Abstract
The invention provides a preparation method of an easy-stripping polyurethane adhesive. The method comprises the following steps: taking dopamine modified polyether polyol to be put into a dry and clean three-neck flask, and dehydrating for 2-3h in vacuum at the temperature of 100 ℃ and 120 ℃; cooling to 50 deg.C, adding isocyanate, slowly heating to 75-85 deg.C, introducing N2Performing protective reaction for 2-3h to obtain a component A of a polyurethane adhesive end isocyanate prepolymer; adding modified polyester polyol into a dry and clean three-neck flask, dehydrating for 2-3h in vacuum at the temperature of 100-110 ℃, cooling to 55 ℃, and adding a silane coupling agent to obtain a component B of the polyurethane adhesive; and mixing the component A and the component B, and uniformly stirring to obtain the easy-stripping polyurethane adhesive. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of new materials, in particular to a preparation method of an easy-stripping polyurethane adhesive.
Background
The polyurethane adhesive is an adhesive which contains urethane group (-NHCOO-) and/or isocyanate group (-NCO) in a molecular chain and has high polarity and activity. It is easy to react with compound containing active hydrogen, has the advantages of fast curing, high adhesion strength, good flexibility, water resistance, oil resistance, wear resistance and the like, is widely applied to national economy, and is one of eight important varieties in synthetic adhesives. The bi-component polyurethane adhesive has the designability of high curing speed and performance, and the bonding layer can be adjusted from flexibility to rigidity at will so as to meet the bonding requirements of different materials, thereby having good development prospect.
However, the currently prepared polyurethane adhesive is not easy to peel off in the using process, adhesive residues are easy to occur after peeling off, and the fastness is obviously reduced when the polyurethane adhesive is repeatedly used, so that the using of the polyurethane adhesive is influenced.
