Examples
The lifting table packaging assembly of the present invention is at least used for assembling the main body part of the lifting table 1 as shown in fig. 1; referring to fig. 1 to 6, the lifting table 1 includes a steel support 2, a fixed table top 11, a fixed table top 12, a lifting table top 13, a hanging cabinet 3, and two pairs of L-shaped side support legs 4 for supporting the steel support 2. The steel bracket 2 includes a main bracket 20 for mounting the fixed tabletop plate 11, the fixed tabletop plate 12 and the hanging cabinet 3, and a lifting control mechanism 5 mounted on the main bracket 20 for controlling the lifting action of the lifting tabletop plate 13.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 4 to 6, the lifting control mechanism 5 includes a lifting gas spring 50 and an equal-arm double-rocker mechanism 6, the main support 20 is formed by welding a steel frame structure 21 and a steel frame structure 22 to form an L-shaped structure, and a fixed table top 12 is installed above the steel frame structure 22; the hanging cabinet 3 is fixedly arranged at the lower side of the steel frame structure 21, and the fixed desktop plate 11 is fixedly arranged at the upper side of the steel frame structure; the fixed table top plate 11 and the fixed table top plate 12 are assembled into an L-shaped plate body assembly, and when the height of the lifting table top plate 13 is adjusted to be equal to the height of the fixed table top plate 12, the lifting table top plate and the L-shaped plate body assembly are assembled into a rectangular plate assembly structure. As shown in fig. 2 and 8, the main support 20 includes a first transverse link 201 and a second transverse link 202 arranged side by side up and down, and a space 200 is reserved between the two transverse links.
The equal-arm double-rocker mechanism 6 comprises a mounting seat 60 which is fixed on the steel frame structure 22 through screws and is vertically arranged, a fixed end is hinged to a first rocker 61 on the mounting seat 60, the fixed end is hinged to a second rocker 62 on the mounting seat 60, and an L-shaped connecting rod 63. The L-shaped connecting rod 63 includes a vertical connecting rod 630 hinged to the swing ends of the two rockers, and a horizontal connecting rod 631 extending from the upper end of the vertical connecting rod 630 toward the front side of the lifting table 1, i.e. the L-shaped connecting rod 63 constitutes a connecting rod member of the equal-arm double-rocker mechanism 6 in this embodiment, the end of the connecting rod member adjacent to the table top board bends toward the front side of the lifting table 1 to extend a horizontal connecting rod 631, and the horizontal connecting rod 631 is used for mounting the lifting table top board 13; the front side of the lifting table is configured to be adjacent to one side of a user, the opposite side is a rear side, and the mounting seat 60 is of a steel body structure. In this embodiment, the lifting control mechanism 5 includes more than two equal-arm double-rocker mechanisms 6 arranged side by side, in this embodiment, two, and the transverse connecting rod 51 is welded to the front end portions of the two transverse fixedly-connected rod portions 631, and the transverse connecting rod 52 is welded between the two vertical connecting rod portions 630. The lifting table panel is arranged on two transverse fixedly connected rod parts 631 and the transverse connecting rod 64; the fixed end of the lifting gas spring 50 is hinged with the mounting seat 60, the swinging end is hinged with the transverse fixedly-connected rod part 631, and in the projection in the plane of the four-bar mechanism to which the equal-arm double-rocker mechanism 6 belongs, the projections of the gas spring 50, the vertical connecting rod part 630 and the transverse fixedly-connected rod part 631 intersect to form a triangular structure 500; the plane of the four-bar linkage is the plane as shown in fig. 5 and 6, i.e. the plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the rocker-hinge axis of the four-bar linkage. In the present embodiment, the rocking bar is indirectly hinged to the main stand 20 through the mount 60, or may be directly hinged to the main stand 20 without the mount 60. The lifting gas spring 50 is a wire-controlled gas spring, and the switch arranged at the edge of the lower plate surface of the lifting table panel pulls the brake wire to control the telescopic state of the telescopic rod. The L-shaped side bracket leg 4 comprises a transverse supporting leg 40 supported on the ground and a vertical rod body 41 used for connecting the transverse supporting leg 40 with the steel bracket 2; the two L-shaped side frame legs 4 are an assembly member detachably attached to both sides of the steel frame 2 by fasteners such as bolts to support other components. In addition, a desktop bookshelf may be arranged on the fixed desktop plate 22 of the lifting table.
In the using process, the gas spring 50 is opened, the extension length can be adjusted at will, so that the lifting table panel 13 can be pulled to drive the swing angles of the two rocking rods to adjust the height of the lifting table panel 13, and when the target height is adjusted, the gas spring 50 is closed, at the moment, the support can be provided for the transverse fixedly-connected rod part 631 based on the triangular structure 500, and therefore the stable support can be effectively provided for the lifting table panel 13.
After the manufacturing of each part is completed, each part on the lifting table 1 needs to be packaged into a packaging assembly, all parts can be packaged into the same packaging box to form a packaging assembly capable of being assembled into the lifting table 1, and can also be packaged into more than two packaging boxes; the frame body bag 7 is used for assembling a body part of the lifting table 1 shown in fig. 1, the plate body bag comprises a packaging carton and a tabletop plate arranged in the packaging carton, and if the lifting table 1 further comprises a bookshelf, the plate bodies for assembling the bookshelf are also packaged into the plate body bag.
Referring to fig. 1 to 17, the frame body pack 7 includes a packing case and a lifting table assembly disposed in the packing case; wherein, the packing box is a packing carton and comprises a bottom cover 71 and a top cover 72 which are connected in a sleeved mode; the lifting table component comprises a steel bracket 2 provided with a hanging cabinet 3, two pairs of L-shaped side bracket legs 4, an accessory bag 73 and a reading rack bag 79; the accessory bag 73 includes a case body which is a paper box, and an assembly connector which is arranged in the case body, is provided with the gas spring 50, and is used for fixedly connecting adjacent parts, and the assembly connector comprises a fixing bolt and the like; the book-reading rack bag 79 comprises a box body which is a paper box and an assembled book-reading rack or a book-reading rack assembly which is arranged in the box body.
As shown in fig. 18, the packing method for packing the components of the lifting table 1 into the frame body pack 7 shown in fig. 7 includes the following steps:
a pre-assembling step S1, assembling the L-shaped side bracket feet 4, the steel bracket 2 and the hanging cabinet 3 according to the designed structure, and fixedly connecting the hanging cabinet 3 to the steel frame structure 21 of the main bracket 20; and packaging the assembled connecting pieces such as the fixing bolts and the like with the lifting air spring 50 and the like by using the paper box to obtain the accessory bag 73, and packaging the book rack into the paper box to obtain the book rack bag 79.
After the initial assembly, the structure of the steel bracket 2 suspended with the hanging cabinet 3 is as shown in fig. 2, and at the moment, the steel bracket 2 and the hanging cabinet 3 are placed in a positive direction; the structure of the assembled L-shaped side stand leg 4 is shown in fig. 4.
In the side surface protecting member attaching step S2, the bottom surface protecting cushion plate 73 is placed in the bottom cover 71, and the side surface protecting cushion member is inserted into the gap between the bottom surface protecting cushion plate 73 and the bottom portion of the box side wall surface of the bottom cover 71.
The side surface protection buffer component is used for protecting a combination body formed by the steel bracket 2 and the hanging cabinet 3 so as to avoid appearance damage and even influence on the structure quality caused by collision in the packing and transporting processes; in the present embodiment, the side protective cushioning members include protective cushioning member 91, protective cushioning member 92, protective cushioning member 93, protective cushioning member 94, protective cushioning member 95, protective cushioning member 96, and protective cushioning member 98, which are each made of an EPS filler material. In order to avoid the too big or damage of foam subassembly occupation space in the transportation, be square for the filling foam protection buffer component 96 in the lower left corner, with the spacing protection groove seat separation of support foot, and all fill the horn shape in other three corners and protect buffer component. The clamping effect between the bottom layer protection buffer plate 73 and the side wall of the box is utilized to keep the placing stability of the side protection construction, so that when the steel bracket 2 and the hanging cabinet 3 are placed, the side protection components are naturally positioned between the steel bracket 2 and the hanging cabinet 3 and the side wall of the box, and are different from the side protection components which are not easily inserted due to the deviation of the positions of the steel bracket 2 and the hanging cabinet 3 when the steel bracket 2 and the hanging cabinet 3 are placed firstly and then plugged; certainly, if the steel support 2 and the hanging cabinet 3 are centered or adjusted, a side protection component can be inserted, which is only troublesome, and the technical scheme is not excluded in the present application.
A steel bracket placing step S3, wherein the steel bracket 2 fixedly connected with the hanging cabinet 3 is placed upside down on the bottom layer protection buffer plate 73, the hanging cabinet 3 is arranged upwards, namely the bottom surface of the hanging cabinet 3 is arranged upwards, and the side surface protection buffer component is arranged between the combined body formed by the steel bracket 2 and the hanging cabinet 3 and the side wall surface of the box; and then the equal-arm double-rocker mechanism 6 is pressed down to be transversely fixedly connected with the rod part 631 and supported on the bottom layer protection buffer plate 73, and an accommodating space 74 positioned above the transversely fixedly connected rod part 631 is reserved beside the side of the hanging cabinet 3.
The structure of the inverted steel bracket 2 and the hanging cabinet 3 is shown in fig. 8; as shown in fig. 8, 12, 14 and 15, the installation space 74 is an open space bounded by the inner sidewall of the hanging cabinet 3, the steel-frame structure 22 and the L-shaped sidewall formed by the connection of the equal-arm double-rocker mechanism 6; an installation space exists between the outer side part of the equal-arm double-rocker mechanism 6 departing from the hanging cabinet 3 and the end side part of the main bracket 20 far away from the hanging cabinet 3, so that an accommodating space 741 is formed; an installation space exists between the inner side edge of the equal-arm double-rocker mechanism 6 adjacent to the hanging cabinet 3 and the inner side wall surface of the hanging cabinet 3, so that an inward extending accommodating space 742 exists between the inner side edge of the equal-arm double-rocker mechanism 6 and the inner side wall surface of the hanging cabinet 3, and the inward extending accommodating space 742 comprises the spacing space 200 between the transverse connecting rod 201 and the transverse connecting rod 202; so that the installation space 74 in this embodiment includes a main body installation space 740 located right above the transverse fixing rod 631, the accommodating space 741, and the inward extending accommodating space 742; so that the installation space has an L-shaped structure.
A component placing step S4, placing the bottom layer support leg limiting and protecting groove seat 75 on the upper side of the transverse fixedly-connected rod part 631 in the placing space 74, and placing an L-shaped side support leg 4 in the L-shaped limiting groove 750 of the bottom layer support leg limiting and protecting groove seat 75, that is, supporting the bottom layer support leg limiting and protecting groove seat 75 on the transverse connecting rod 51 and the two transverse fixedly-connected rod parts 631; a top layer bracket foot limiting protection groove seat 76 is padded above a bottom layer bracket foot limiting protection groove seat 75, another L-shaped side bracket foot 4 is placed in an L-shaped limiting groove 760 of the top layer bracket foot limiting protection groove seat 76, the positions of the two L-shaped side bracket feet 4 are correspondingly arranged side by side up and down, a protection buffering sheet body 77 accommodated in the top layer L-shaped limiting groove 760 is placed above the upper layer L-shaped side bracket foot 4, namely, the top layer bracket foot limiting protection groove seat 76 covers the upper side of the L-shaped limiting groove 750, so that the lower layer L-shaped side bracket foot 4 is accommodated in the L-shaped limiting groove 750 in a limiting way, and the upper layer L-shaped side bracket foot 4 is accommodated in the L-shaped limiting groove 760 in a limiting way under the pressure action of a top cover 72 by the protection buffering sheet body 77; and an accessory bag 73 is inserted between the two bracket leg limiting and protecting groove seats and the box side wall of the bottom cover 71. As shown in fig. 13, the bottom layer leg position-limiting protection groove seats 75 and the top layer leg position-limiting protection groove seats 76 are both protection buffer members made of foam material; wherein, two spacing protection groove seats of a support foot are formed with the rectangular block structure of L type spacing groove, and the depth of groove of lower floor L type spacing groove 750 equals L type collateral branch frame foot 4's thickness, and the depth of groove of upper L type spacing groove 760 is greater than L type collateral branch frame foot 4's thickness, and the partly embedded suit of protection buffering lamellar body 77 is in upper L type spacing groove 760, thereby can just avoid the top side touching top cap 72 of upper L type collateral branch frame foot 4 at the protection buffering component that utilizes the area less.
As shown in fig. 8, in this embodiment, the inward-folded corners 43 of the two L-shaped side stand legs 4 are all arranged towards the steel frame structure 22, and inward-folded cavity portions 78 are formed concavely on the inward-arranged surfaces of the two stand leg limiting and protecting slot seats, and the opening of the inward-folded cavity portions 78 on the two slot seats are assembled to be in an abutting connection to form a folded corner accommodating cavity for accommodating the bookmaking rack bag 74, so that the accommodating space 74 can be fully utilized. After omitting the bracket foot limiting protection slot seat, the arrangement positions of the two L-shaped side bracket feet 4 in the arrangement space 74 are shown in fig. 8, that is, in the embodiment, the two L-shaped side bracket feet are arranged transversely and side by side up and down. The arrangement position of the accessory bag 73 is as shown in fig. 12, fig. 14 and fig. 15, that is, in this embodiment, the accessory bag 73, the two L-shaped side bracket legs 4 and the bracket leg limiting protection groove seat constituting the bracket leg protection cover body are all accommodated in the accommodating space 74; the accessory bag is mainly accommodated in the accommodating space 741, the inner side face of the accessory bag 73 abuts against the side face of the bracket foot limiting protection groove seat, and the outer side face abuts against the side wall of the box.
In the assembling process, the medial surface of the spacing protection groove seat of the support foot for blocky structure supports and leans on steel frame construction 22, and the lateral surface 758 of the front side of the adjacent lifting table 1 is arranged protruding outwards relative to the front end surface 49 of the hanging cabinet 4, thereby there is not the protection buffer member between the lateral surface 758 of the spacing protection groove seat of support foot and the case lateral wall of bottom 71, there is not foam filling here promptly, thereby packaging cost is reduced, meanwhile, in the spacing foam of L type side support foot 4 embedding, can not directly contact with the packing carton, and the packing strength is ensured.
As shown in fig. 8, 14 and 15, the side of the leg-limiting protection slot seat has protrusions 759, 769 fitted in the inward-extending accommodating space 742, and the L-shaped side leg 4 has a member end 46 fitted in the inward-extending accommodating space 742, and the member end 46 has a hanging end 45 extending out of the protrusions 759, 769 and located in the inward-extending accommodating space 742, and there is an isolation gap between the hanging end 45 and the peripheral component, in this embodiment, the hanging end 45 also extends into the space 200 between two cross links of the steel frame structure 22, and in the width direction of the lifting table, the protrusions 759, 769 abut against the cross links 201, 202 or there is an isolation gap, so that two protection slot seats can be vertically placed in the placement space 74 without being inclined; thereby effectively utilizing the end part arranged in a suspended way, reducing the using amount of the protective buffer component and improving the utilization rate of space. As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the lateral support legs 40 of the two L-shaped side support legs 4 are arranged along the length of the steel frame structure 22 in an inclined manner, with the free ends 403 relatively inwardly adjacent to the steel frame structure 22.
And a packing and bundling step S5, wherein a top layer protection buffer plate 97 which is padded between the hanging cabinet 3 and the top cover 72 is arranged at the upper side of the hanging cabinet, the top cover 72 is covered, and the binding and bundling are carried out by adopting a binding belt. In this embodiment, the top protective bumper 97 is made of EPS filler.
In addition, the back of the two layers of bracket foot limiting protection groove seats is arranged to be of a hollow structure, and reinforcing ribs are uniformly distributed, so that the packaging strength is improved while the packaging weight is reduced and the cost is reduced.
The packaging assembly 7 packaged based on the above packaging method has the following advantages:
(1) the left side is placed the accessory package and can be balanced right side L type collateral branch frame foot 4 and hang the weight of cabinet 3, makes the transportation more steady, improves the yield.
(2) The steel bracket 2 and the hanging cabinet 3 are assembled and then packaged, so that the packaging space is better utilized, and the later-period installation is more convenient.
For the elastic locking device, the gas spring can be selected, and an oil spring or an oil-gas spring can also be selected, so that the elastic locking device not only can perform telescopic work, but also is provided with a locking mechanism for locking the telescopic length at the current length, and the locking mechanism can be unlocked by wire control.

an installation space is reserved between the inner side edge of the equal-arm double-rocker mechanism, which is close to the hanging cabinet, and the side wall surface of the hanging cabinet, so that an inward extending accommodating space is reserved between the inner side edge and the side wall surface of the hanging cabinet; the inward extending accommodating space comprises the spacing space;
the side part of the bracket foot limiting protection groove seat is provided with a bulge part sleeved in the inward extending accommodating space, the L-shaped side bracket foot is provided with a component end part sleeved in the inward extending accommodating space, the component end part is provided with a suspension end part extending out of the bulge part and positioned in the interval space, and an isolation gap is reserved between the suspension end part and the peripheral part; in the width direction of the lifting table, the bulge is in abutting contact with the transverse connecting rod or an isolation gap exists between the bulge and the transverse connecting rod.
