On the basis of ensuring the normal operation of the grouting fire extinguishing process, the hole sealing problem is solved, the grouting system can continuously and smoothly operate, and the efficiency of grouting fire extinguishing operation is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a method and a device for automatically sealing holes and preventing grouting pump pipelines from being blocked, which are particularly suitable for preventing the difficult hole sealing in the drilling and grouting process and the blockage of grouting pipes of a grouting pump.
Background
Because most of coal mine waste rock hills adopt an open-air accumulation mode, the accumulated temperature of heat in the waste rock hills is increased in the long-term accumulation process, and the waste rock hills are likely to be spontaneously combusted. For the gangue dump with spontaneous combustion disasters, the common treatment modes mainly comprise the steps of digging a fire source, covering loess on the surface and grouting for extinguishing fire. For the scheme of digging and removing the fire source, the method is only suitable for the condition that the buried depth of the fire source is shallow, and has larger limitation. To covering the loess scheme, can only play the effect that transient reduction surface leaks out, inside high temperature region still exists, and the condition of a fire can be after a period of time recombusted. Therefore, the problem of spontaneous combustion of the waste rock is solved by adopting a water injection/grouting fire extinguishing method. The grouting fire extinguishing is the most common means for the waste rock hills, and the concrete contents of the grouting fire extinguishing include drilling position selection, grouting pipe design, grouting material selection, hole sealing technology, grouting related parameter determination and the like.
When a grouting fire extinguishing measure is adopted, if the gangue dump structure is loose, the surface layer cracks are large, and the hole sealing quality is difficult to ensure in the grouting process. Meanwhile, after grouting is finished, the accumulated slurry in the grouting pipe connected with the grouting pump is quickly condensed to often cause blockage of the grouting pipe, so that great inconvenience is brought to grouting and fire extinguishing work. For the waste rock mountain grouting, the problems of high hole sealing difficulty, easy blockage of a grouting pipe connected with a grouting pump and the like exist in the grouting process, and the problem is not well solved in the prior art.
Therefore, how to realize the effective hole sealing in the grouting fire extinguishing process and ensure that a grouting pipeline connected with a grouting pump cannot be blocked is the problem to be solved urgently at present in grouting fire extinguishing work.
Disclosure of Invention

b. in the grouting process, a valve B on the three-way pipe is opened, the grout flows into the perforated pipe section through the three-way pipe and continuously permeates into the mountain body, the grouting pressure is continuously increased along with the increase of the grouting amount, when the grouting pressure is increased to a critical value of 1.5MPa, the grout continuously flows into the rubber hose through the third perforated pipe, the volume of the rubber hose is continuously expanded, and after the rubber hose is expanded to be tightly attached to the perforated pipe, firm grout solidified bodies are formed between the rubber hose and the perforated pipe, namely, automatic hole sealing is completed;
c. after grouting, the valve B on the three-way pipe is closed, the valve A is opened, the inlet pipe of the grouting pipe is placed into the clear water bucket, clear water is pressed in to flush the grouting pump and the grouting pipe until water flowing out of the grouting pipe is in a non-turbid state, and the cleaning work of the grouting pipe of the grouting pump is finished, so that the grouting pipe of the grouting pump is prevented from being blocked.

1) the hole sealing can be automatically carried out along with the rise of grouting pressure in the grouting process, the larger the grouting pressure is, the better the hole sealing effect is, and the problem that the hole sealing quality is difficult to ensure in the grouting process is effectively avoided;
2) can form firm bodies at the grouting hole, and can not cause hole collapse accidents after grouting.
3) Can wash the slip casting pipeline after slip casting finishes, greatly reduce the emergence of the slip casting pipe jam problem of slip casting pump.
