本发明涉及瑜伽垫技术领域,特别涉及一种抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾。
背景技术
瑜伽运动是现代人热衷的一种时尚运动,具有增强体质,塑形等作用,瑜伽运动过程中,常会采用瑜伽垫作为辅助运动的垫体,可避免人体直接与地板接触,具有缓冲作用,能保护瑜伽运动者的膝盖。现有的瑜伽垫多为PVC、PU、EVA或橡胶点,虽然具有较好的缓冲作用,但是吸汗效果差,透气不足,不具有杀菌作用,使用久了易发霉变黑,并且由于为发泡材料,当细菌进入泡孔时,即便通过清洗,也难以清除。另外,使用最为普遍的PVC瑜伽垫,由于含有增塑剂,通常在使用过程中会析出,当人体皮肤接触,易渗入皮肤,对健康造成影响。
瑜伽铺巾是一种可以铺在瑜伽垫表面,与瑜伽垫配套使用的辅助外套。通常为毛巾布料制成的,具有较好的吸湿作用,通常还设有防滑结构,使得在使用过程中不滑动。当瑜伽垫套有瑜伽铺巾,使用时,可以减少人体与瑜伽垫直接的接触,一方面让瑜伽垫持久使用,无需时常清洗,另一方面,瑜伽铺巾能吸收汗水,提高使用者的舒适度。但是,现有的铺巾不具有防霉抗菌的作用,表面吸附汗液后也容易变滑,表面防滑效果变差。
可见,现有技术还有待改进和提高。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾,旨在解决现有瑜伽铺巾不具有防霉抗菌作用,吸汗后防滑效果差的缺陷。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取了以下技术方案:
一种抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾,包括铺巾主体,其中,所述铺巾主体由下至上依次包括防滑层、竹炭纤维层和防霉抗菌吸湿层,所述竹炭纤维层分别与防滑层、防霉抗菌吸湿层嵌合,所述防霉抗菌吸湿层为具有防霉抗菌及吸湿功能的布料,并且防霉抗菌吸湿层表面设有表面防滑纹理。
所述抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾中,所述防霉抗菌吸湿层为混纺布,所述混纺布包括麻赛尔纤维、涤纶纤维。
所述抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾中,所述混纺布还包括远红外竹炭粘胶纤维。
所述混纺布按质量百分比计包括:麻赛尔纤维30%~50%,涤纶纤维25%~50%,远红外陶瓷纤维15%~25%。
所述抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾中,所述混纺布为经过防霉抗菌液浸渍处理过的混纺布。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾,所述铺巾为矩形结构,包括铺巾主体1,所述铺巾主体1由下至上依次包括防滑层2、竹炭纤维层3和防霉抗菌吸湿层4,所述竹炭纤维层3分别与防滑层2、防霉抗菌吸湿层4嵌合,成为一体,并且,在所述防霉抗菌吸湿层4的表面还设有表面防滑纹理5。所述防滑层2具有防滑功能,能防止运动过程中瑜伽铺巾在地面或瑜伽垫上滑动;所述竹炭纤维层3具有吸湿透气、抑菌抗菌的效果,能快速吸附瑜伽运动者滴落的汗液,提高表面防滑作用,其抑菌抗菌的作用,能避免铺巾主体发霉发臭,提高瑜伽铺巾的洁净度,更为舒适洁净;所述防霉抗菌吸湿层4为具有防霉抗菌及吸湿功能的布料,具有吸湿排汗、防霉抗菌的作用,能及时将汗液吸走,使表面保持干爽,同时,能对落入表面的细菌具有杀菌作用,防止铺巾主体1发霉发黑;所述表面防滑纹理5,能提高皮肤与铺巾主体1表面的摩擦力,防止滑动。
具体的,所述防霉抗菌吸湿层为混纺布,所述混纺布包括麻赛尔纤维、涤纶纤维。所述麻赛尔纤维不但具有天然麻纤维所具有的抑菌防霉、吸湿快干、透气排湿等特点,还具有柔软的触感,圆滑的外表,适合与皮肤直接接触,是一种新型、健康、时尚、绿色环保、能够自然呼吸的生态纺织纤维。所以涤纶纤维具有模量高、强度高、弹性高,并且具有良好的保形性,不易有折痕,耐磨性能好。将麻赛尔纤维与涤纶纤维进行混纺,得到兼具麻赛尔纤维的抑菌防霉、吸湿透气特性和涤纶纤维高强度、高弹性特性的混纺布。

作为一种实施方式,所述防滑层2采用防滑效果较好的止滑布,所述止滑布包括基布和设置在基布上的底部防滑纹理6。所述基布可以是斜纹布、化纤布、帆布、麻布中的一种,需具有较好的吸湿透气性,能及时将吸收的汗液疏导分散,以保证表层防霉抗菌吸湿层干爽。所述底部防滑纹理6通过点塑加工工艺或辊涂印刷工艺,在基布的一面形成具有特殊防滑作用的纹理或图案,以提高其防滑性。所述底部防滑纹理6的结构包括花型、条纹型、浮点型,所述底部防滑纹理6的材质包括PVC发泡材料或硅胶,所述PVC发泡材料或硅胶均具有较好的弹性,并且能增大底部摩擦力,具有成本低,防滑效果好的特点。
优选的,上述止滑布中,所述基布为BK布,所述BK布具有优异的透气性和耐磨性,能及时疏导吸附的汗液,提高瑜伽铺巾的透气效果,另外,BK布与PVC及硅胶材质的底部防滑纹理6结合牢固,使瑜伽铺巾具有较长的使用寿命。
作为另一种优选的实施方式,所述底部防滑纹理6为功能性防滑凸起,所述功能型防滑凸起中包含有按摩磁珠或电气石粉中的一种。所述凸起能起到按摩的作用,能对瑜伽运动者在运动的过程中进行按摩,促进血液循环,缓解疲劳,提高瑜伽运动者的舒适感。当所述防滑凸起中含有按摩磁珠时,所述磁珠还能释放磁性,起到理疗的效果。当所述防滑凸起中含有电气石粉时,所述电气石粉能辐射红外射线,促进血液循环,同时还能促进负氧离子的生成,具有理疗的效果。
具体的,所述抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾设有表面防滑纹理5,所述表面防滑纹理为具有较大摩擦力的特殊纹理。由于防霉抗菌吸湿层为亲肤型混纺布,表面柔软顺滑,因此摩擦力小,设置的表面防滑纹理5用于提高防霉抗菌吸湿层的防滑性能。所述表面防滑纹理5为PVC、PU或硅胶材质,这些材质与皮肤接触时,具有较大的摩擦力,优选为PU或硅胶,更为环保,并且更适合与皮肤接触。为了增加表面防滑纹理的摩擦力和观赏性,所述表面防滑纹理设置为特殊形状或结构的纹理,具体包括条纹状纹理、网状纹理或模拟花型或特殊logo。优选为网状纹理,如多边形拼接结构的纹理,如正五边形或正六边形蜂窝状纹理,更优选为正六边形蜂窝状纹理,一方面正六边形的结构防滑效果更好,另一方面正六边形蜂窝状纹理具有较美观的结构,观赏效果更好。
具体的,所述正六边形蜂窝状纹理中,所述正六边形的边长为5~10mm,边宽为0.5~1mm,具有较好的防滑效果,且防霉抗菌吸湿层的吸湿透气性能得到充分保证,并且舒适度较高。
优选的,所述抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾,所述铺巾主体1的四个角上设有角套7,如图2所示,所述角套7为三角形的套口,设置于防滑层2的底面,使用时,将瑜伽垫平铺,将铺巾主体1展开,然后将角套7套在对应的瑜伽垫角上,即可将瑜伽铺巾套设于瑜伽垫外。设置的角套7便于瑜伽铺巾套设于瑜伽垫上,非常方便。
更优选的,所述抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾的边缘还设有包边8,如图2所示,所述包边8设置于防滑层2的底面,所述包边8的宽度为3~5cm,当瑜伽铺巾套装在瑜伽垫上时,所述包边8刚好从四边将瑜伽垫包覆,当瑜伽垫铺设于地板上时,瑜伽垫压住包边8和角套7,从而使瑜伽铺巾滑动更难,起到更好的防滑效果。
可以理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,而所有这些改变或替换都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾,包括铺巾主体,其特征在于,所述铺巾主体由下至上依次包括防滑层、竹炭纤维层和防霉抗菌吸湿层,所述竹炭纤维层分别与防滑层、防霉抗菌吸湿层嵌合,所述防霉抗菌吸湿层为具有防霉抗菌及吸湿功能的布料,并且防霉抗菌吸湿层表面设有表面防滑纹理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾,其特征在于,所述防霉抗菌吸湿层为混纺布,所述混纺布包括麻赛尔纤维、涤纶纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾,其特征在于,所述混纺布还包括远红外竹炭粘胶纤维。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾,其特征在于,所述混纺布按质量百分比计包括:麻赛尔纤维30%~50%,涤纶纤维25%~50%,远红外陶瓷纤维15%~25%。
5.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾,其特征在于,所述混纺布为经过防霉抗菌液浸渍处理过的混纺布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾,其特征在于,所述防滑层为止滑布,所述止滑布包括基布和设置在基布上的底部防滑纹理,所述底部防滑纹理包括花型、条纹型、浮点型以及功能型防滑凸起。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾,其特征在于,所述功能型防滑凸起中包含有按摩磁珠或电气石粉。
8.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾,其特征在于,所述表面防滑纹理为多边形拼接结构,包括正五边形或正六边形蜂窝状纹理。
9.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾,其特征在于,所述铺巾主体的四个角上设有角套,所述角套位于防滑层底面。
10.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防滑瑜伽铺巾,其特征在于,所述铺巾主体的边缘设有包边,所述包边设置于防滑层的底面。
