Abstract
The invention discloses a connector of a steel pull rod, which is used for connecting a first steel pull rod and a second steel pull rod and comprises a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece, a first nut, a second nut and at least one connecting part; the first nut is in threaded connection with the first steel pull rod, and the second nut is in threaded connection with the second steel pull rod; the first connecting piece is sleeved on the first steel pull rod, and the second connecting piece is sleeved on the second steel pull rod; the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are fixedly connected through the connecting part, so that the first connecting piece and the first nut are mutually limited, and the second connecting piece and the second nut are mutually limited. The connector of the steel pull rod has the advantages of convenient tensioning construction, high efficiency and low labor intensity, and simultaneously reduces potential safety hazard during construction and potential quality hazard caused by easy damage to steel pull rod threads.

The connector of the steel pull rod for the ship is very important in the ship repairing and manufacturing process, and the current connector of the steel pull rod is generally realized by adopting a sleeve structure with internal threads.

The present invention is further illustrated by the following preferred embodiments, but is not intended to be limited thereby.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, the present embodiment provides a connector for connecting a first steel tension rod 10 and a second steel tension rod 20. The connector includes a first connector 11, a second connector 21, a first nut 13, a second nut 23, a first connecting portion 12, and a second connecting portion 22. The first connecting piece 11 is sleeved on the first steel pull rod 10, and the second connecting piece 21 is sleeved on the second steel pull rod 20. The first connecting piece 11 and the second connecting piece 21 are symmetrically arranged at two opposite sides of the first connecting part 12 and the second connecting part 22, and the first connecting part 12 and the second connecting part 22 are symmetrically arranged between the first connecting piece 11 and the second connecting piece 21. The hole 14 for sleeving the first steel pull rod 10 on the first connecting piece 11 is aligned with the hole 24 for sleeving the second steel pull rod 20 on the second connecting piece 21; one side of the first connecting piece 11 and the second connecting piece 21 in the same direction is fixedly connected with the first connecting part 12 in a welding mode, and the other side of the first connecting piece 11 and the second connecting piece 21 in the same direction is fixedly connected with the second connecting part 22 in a welding mode. the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are fixedly connected through the connecting part, so that the first connecting piece and the first nut are mutually limited, and the second connecting piece and the second nut are mutually limited.
