The utility model provides a timber electrostatic spraying equipment which characterized in that: comprises a first conveyer belt (1), a soaking box (2), a second conveyer belt (3), a spraying box (4), a third conveyer belt (5), a drying box (6) and a fourth conveyer belt (7) which are connected in sequence; the infiltration box (2) comprises a first screw rod mechanism (21), a second screw rod mechanism (22), a third screw rod mechanism (23), a wood moisture detector (24) and a roller bracket (25); the two sides of the infiltration box (2) close to the first conveying belt (1) are respectively provided with one first screw rod mechanism (21), a screw rod of the first screw rod mechanism (21) is connected with a first clamping block (211) used for clamping a wing plate in a sliding mode, two sides of the infiltration box (2) close to the second conveying belt (3) are respectively provided with one second screw rod mechanism (22), a screw rod of the second screw rod mechanism (22) is connected with a second clamping block (221) used for clamping the wing plate in a sliding mode, and the two first clamping blocks (211) and the two second clamping blocks (221) jointly act to clamp a wooden door and are used for driving the wooden door to move; the third screw rod mechanism (23) is arranged at the top of the infiltration box (2), and an atomization device (231) is connected to a screw rod of the third screw rod mechanism (23) in a sliding manner and used for humidifying and infiltrating a lower wooden door; the wood moisture detector (24) is arranged on the outer wall of the infiltration box (2) close to one side of the second conveying belt (3); the roller bracket (25) is arranged at the bottom of the infiltration box (2) and is used for supporting a wooden door conveyed into the infiltration box (2) from the first conveying belt (1); the spraying box (4) is used for performing electrostatic spraying operation on the first surface or the second surface of the wooden door; the drying box (6) is used for drying and curing the first surface or the second surface of the wooden door; gluing devices (8) are respectively arranged on two sides of the first conveying belt (1) and are used for smearing glue on two sides of the wooden door so as to glue wing plates on two sides of the wooden door conveniently; and glue removing devices (9) are respectively arranged on two sides of the fourth conveying belt (7) and used for smearing glue removing agents to gluing parts of wing plates on two sides of the wooden door so as to remove the wing plates.

The electrostatic spraying equipment for the wooden door as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first air cylinder (27) is arranged on the outer wall of one side, close to the second conveying belt (3), of the infiltration box (2), a piston rod of the first air cylinder (27) is arranged downwards, and the wood moisture detector (24) is arranged at the end part of the piston rod of the first air cylinder (27).

The electrostatic spraying equipment for wooden doors according to claim 1, wherein a second cylinder (28) is arranged on the inner wall of the infiltration box (2) close to one side of the second conveying belt (3), a piston rod of the second cylinder (28) is arranged downwards, and a flexible strip (26) is arranged at the end part of the piston rod of the second cylinder (28) and used for wiping water stains on the first surface of the wooden door to be sprayed.

The electrostatic spraying equipment for the wooden door as claimed in claim 3, wherein a flexible waterproof curtain is arranged between the flexible strip (26) and the cylinder body of the second cylinder (28), and when the second cylinder (28) pushes the flexible strip (26) to be in contact with the surface of the wooden door, the flexible waterproof curtain closes the outlet of the infiltration tank (2) so as to prevent water vapor in the infiltration tank (2) from overflowing through the outlet of the infiltration tank (2) in a large amount and affecting the detection precision of the wood moisture detector (24).

The electrostatic spraying equipment for wooden doors as claimed in claim 1, wherein transparent covers are arranged between the soaking box (2) and the spraying box (4) and between the spraying box (4) and the drying box (6) to prevent coating powder from overflowing from the inlet and outlet of the spraying box (4).
6. A wood door electrostatic painting process based on the wood door electrostatic painting equipment of any one of claims 1-5, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, arranging at least two wing plates on two opposite side edges of the wood door to be sprayed;
s2, humidifying and infiltrating the wooden door to be sprayed, which is provided with the wing plate, to an easily conductive state;
s3, clamping the wooden door to be sprayed in an easily conductive state through the wing plates, and performing electrostatic spraying operation on the first surface of the wooden door to be sprayed;
s4, drying and curing the first surface of the wooden door;
s5, overturning the wooden door, and repeating the steps S2-S4 to finish the spraying of the second surface of the wooden door;
and S6, removing the wing plates.
7. The electrostatic painting process for wooden doors as claimed in claim 6, wherein in step S1, the wing plates are firmly attached to the side edges of the wooden door to be painted by gluing; in step S6, the wing plates are removed by glue removal, and gluing marks are cleaned.
8. The electrostatic painting process for wooden doors as claimed in claim 6, wherein after step S2, the process further comprises wiping off water stains on the first surface of the wooden door to be painted.
