The working principle is as follows: the motor shell drives the third rotating gear 415 to rotate through the second motor 414, the third rotating gear 415 is meshed with the first rack 413 to drive the concave mounting plate 417 to ascend and descend, the tension electric cylinder 422 operates to drive the first fixing component 426 and the second fixing component 427 to simultaneously rotate, so as to drive the first hinge bracket 4261 and the second hinge bracket 4262 to operate, the first hinge bracket 4261 operates to drive the clamping block 4265 to clamp and fix the motor shell on the bearing block 423, the first rotating gear 33 rotates through the operation of the first motor 31, and simultaneously the meshed second rotating gear 34 rotates, so that the rotating disc 38 mounted on the supporting rod 37 also starts to rotate, so that the lifting clamping mechanism 4 arranged on the rotating disc 38 rotates, and the fourth rotating gear 53 rolls on the second rack 52 through the operation of the third motor 54, so that the sliding block 56 slides in the second sliding groove 55, thereby achieving the purpose of translation of the drill 58 mechanism, finely adjusting the drill 58, performing reciprocating lifting work on the drill 58 through the work of the air cylinder 57 to complete drilling, moving the working coating material through the water suction pump 67 into the water pipe 69, and spraying the coating material from the adjustable spray head 610 after the coating material enters the water pipe 69.
