The first PH detection device and the second PH detection device are PH detectors, water grooves are formed in the positions of the first PH detection device and the position of the second PH detection device, and detection probes of the first PH detection device and the second PH detection device stretch into the water grooves. Acetic acid is arranged in the acid treatment tank, sodium bicarbonate is arranged in the alkaline treatment tank, and the acetic acid and the sodium bicarbonate are uniformly added.
