The principles of the present invention are now described as follows:

when the circulating air pump 6 dehumidifies the inside of the cabinet body 1 at the working position, the control circuit 52 receives a start signal of the circulating air pump 6 to control the suction pump 32 to recover, part of magnetorheological fluid in the inner cavities 41 is sucked into the liquid storage chamber 31, so that the inner cavities 41 in the extensible belt 4 recover to a flat state, which is beneficial to not forming a large obstruction when the extensible belt 4 stretches, when the suction pump 32 finishes the suction work, the control circuit 52 triggers the control switches 51 to start working, the control switches 51 are periodically and sequentially electrically conducted along the axial direction of the electromagnets 5 until the circulating air pump 6 finishes the work, because the adjacent electromagnets 5 are electrically connected with the control switches 51 and are mutually and magnetically repelled after being electrified, the extensible belt 4 between the adjacent electromagnets 5 under the control of the control switches 51 is expanded, and is sequentially electrified along with the control switches 51, so that the expansion state of the extensible belt 4 advances along with the expansion state, the bottom of the books stacked on the telescopic belt 4 is expanded by local distance, so that gaps are formed between the stacked books, the circulation flow of air in the compartment 2 is facilitated, moist air between the books is taken away, and the moisture-proof effect on the books in the cabinet body 1 is greatly improved;
when the telescopic band 4 is locally expanded, adjacent electromagnets 5 form a magnetic field outwards, under the action of the magnetic field, the mobility of magnetorheological fluid in the inner cavity 41 between the two is reduced, the yield strength is further increased, thereby when the book bottom is separated along with the expansion of the telescopic band 4, the edges of the book bottom are limited and supported, the relative sliding between the book bottom and the telescopic band 4 in the book moving process is avoided, the separation and recovery effects on the book are improved, the dehumidifying effect is effectively guaranteed, and meanwhile, the change of the book stacking state in the dehumidifying process is avoided.
