When the cleaning and seasoning tank 78 of the present invention drains, the water in the water storage tank 79 is drained along with the sewage in the cleaning and seasoning tank 78, but because the one-way water hole 85 designed by the present invention is small, the size of the one-way water hole 85 needs to ensure that two thirds of water is still in the water storage tank 79 after the second switch plunger 36 is opened and the water in the cleaning and seasoning tank 78 is completely drained, the process of entering the cleaning and seasoning tank 78 from the water storage tank 79 is slow, and the opening of the water in the cleaning and seasoning tank 78 is relatively large after the second switch plunger 36 is opened at the lower side of the cleaning and seasoning tank 78, and the water can be quickly drained away, so after the sewage in the cleaning and seasoning tank 78 is drained, a part of the water in the water storage tank 79 is still left to be not drained, and the left water can play a role in cleaning the second switch plunger 36 in the draining process.
As shown in fig. 18, brush cleaning module 13 includes a first pressing rod 25, a cleaning shell 29, a first spring 31, a first switch plunger 32, and a second mounting plate 83, where as shown in fig. 2 and 6, cleaning shell 29 is mounted in a fourth mounting platform 42 opened on box body 2, as shown in fig. 5, first pressing rod 25 is slidably mounted in second mounting cavity 26, and as shown in fig. 19, a second mounting plate 83 is fixedly mounted at a lower end of first pressing rod 25; the first switch plunger 32 is mounted on the upper side of the second mounting plate 83, as shown in fig. 6, the first switch plunger 32 mounted on the second mounting plate 83 is engaged with the lower end of the cleaning case 29, and the plurality of first springs 31 are uniformly mounted on the lower end of the second mounting plate 83.
The first spring 31 designed by the invention has the function of resetting the second mounting plate 83, and meanwhile, after the first switch plunger 32 closes the lower end of the cleaning shell 29, the first spring 31 has upward thrust on the first switch plunger 32 through the second mounting plate 83, so that the pressing force of the first switch plunger 32 and the lower end of the cleaning shell 29 is ensured, and the sealing property of the first switch plunger 32 on the cleaning shell 29 is improved.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, the inner side of the lower end of the box body 2 is provided with a first drainage cavity 34 and a second drainage cavity 35, the first drainage cavity 34 and the second drainage cavity 35 are both communicated with the outer side of the box body 2, the first drainage cavity 34 is communicated with the lower end of the second mounting platform 40, and the second drainage cavity 35 is communicated with the lower end of the fourth mounting platform 42.
As shown in fig. 2, a square plunger 7 is fixedly installed at the front end of the case cover 1 close to the side surface of the case body 2, and the square plunger 7 is matched with the upper end of a cleaning shell 29 installed on the case body 2; a plurality of fixing squares 6 which play a role in fixing paintbrushes placed on a paintbrush storage table 12 are uniformly arranged on the rear side of the square plunger 7 along the length direction of the box cover 1; the rear side of the fixed block 6 is uniformly provided with a plurality of cylindrical plugs 5 along the length direction of the box cover 1, and the cylindrical plugs 5 arranged on the box cover 1 are correspondingly matched with cleaning seasoning grooves 78 opened by a cleaning platform 53 arranged on the box body 2.
As shown in fig. 2, a handle 4 is fixedly installed in the middle of the upper end surface of the box cover 1, which faces away from the box body 2. Although the three different arc plates are designed on the pigment trigger shell designed by the invention, the three different arc plates can only ensure that the pigment storage shell 60 has the function of preventing the pigment from spilling when the corresponding mounting shell 55 is opened or closed when the box body 2 is in a horizontal state, and cannot ensure that the box body 2 is vertically placed, so that the handle 4 of the art box is arranged on the back surface of the box cover 1, namely the upper end surface of the box cover 1, and the box body 2 of the art box is in a horizontal state when a user carries the art box to walk, and the pigment placed in the pigment trigger shell in the box body 2 cannot spill from the opening of the pigment trigger shell.
The end of the cylindrical plug 5 and the square plunger 7, which is matched with the cleaning seasoning groove 78 and the cleaning shell 29, is made of rubber and the surface of the rubber is coated with hydrophobic materials. The cylindrical plug 5 and the square plunger 7 designed by the invention have a sealing effect on the corresponding cleaning seasoning groove 78 and the cleaning shell 29 after the box cover 1 is closed. As shown in fig. 20, a plurality of pen grooves 84 are formed uniformly along the longitudinal direction on the upper end surface of the brush storage platform 12, and the fixing blocks 6 mounted on the case cover 1 are fitted in the pen grooves 84 in a one-to-one correspondence. The pen slot 84 formed in the brush storage platform 12 designed by the invention can be used for placing a brush, and after the box cover 1 is closed, the fixing block 6 arranged on the box cover 1 is pressed into the corresponding pen slot 84 to fix the brush in the pen slot 84.
As shown in fig. 9, a water filling port 45 is opened on the upper end surface of the water chamber 15 opened on the box body 2, and as shown in fig. 10, a plug 14 is installed on the water filling port 45; a square passage 44 is arranged on the lower side surface of the water cavity 15 on the box body 2, a water inlet 51 is arranged on one side of the square passage 44, and the water inlet 51 is communicated with a water storage tank 79 arranged on a cleaning platform 53 arranged on the box body 2; as shown in fig. 4, the switching valve 16 is installed on the upper side of the square passage 44, the switching valve 16 is provided with a control valve rod 18, and the upper end of the control valve rod 18 penetrates through the water chamber 15 and is located on the outer side of the box body 2.
As shown in fig. 9, a first mounting cavity 17 is formed at the rear side of the water cavity 15 in the box body 2, a notch 43 communicated with the upper lug of the box body 2 is formed at one side of the first mounting cavity 17, as shown in fig. 4, the second gear 20 is fixedly mounted on the mounting rotating shaft 9 and is positioned in the notch 43, the first gear 19 is rotatably mounted in the notch 43, the first gear 19 is meshed with the second gear 20, the third gear 21 is rotatably mounted in the first mounting cavity 17, and the third gear 21 is meshed with the first gear 19; the fourth gear 22 is rotatably arranged in the first installation cavity 17, and the fourth gear 22 is meshed with the third gear 21; as shown in fig. 10, one side of the first mounting platform 39 opened on the box body 2 is provided with a shaft hole 50 communicated with the first mounting cavity 17, as shown in fig. 4, one end of a transmission rotating shaft 54 passes through the shaft hole 50 and is positioned in the first mounting cavity 17, the fifth gear 24 is fixedly mounted on the transmission rotating shaft 54 and is positioned in the first mounting cavity 17, the rack 23 is slidably mounted in the first mounting cavity 17, and the rack 23 is engaged with the fifth gear 24 and the fourth gear 22.
According to the invention, the diameters of the first gear 19, the second gear 20, the third gear 21, the fourth gear 22 and the fifth gear 24 are reasonably designed, so that the pigment storage shell 60 can swing 90 degrees after the box cover 1 is opened by 100 degrees, namely, the pigment storage shell 60 can be opened and swung flat relative to the corresponding mounting shell 55 after the box cover 1 is opened.
As shown in fig. 6, a plurality of first telescopic rods 30 are uniformly installed between the second mounting plate 83 and the bottom surface of the fourth mounting platform 42 opened on the box body 2; a packing 33 is mounted on the upper end of the first switch plunger 32. The sealing of the first switching plunger 32 against the lower end of the cleaning case 29 after closing is improved by the packing 33.
As shown in fig. 14, a plurality of second telescopic rods 63 are uniformly installed between the first mounting plate 64 and the bottom surface of the second mounting platform 40 opened on the box body 2; a packing 61 is attached to the upper end of the second switch plunger 36. The sealing ring 61 improves the sealing performance of the second opening/closing plunger 36 against the lower end of the wash bowl 78 after closing.
As shown in fig. 12, the pigment storage case 60 is composed of a straight plate 57 disposed behind the corresponding mounting case 55 and attached to the bottom surface of the mounting case 55, a first arc plate 56 installed at one end of the straight plate 57, a second arc plate 58 installed at the other end of the straight plate 57, a third arc plate 59 installed at one side of the second arc plate 58, and baffles 86 installed at both sides; after the box cover 1 is opened, the first arc plate 56 is positioned at the highest point, the second arc plate 58 is positioned at the lowest point, and the third arc plate 59 plays a role in wrapping one end of the second arc plate 58, which is far away from the straight plate 57; after the box cover 1 is closed, the third arc-shaped plate 59 is located at the highest point and is tightly attached to the top surface of the inner side of the mounting shell 55, and the first arc-shaped plate 56 plays a role in wrapping one end of the straight plate 57 away from the second arc-shaped plate 58.
After the pigment storage shell 60 is opened and laid flat relative to the corresponding mounting shell 55, the pigment can be prevented from spilling out of one end of the pigment trigger shell facing the cleaning and seasoning tank 78 through the second arc plate 58, and the pigment storage shell 60 can be prevented from spilling out of one end of the second arc plate 58 far away from the straight plate 57 in the opening process through the third arc plate 59; in the invention, after the pigment storage shell 60 is closed, the third arc plate 59 is positioned at the highest point and is tightly adhered to the top surface of the inner side of the mounting shell 55, and the third arc plate 59 plays a role in sealing the pigment in the pigment storage shell 60, so that the temporary storage time is prolonged; after the pigment storage case 60 is closed, the pigment is prevented from spilling out of the end of the straight plate 57 remote from the second arc plate 58 by the first arc plate 56. The present invention has an opening between the first arc plate 56 and the third arc plate 59 for dipping paint.
As shown in fig. 17, the lower end of the washing table 53 is provided with a third mounting tube hole 82, the upper side of the third mounting tube hole 82 is uniformly provided with a plurality of second mounting tube holes 81, the second mounting tube holes 81 are matched with the washing and seasoning grooves 78 formed on the washing table 53 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, one side of each second mounting tube hole 81 is uniformly provided with a plurality of first mounting tube holes 80, the first mounting tube holes 80 are communicated with the corresponding washing and seasoning grooves 78 on the washing table 53, and the first mounting tube holes 80 are obliquely inserted into the inclined grooves.
As shown in fig. 16, third air tube 77 is fixedly mounted in third mounting tube hole 82; the plurality of first air pipes 74 are respectively installed in the second installation pipe holes 81 opened on the washing table 53, and the lower ends of the first air pipes 74 are communicated with the third air pipe 77; the plurality of second air pipes 75 are respectively installed in first installation pipe holes 80 formed in the washing table 53, and the second air pipes 75 are communicated with the corresponding first air pipes 74; each second air pipe 75 is provided with a one-way air valve 76.
As shown in fig. 5, an air pump 27 is fixedly installed in the second installation cavity 26.
As shown in fig. 15, the air pump 27 comprises an air inlet check valve 68, an air outlet check valve 69, an air pump housing 70, a piston column 71, a piston rod 72, and a third spring 73, wherein the lower end of the air pump housing 70 is provided with an air inlet 66, the lower end of the air pump housing 70 is fixedly provided with an air outlet pipe 67, and the air pump housing 70 is fixedly arranged in the second mounting cavity 26; as shown in fig. 5, the exhaust pipe 67 is connected to a third air pipe 77; an air inlet check valve 68 is arranged in the air inlet 66, and an air outlet check valve 69 is arranged at the position where the air outlet pipe 67 and the air pump shell 70 are arranged; the piston column 71 is slidably mounted in the air pump housing 70, the lower end of the piston rod 72 is fixedly mounted on the piston column 71, and the upper end of the piston rod 72 penetrates out of the air pump housing 70 and is positioned outside; a third spring 73 is installed between the piston post 71 and the bottom surface inside the air pump housing 70.
When the cleaning seasoning tank 78 is cleaned, the cleaning seasoning tank 78 is small, and the wall of the cleaning seasoning tank 78 is easy to be stained with pigment and not easy to clean, in the invention, in order to ensure the cleaning effect of the cleaning seasoning tank 78, the air pump 27 is designed, the air pump 27 is used for blowing air into the cleaning seasoning tank 78, during cleaning, the water in the cleaning seasoning tank 78 is rotated by the blown air, and the cleaning seasoning tank 78 is cleaned by the rotating force of the water, so that the cleaning effect is improved.
When the air pump 27 is used, the upper end of the piston rod 72 is manually pushed and pulled, the piston rod 72 slides to drive the piston column 71 to slide in the air pump shell 70, and the piston column 71 slides in the air pump shell 70 to suck the outside air into the air pump shell 70 through the air port 52 formed in the box body 2 and the air inlet 66 formed in the air pump shell 70 and then the outside air is discharged through the air outlet pipe 67; the air pump 27 designed by the invention is the prior art, such as a manual inflator used by a bicycle, and comprises an air inlet check valve 68 arranged at an air inlet 66 opened by an air pump shell 70, an air outlet check valve 69 arranged at the installation position of an air outlet pipe 67 and the air pump shell 70, wherein the air inlet check valve 68 and the air outlet check valve 69 ensure the normal operation of the air pump 27. The third spring 73 acts to return the piston post 71.
As shown in fig. 5 and 9, a partition plate 46 is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the second mounting cavity 26, and a circular hole 48 through which a piston rod 72 passes, a first guide sliding hole 47 through which the second pressure lever 28 passes, and a second guide sliding hole 49 through which the first pressure lever 25 passes are formed in the partition plate 46; an air port 52 communicated with the second mounting chamber 26 is formed at one side of the case 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the cover 1 is provided with an escape groove 8 for an escape piston rod 72, a first pressing rod 25 and a second pressing rod 28.
As shown in fig. 8, a first drain port 37 communicating with the outside of the casing 2 is opened at one side of the first drain chamber 34, and a second drain port 38 communicating with the outside of the casing 2 is opened at one side of the second drain chamber 35; the tank body 2 is provided with a plurality of partition plates 87 uniformly distributed, and each of the pigment storage shells 60 and the washing and seasoning tank 78 is partitioned by the partition plates.
When the painting brush is cleaned, the painting brush is cleaned in the cleaning seasoning groove 78 corresponding to the pigment for one time, then cleaned through the cleaning shell 29, and then dipped with other pigments; the two-time cleaning effect is good, and the pigments cannot be polluted mutually; alternatively, the brush may be seasoned by washing the water in the seasoning tank 78 after being dipped in paint.
The partition 46 designed by the invention has the function that when the painting brush is cleaned, the painting brush is cleaned in the corresponding cleaning seasoning tank 78 and then transferred into the cleaning shell 29 along the channels separated by the partition 87 for cleaning, so that the purpose of ensuring that the color polluted by the paint dripping on the painting brush which is not cleaned up in each channel is one color, and the subsequent cleaning is convenient.
The art box designed by the invention can be directly and completely put into the pigment storage shell 60 after the pigment is bought, and the pigment trigger shell correspondingly swings to be sealed in the corresponding mounting shell 55 after the box cover 1 is closed.
The cleaning seasoning tank 78 according to the present invention may dip the pigment in the water in the corresponding cleaning seasoning tank 78 after dipping the pigment, thereby reducing the original color of the pigment, so that the water in the cleaning seasoning tank 78 cannot be mixed.
The specific working process is as follows: when using the art box designed by the invention, before using, the box cover 1 is opened, the switch valve 16 arranged in the water cavity 15 and positioned at the upper side of the square channel 44 is closed through the control valve rod 18, then the water cavity 15 is filled with water through the water filling port 45 arranged on the box body 2, the water cavity 15 is filled with water, and meanwhile, the cleaning shell 29 is filled with water from the top.
When the box cover 1 is opened for use, the box cover 1 can drive the installation rotating shaft 9 to rotate, the installation rotating shaft 9 rotates to drive the second gear 20 to rotate, the second gear 20 rotates to drive the first gear 19 to rotate, the first gear 19 rotates to drive the third gear 21 to rotate, the third gear 21 rotates to drive the fourth gear 22 to rotate, the fourth gear 22 rotates to drive the rack 23 to move, the rack 23 moves to drive the fifth gear 24 to rotate, the fifth gear 24 rotates to drive the transmission rotating shaft 54 to rotate, and the transmission rotating shaft 54 rotates to drive the pigment storage shell 60 arranged on the transmission rotating shaft to swing; after the pigment storage shell 60 is opened and leveled relative to the corresponding mounting shell 55, the switch valve 16 is opened through the control valve rod 18, so that water in the water cavity 15 passes through the square channel 44, the water inlet 51 enters the water storage tank 79 opened on the cleaning platform 53, the water in the water storage tank 79 enters the cleaning and seasoning tank 78 through the one-way water valve 65, the water in the cleaning and seasoning tank 78 and the water in the water storage tank 79 completely run off when the water in the water cavity 15 and the water in the water storage tank 79 meet the requirements, the switch valve 16 and the plug nozzle 14 are always in an open state in the use process, and the water in the water storage tank 79 can smoothly enter the cleaning and seasoning tank 78 during the final cleaning; after the operation is completed, the paintbrush can be taken out for use.
When a teacher replaces the painting brush temporarily in the using process, the painting brush is placed in the brush groove 84 after being quickly cleaned in the cleaning shell 29, the box cover 1 is closed, the pigment storage shell 60 is closed relative to the corresponding mounting shell 55 in the closing process of the box cover 1, and meanwhile, the corresponding cleaning seasoning tank 78 and the corresponding cleaning shell 29 are sealed and blocked by the cylindrical plug 5 and the square plunger 7 on the box cover 1, so that the anti-spilling effect is achieved; after the transposition, the case cover 1 can be opened again for continuous use.
When the cleaning is finished, the interior of the cleaning shell 29 and the painting brush storage table 12 are cleaned by using tools such as a brush, and then the first pressure lever 25 is manually pressed down, the first pressure lever 25 drives the second mounting plate 83 to move down, the second mounting plate 83 moves down to drive the first switch plunger 32 mounted thereon to move down, the lower end of the cleaning shell 29 is opened, water in the cleaning shell 29 flows out from the lower end and flows into the second drainage cavity 35, and the water flowing into the second drainage cavity 35 is drained out through the second drainage port 38.
Then the upper end of the piston rod 72 is pushed and pulled manually, the piston rod 72 slides to drive the piston column 71 to slide in the air pump housing 70, the piston column 71 slides in the air pump housing 70 to suck the outside air into the air pump housing 70 through the air port 52 formed in the box body 2 and the air inlet 66 formed in the air pump housing 70, and then the outside air is exhausted through the exhaust pipe 67; the gas discharged from the gas discharge pipe 67 enters the third gas pipe 77, the gas entering the third gas pipe 77 enters the first gas pipe 74, the gas entering the first gas pipe 74 obliquely enters the corresponding cleaning seasoning tank 78 through the corresponding second gas pipe 75, and the water in the cleaning seasoning tank 78 is blown, so that the water in the cleaning seasoning tank 78 is rotated; the cleaning seasoning tank 78 is cleaned, after the cleaning seasoning tank is completed, the second pressure lever 28 is manually pressed downwards, the second pressure lever 28 drives the first mounting plate 64 to move downwards, the first mounting plate 64 moves downwards to drive all the second switch plungers 36 mounted on the first mounting plate to move downwards, the lower end of the cleaning seasoning tank 78 is opened, water in the cleaning seasoning tank 78 flows out from the lower end and flows into the first drainage cavity 34, and the water flowing into the first drainage cavity 34 is discharged through the first drainage port 37.
