当前市场上所拥有的面料大多只具备一些舒适性功能的特点,效果比较单一,无法得到使用者的广泛使用要求。人们在工作和各种体力劳动后,往往会散发出各种异味,同时由于工作中造成整体的一个脏的环境,还容易滋生各种细菌,而现有的面料穿着在身时无法有效的去除此类气味和细菌,长此以往会对人体造成不可避免的影响。

本发明的目的是提供一种多功能抗菌纺织面料及其制造工艺,有效减少细菌滋生且有效减少异味产生。

优选的,先将内透气层和抗菌层进行热合覆膜,然后将抗菌层和外透气层叠放,进行超声波热合绗缝,形成一体的面料。
优选的,所述热合覆膜采用贴膜复合机,在温度100度-130度下,进行贴合,贴合速度700M/H;贴合压力:5KG。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过配比制成的面料具有良好的透气性的同时,具有抗菌功能,有效减少细菌滋生;同时在抗菌层中加入驱蚊成分,有效防止蚊虫叮咬;适合日常生活使用。

通过采用改良的配比,极大的提高了面料的透气性能和抗菌性,配比新颖、方便生产、穿着舒适。抗菌层每个纤维均具有优良的抗菌除臭功效,,而且具有天然的驱蚊效果,适合制成各种夏季服装。编织而成的面料还具有凉爽舒适、吸湿透气的功效,同时,天然纤维还具备优良的保健功效,保障人体的健康。两面透气层吸湿柔软、凉爽透气,穿着舒适。天丝纤维是一种环保纤维,具有吸湿透气性强,丝质滑爽的特点。
