自卡紧防拆防松螺栓,包括螺杆,螺杆外壁制有外螺纹,螺杆一头制有螺帽,所述螺杆另一头制有偏心轴,偏心轴外壁设有偏心轮,偏心轴上端制有限位帽,限位帽与偏心轮端面相接触,在偏心轮中制有偏心孔,偏心轮经偏心孔套在偏心轴上,在螺杆端面与偏心轮之间的偏心轴外壁套有扭簧,扭簧一头与螺杆相连接,扭簧另一头与偏心轮相连接。当要将螺栓反向拧出时,螺杆带动偏心轴、扭簧和偏心轮一起逆时针旋转,扭簧弹力作用下,导致偏心轮未与偏心轴达到同步逆时针旋转,使偏心轮绕着偏心轴形成一定角度偏心旋转,使偏心轮厚壁部位逐渐卡在工件螺孔与偏心轴的小间距之间,达到防止螺栓松动、退出,防盗拧出作用。

在对装配部件进行装配紧固时,通常会用到螺母、螺栓等紧固件,普通的螺栓在装配的部件上受到震动或是使用时间久了容易出现松动,而导致装配的部件紧固不牢靠,出现安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种拧紧可靠,防止螺栓松动、退出,防盗拧出的自卡紧防拆防松螺栓。
本发明自卡紧防拆防松螺栓的技术方案是:包括螺杆,螺杆的外壁制有外螺纹,螺杆的一头制有螺帽,所述螺杆的另一头制有偏心轴,偏心轴的外壁设有偏心轮,偏心轴的上端制有限位帽,限位帽与偏心轮的端面相接触,在偏心轮中制有偏心孔,偏心轮经偏心孔套在偏心轴上,在螺杆端面与偏心轮之间的偏心轴外壁套有扭簧,扭簧的一头与螺杆相连接,扭簧的另一头与偏心轮相连接。
本发明公开了一种自卡紧防拆防松螺栓,主要是在螺杆的头部制有偏心轴,并在偏心轴上套有偏心轮,在偏心轮上开有偏心孔,偏心孔与偏心轴相配合,其中偏心孔的圆心到偏心轮外壁最短的距离稍小于或等于偏心轴的中心到螺杆外壁最短的距离,偏心孔的圆心到偏心轮外壁最长的距离小于偏心轴的中心到螺杆外壁最长的距离,偏心孔的圆心到偏心轮外壁最长的距离大于偏心轴的中心到螺杆外壁最短的距离,在偏心轮与螺杆的端部之间设置扭簧,扭簧套在偏心轴的外壁,扭簧的一头与螺杆相连接,扭簧的另一头与偏心轮相连接,当将该螺栓拧入工件时,螺栓顺时针拧入工件的螺孔中,螺栓上的螺杆带动偏心轴顺时针旋转,偏心轴带动扭簧跟随旋转,扭簧在弹力的作用下带动偏心轮随着偏心轴同步旋转,由于偏心轮与偏心轴的转动为同步,保证螺栓能够顺利拧入,当要将螺栓反向拧出时,螺栓上的螺杆带动偏心轴逆时针旋转,偏心轴带动扭簧和偏心轮一起逆时针旋转,在偏心轴带动偏心轮旋转时,在扭簧弹力的作用下,导致偏心轮未与偏心轴达到同步逆时针旋转(即偏心轮的旋转速度慢于偏心轴的旋转速度,甚至偏心轮停止旋转),从而使偏心轮绕着偏心轴形成一定角度的偏心旋转,使偏心轮的厚壁部位逐渐卡在工件的螺孔与偏心轴的小间距之间,偏心轴与螺孔内壁因偏心轮夹角增大阻止偏心轴转动,反向旋转角度越大,偏心轮的厚壁部位与工件的螺孔内壁以及偏心轴之间的小间距卡死,从而达到防止螺栓松动、退出,防盗拧出的作用,另外螺栓的螺纹为反方向时,则将扭簧和偏心轮的方向做对称的改变。
本发明自卡紧防拆防松螺栓,所述的偏心轮的外壁均布卡齿。有了卡齿,螺栓反向拧出时,进一步增加偏心轮与螺孔内壁的摩擦力。
所述的偏心轴外壁制有环槽,扭簧设置在环槽中。当人们采用强制反向拧出螺栓时,当偏心轮与偏心轴以及螺孔内壁卡紧力过大时,便会将偏心轴在环槽位置拧断,偏心轴无法对偏心轮卡紧限位,使螺栓可以逆时针拧出。
所述的偏心轴与偏心轮的偏心孔内壁之间有间隙。有了间隙,在螺栓顺时针拧入时,偏心轮可通过间隙进行微调,防止拧入时出现卡死现象。

本发明涉及一种自卡紧防拆防松螺栓,如图1—图4所示,包括螺杆1,螺杆的外壁制有外螺纹2,螺杆的一头制有螺帽3,所述螺杆1的另一头制有偏心轴4,偏心轴的外壁设有偏心轮5,偏心轴的上端制有限位帽6,限位帽与偏心轮的端面相接触,在偏心轮中制有偏心孔,偏心轮经偏心孔套在偏心轴上,在螺杆1端面与偏心轮5之间的偏心轴4外壁套有扭簧9,扭簧的一头与螺杆1相连接,扭簧的另一头与偏心轮相连接。主要是在螺杆1的头部制有偏心轴4,并在偏心轴上套有偏心轮5,在偏心轮上开有偏心孔,偏心孔与偏心轴相配合,其中偏心孔的圆心到偏心轮5外壁最短的距离稍小于或等于偏心轴4的中心到螺杆1外壁最短的距离,偏心孔的圆心到偏心轮5外壁最长的距离小于偏心轴4的中心到螺杆1外壁最长的距离,偏心孔的圆心到偏心轮5外壁最长的距离大于偏心轴4的中心到螺杆1外壁最短的距离,在偏心轮与螺杆1的端部之间设置扭簧9,扭簧套在偏心轴4的外壁,扭簧的一头与螺杆相连接,扭簧的另一头与偏心轮相连接,当将该螺栓拧入工件20时,螺栓顺时针拧入工件的螺孔21中,螺栓上的螺杆1带动偏心轴4顺时针旋转,偏心轴带动扭簧9跟随旋转,扭簧在弹力的作用下带动偏心轮5随着偏心轴同步旋转,由于偏心轮与偏心轴的转动为同步,保证螺栓能够顺利拧入,当要将螺栓反向拧出时,螺栓上的螺杆1带动偏心轴4逆时针旋转,偏心轴带动扭簧9和偏心轮5一起逆时针旋转,在偏心轴带动偏心轮旋转时,在扭簧弹力的作用下,导致偏心轮未与偏心轴达到同步逆时针旋转(即偏心轮的旋转速度慢于偏心轴的旋转速度,甚至偏心轮停止旋转),从而使偏心轮绕着偏心轴形成一定角度的偏心旋转,使偏心轮的厚壁部位逐渐卡在工件20的螺孔21与偏心轴的小间距之间,偏心轴4与螺孔21内壁因偏心轮5夹角增大阻止偏心轴转动,反向旋转角度越大,偏心轮的厚壁部位与工件的螺孔内壁以及偏心轴之间的小间距卡死,从而达到防止螺栓松动、退出,防盗拧出的作用,另外螺栓的螺纹为反方向时,则将扭簧和偏心轮的方向做对称的改变。所述的偏心轮5的外壁均布卡齿8。有了卡齿8,螺栓反向拧出时,进一步增加偏心轮5与螺孔内壁的摩擦力。所述的偏心轴4外壁制有环槽10,扭簧9设置在环槽中。当人们采用强制反向拧出螺栓时,当偏心轮5与偏心轴4以及螺孔21内壁卡紧力过大时,便会将偏心轴4在环槽10位置拧断,偏心轴4无法对偏心轮卡紧限位,使螺栓可以逆时针拧出。所述的偏心轴4与偏心轮5的偏心孔内壁之间有间隙11。有了间隙11,在螺栓顺时针拧入时,偏心轮5可通过间隙11进行微调,防止拧入时出现卡死现象。

1.自卡紧防拆防松螺栓,包括螺杆(1),螺杆的外壁制有外螺纹(2),螺杆的一头制有螺帽(3),其特征在于:所述螺杆(1)的另一头制有偏心轴(4),偏心轴的外壁设有偏心轮(5),偏心轴的上端制有限位帽(6),限位帽与偏心轮的端面相接触,在偏心轮中制有偏心孔,偏心轮经偏心孔套在偏心轴上,在螺杆(1)端面与偏心轮(5)之间的偏心轴(4)外壁套有扭簧(9),扭簧的一头与螺杆(1)相连接,扭簧的另一头与偏心轮相连接。
