The embodiment provides a railway vehicle, which comprises a plurality of end-to-end carriages, wherein at least one of the carriages adopts the carriage in the second embodiment.
Specifically, because the rail vehicle of the embodiment adopts the carriage of the second embodiment, a certain gap is formed between the seat frame and the side wall to avoid the concealed vehicle door, the problem of connection between the seat frame and the side wall in the related art is solved, and interference with the vehicle door is avoided.

Claims (16)

1. A seat framework is used for being connected with a side wall of a railway vehicle carriage and is characterized in that the seat framework is arranged in the railway vehicle carriage along the length direction of the railway vehicle, a plurality of seat mounting holes used for being connected with seats are arranged on the seat framework, the side wall comprises a first plane, a protruding part and a second plane which are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the railway vehicle, the protruding part protrudes towards the inner side of the carriage, and the seat framework is used for being connected with the protruding part,
the seat framework is provided with a plurality of first fixing holes for connecting with the side walls, the first fixing holes are uniformly distributed in the middle of the seat framework,
the seat framework is also provided with a plurality of chair legs which are used for being fixedly connected with the chassis of the carriage,
the seat framework comprises an upper framework and a lower framework, the lower framework is used for being connected with the underframe, the upper framework is positioned at one side of the lower framework, which is far away from the underframe, the upper framework is used for being connected with the side wall, the upper framework and the lower framework are welded and fixed,
the lower framework comprises a lower framework body, the lower framework body is arranged at two ends of the length direction of the rail vehicle, the chair legs comprise a first folding edge, a second folding edge and a third folding edge which are connected with each other, the first folding edge is parallel to the third folding edge, the first folding edge is perpendicularly connected to the lower framework body, the second folding edge is parallel to the lower framework body, the second folding edge is connected to the first folding edge and the third folding edge, and the third folding edge is provided with a fourth fixing hole for connecting the bottom frame.

The seat frame of claim 1, wherein the upper frame comprises an upper frame body, an upper folded edge and a lower folded edge, the upper folded edge is arranged on one side of the upper frame body, which faces away from the lower frame, the lower folded edge is arranged on one side of the upper frame body, which faces the lower frame, the upper folded edge and the lower folded edge are integrally formed with the upper frame body, and the upper folded edge and the lower folded edge are both bent towards the side wall.
3. The seat frame of claim 2, wherein a plurality of weld stiffeners are provided between the upper frame and the lower frame, the weld stiffeners connecting one side of the lower frame and a surface of the lower flange facing the lower frame.
4. The seat frame of claim 2, wherein the upper frame is provided with a plurality of first weight-reducing portions, and the vertical cross section of each first weight-reducing portion is circular or square.

The seat frame of claim 4, wherein the first weight-reduction portion comprises a first weight-reduction square hole, a second weight-reduction square hole and a third weight-reduction square hole which are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the railway vehicle, the second weight-reduction square hole is arranged at a part of the upper frame corresponding to the protruding portion, and the first fixing holes are symmetrically distributed at the upper side and the lower side of the second weight-reduction square hole.

The seat framework of claim 5, wherein the upper framework is further provided with a plurality of tapping plates, the tapping plates are used for connecting the seat and the side wall, the tapping plates protrude out of the upper framework body, the protruding direction of the tapping plates is the same as the bending direction of the upper folded edge, and the tapping plates are distributed on the upper side and the lower side of the upper framework body.
7. The seat frame of claim 6, wherein the surface of the upper frame facing the side wall is further provided with a plurality of ribs.
8. The seat frame of claim 2, wherein the upper folded edge is provided with a plurality of second fixing holes for connecting the side walls.
9. The seat frame of claim 8, wherein a plurality of third fixing holes for connecting a partition wall are further formed in the upper flange, and the third fixing holes are formed at both ends of the upper flange in the length direction of the rail vehicle.
10. The seat frame of claim 1, wherein the lower frame body is provided with a plurality of heater fixing structures for connecting a heater, each of the heater fixing structures including a plurality of heater fixing holes.
11. The seat frame of claim 10, wherein a second weight-reducing portion is provided between two adjacent heater securing structures.
12. The seat frame of claim 1, wherein the lower frame further comprises a reinforcement plate connecting a side of the lower frame body along the length of the rail vehicle to a corresponding side of the seat leg along the length of the rail vehicle.

A carriage is characterized by comprising a chassis and side walls arranged on two sides of the chassis, wherein vehicle doors are arranged on the side walls, the vehicle doors face the inner side of the carriage to be opened, the side walls comprise a first plane, a protruding portion and a second plane, the first plane, the protruding portion and the second plane are sequentially arranged in the length direction of the carriage, the protruding portion faces the inner side of the carriage to be protruding, a seat framework and a plurality of seats according to any one of claims 1 to 12 are further arranged in the carriage, the seats are connected and fixed on the seat framework, the seat framework is connected with the protruding portion, a first gap is formed between the seat framework and the first plane, a second gap is formed between the seat framework and the second plane, and the first gap and the second gap are used for avoiding the vehicle doors.
14. The car of claim 13, wherein the car is a single-deck rail car or a mid-deck car of a double-deck rail car.
15. The compartment as claimed in claim 13, further comprising partition walls disposed on both sides of the seat frame in the lengthwise direction of the compartment, the partition walls being disposed perpendicular to the side walls, the partition walls being fixedly connected to the seat frame.
16. A rail vehicle comprising a plurality of end-to-end cars, at least one of said cars employing a car according to any one of claims 14 to 15.
