface and the second interface. The user can edit the playing time of the target music in the second video by dragging the first sliding control and the second sliding control in the target music capturing control corresponding to the target music on the interface.
For example, as shown in (C) in fig. 4, taking the user dragging the sliding progress bar 1 corresponding to the music 1 as an example, the user drags the circle 54 on the sliding progress bar 1 to the starting position of the sliding progress bar 1, and drags the dot 55 on the sliding progress bar 1 to the one-third position of the sliding progress bar 1, so that the background music obtaining apparatus intercepts the audio in the time period from 0 second to 5 second of the music 1 having the total time length of 15 seconds, and adds the audio to the video 2.
In this way, the electronic device can sequentially add some of the second music selected by the user to the timeline of the video created by the user according to the sequence from top to bottom, so that when the video created by the user is played by the electronic device, the second music is played according to the addition sequence of the second music.
Further optionally, in this embodiment of the application, when the user adds a plurality of edited second music to the second video, the plurality of second music may also be sorted.
For example, the step 205a4 may further include the following steps 205a41 to 202a 45:
step 205a41, the background music obtaining device responds to the fifth input, and displays a third interface, where the third interface includes K music identifiers displayed according to the first order; the first sequence is the display sequence of the K music identifiers in the second interface.
Step 205a42, the background music retrieval device receives a seventh input of the user identification of the target music.
Step 205a43, the background music retrieval device responds to the seventh input, and adjusts the display position of the target music identifier on the third interface. The target music identifier is at least one of the second music identifiers.
And step 205a44, determining the second sequence according to the display positions of the adjusted K music identifiers in the third interface.
Step 205a45, the background music obtaining apparatus adds the second music corresponding to the K music identifiers to the second video according to the second sequence.
For example, the seventh input may be a drag input by the user to a target music identifier among the K music identifiers.
Illustratively, the background music retrieval device, upon receiving a fifth input from the user, displays the second music in the third interface in the display order thereof in the second interface, the display order being independent of the order in which the user selects the second music in the second interface.
Illustratively, when the user wants to change the playing order of the second music in the second video indicated by the target music identifier, the arrangement order of the target music identifiers in the third interface may be adjusted through a seventh input.
Illustratively, the first sequence is an arrangement sequence of the K music identifiers selected by the user in step 205a3 in the second interface. The second order is an order of the K music identifiers in the third interface, or may be an order of the K music identifiers in the third interface after being adjusted by a user. It is to be understood that the first order and the second order may be consistent or not consistent, and when the user does not adjust the arrangement order of the K music identifiers in the third interface, the first order is consistent with the second order, and when the user adjusts the arrangement order of the K music identifiers in the fourth interface, the first order is inconsistent with the second order.
It should be noted that the interface displaying the K music capture controls and the third interface may be the same interface or different interfaces, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
For example, as shown in fig. 4 (B), the sequence order (i.e., the first sequence) of the 3 pieces of music selected by the user in the interface 59 is: music 1, music 2, and music 3. As shown in fig. 4 (C), the 3 pieces of music selected by the user are sorted in the order in the music editing area 53 in the interface 50: music 1, music 2, and music 3, which are in agreement with each other. As shown in fig. 4 (C), the user may change the display sequence of the 3 music flags by dragging the music flag of music 1, music 2, or music 3, and, after the user clicks the save and exit button in the interface 50, the background music obtaining apparatus adds the 3 music to the video 2 being edited by the user in the sequence adjusted by the user (i.e., the second sequence).
Therefore, the user can adjust the playing sequence of the selected background music in the video composed by the user according to the preference of the user.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, in addition to collecting the first music after receiving the first input of the user to the first identifier, the electronic device may also collect the first music when the user clicks the second identifier.
For example, in the case that the background music obtaining apparatus recognizes the audio information of the background music in the first video, the displaying the second identifier in the above step 202 may include the following step 206 a:
in step 206a, the background music obtaining device creates a second identifier when recognizing the audio information of the background music in the first video, and displays the second identifier in the first state.
For example, the position where the second identifier is displayed does not display any identifier until the background music acquisition apparatus recognizes the audio information of the background music in the first video. After the background music acquiring device identifies the audio information of the background music in the first video, the background music acquiring device creates and displays a second identifier at the position.
After the background music acquiring apparatus displays the second identifier, the background music acquiring method according to the embodiment of the present application may further include the following steps 206b1 and 206b 2.
Step 206b1, the background music retrieval device receives the eighth input of the second identifier from the user.
In step 206b2, the background music retrieval device is responsive to the eighth input to collect the background music and display the second identifier in the second state.
Illustratively, the eighth input may be a click input of the second identifier by the user. The second indicator may include two display states.
For example, the above-mentioned background music collection may be understood as that the background music obtaining device collects the background music as favorite music of the user, but the background music obtaining device does not download the first music, and the user can only enjoy the background music by playing online. Further, the background music acquiring apparatus cannot add the background music to the video created by the user when the user creates the video.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, in two display states of the second flag, when the user does not collect the background music, the background music acquiring apparatus displays the second flag in the state shown in (a) in fig. 5, and when the user collects the background music, the background music acquiring apparatus displays the second flag in the state shown in (B) in fig. 5.
It should be noted that, if the background music is not downloaded by the background music obtaining apparatus, the user may not see the music identifier of the background music in the second interface.
Therefore, after the electronic equipment identifies the background music of the video, the user can directly collect favorite background music in the video playing interface.
According to the background music obtaining method provided by the embodiment of the application, in the process that a user plays a first video by using electronic equipment, the electronic equipment identifies the background music of the first video and obtains the audio information of the background music. Then, the electronic equipment displays a first identifier for indicating the background music and a second identifier for collecting the first music on a screen, so that a user can check detailed information of the background music by clicking the first identifier after the electronic equipment identifies the background music of the video being played, and the user can conveniently download different versions of music related to the background music; when the user clicks the second identifier, the electronic device can collect the background music, so that the problem of complex operation when the user likes and wants to download the background music is avoided. The user may then also compose a new video using the downloaded background music.
