However, one or more embodiments may be practiced without these details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices may be shown in simplified form in order to simplify the drawing.
Fig. 1 is a schematic application scenario diagram of a method for pushing a failure of an electrical home appliance according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the application scenario shown in fig. 1, two parties of communication interaction are a home appliance and a mobile terminal, respectively.
Here, the home appliance includes a home appliance main body and a controller, and the home appliance main body and the controller may be communicatively connected by a wired method such as a data line or a wireless method such as a wifi (wireless fidelity) network.
In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the types of the household electrical appliances include, but are not limited to, air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, ice makers and other electrical appliances for cooling a row of pipes; it should be understood that the method for fault pushing of the present application may also be applied to other non-refrigeration related electrical devices, such as televisions, washing machines, water heaters, and the like.
Optionally, the controller of the household appliance may be an independent control module and may be externally disposed on the household appliance main body, for example, for a commercial air-conditioning product or a part of a household air-conditioning product, the controller may be a master control module embedded in a wall body; alternatively, the controller may be an accessory having a wireless communication function, such as a remote controller of an air conditioner.
Optionally, the controller of the household electrical appliance may also be a control module arranged in the main body of the household electrical appliance, for example, for a cabinet air-conditioning product, the controller may be a liquid crystal control module embedded in the cabinet air-conditioning machine body; or, for refrigerator products, the controller can be a liquid crystal control module embedded on an opening and closing door body of the refrigerator.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the household electrical appliance is further provided with an NFC (Near Field Communication) module, and the NFC module can utilize a short-distance high-frequency wireless Communication technology to realize non-contact point-to-point data transmission and data exchange between the household electrical appliance and an external device. Here, the NFC module may be a communication module separately provided to the home appliance, or may be integrated into a controller of the home appliance.
In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the types of the mobile terminal include, but are not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a smart band, and the like. Here, the mobile terminal is further provided with an NFC module, and the NFC module can enable the mobile terminal and the external device to perform contactless point-to-point data transmission and exchange data.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 1, the household appliance is an air conditioner, and includes an air conditioner main body 11 and an external controller 12, where the NFC module is integrated in the controller 12; the mobile terminal is a mobile phone 2 with a built-in NFC module, and the mobile phone and the controller 12 of the air conditioner can realize data communication through respective NFC modules.
The control flow of the method for pushing the failure of the home appliance according to the present application is explained with reference to the application scenario shown in fig. 1.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for pushing a failure of an electrical home appliance according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for pushing a failure of a home appliance, which is applied to a home appliance side; the method mainly comprises the following control steps:
s201, storing fault information in a first NFC module when the household electrical equipment has operation faults;
in the embodiment of the disclosure, the first NFC module has a storage area, and the storage area can be used for storing relevant information of the home appliance; here, when the household electrical appliance has an operation failure, failure information such as a failure code generated by the household electrical appliance is stored in the storage area of the first NFC module;
therefore, the fault information can be used without occupying the storage space of other storage devices of the household appliance, and meanwhile, when the first NFC module is communicated with the NFC module of the external device, the fault information can be directly called from the storage area of the first NFC module, so that the response speed of the NFC communication between the household appliance and the external device is increased.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the fault information is fault description information which is easy to be inquired and understood by a user; here, the failure information may be a failure situation described in a literal form, such as "sensor failure", "compressor failure", "electric auxiliary heat failure", or the like; alternatively, the fault condition is depicted in the form of an icon, such as icon a corresponding to "sensor fault", icon B corresponding to "compressor fault", etc.
Still alternatively, the fault information may be fault description information for easy understanding by service personnel, such as a fault code a corresponding to "sensor fault" in terms of a fault code, a fault code b corresponding to "compressor fault", and the like.
Here, the failure information may be stored in the storage area of the first NFC module in the above-described various forms at the same time; or the fault information is only stored in one or more forms in the storage area of the first NFC module.
S202, after the first NFC module and the second NFC module are successfully paired, fault information is sent to the second NFC module through the first NFC module.
The first NFC module is arranged on the household appliance, and the second NFC module is arranged on the mobile terminal.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first NFC module of the home appliance device may be turned off by default, and the user turns on the first NFC module by performing a key operation on the controller or the remote controller; or, the first NFC module of the home device may be turned on by default; therefore, when the user opens the second NFC module of the mobile terminal and places the second NFC module within the distance range which can effectively communicate with the first NFC module, the first NFC module of the household appliance device and the second NFC module of the mobile terminal can be paired, and here, the mode of pairing the two NFC modules is not repeated because the mode does not relate to the innovation point of the application, and the technical scheme of NFC pairing in the related technology can be referred.
The method for pushing the information of the household appliance can store the fault information in the first NFC module of the controller when the household appliance is in operation failure, so that after the first NFC module is connected with the second NFC module of the mobile terminal in a pairing mode, the fault information can be directly sent to the mobile terminal through induction communication between the two NFC modules.
In some optional embodiments, the first NFC module stores therein fault information in more than one form, and since users of different mobile terminals have different understanding capabilities or different requirements for understanding different forms of fault information, for example, an ordinary user can only read and understand the fault information in a text form, but cannot read and understand the fault information in a fault code form; for maintenance personnel, the fault information in the text form is too rough and is not as clear as the fault code; therefore, in order to avoid sending other fault information which is not matched with the user requirement or the comprehension capability of the mobile terminal, the fault information sent in the implementation of the disclosure corresponds to the authority of the user to which the mobile terminal belongs, so that the transmission operation of invalid or useless fault information can be effectively reduced, and the actually sent fault information can meet the actual requirement of the user of the mobile terminal.
Optionally, a corresponding relationship between the fault information and the authority of the user is preset in the first NFC module;
for example, in combination with the technical content of the fault information in the foregoing, for a user who sets a user level authority, the corresponding fault information is the fault information in a text form or an icon form; for the maintenance personnel who set the manufacturer level authority, the corresponding parameter information is fault information in the form of fault codes, and the like.
In this way, before the step S202 is executed, before the failure information is sent to the second NFC module by the first NFC module, the control step of the embodiment of the present disclosure further includes:
acquiring first information through a first NFC module, wherein the first information comprises authority information of a user to which a mobile terminal belongs;
and searching corresponding fault information according to the authority information.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the permission information is sent to the first NFC module by the second NFC module;
here, after more than one form of failure information is stored in the first NFC module, an independent read control code is configured for each form of failure information; after the first NFC module is paired with the second NFC module, the first NFC module acquires the reading control code sent by the mobile terminal through the second NFC module, and matches the reading control code with one or more reading control codes stored in the first NFC module, if the corresponding reading control code is matched, the first NFC module calls the fault information in the form corresponding to the reading control code from the storage area and sends the fault information to the second NFC module.
Here, the read control codes possessed by users of different mobile terminals are different, and therefore, the forms of the fault information acquired by the mobile terminal from the first NFC module are also different; thus, different read control codes correspond to different authority information of the user of the mobile terminal; optionally, in this embodiment of the present disclosure, the first information obtained by the first NFC module and sent by the second NFC module includes a read control code sent by the second NFC module.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the applications installed by users with different permissions are different, and the corresponding read control codes may be information carried by the applications, and if a common user installs a user-level application, the type of application stores the read control codes corresponding to the user level; or if the maintenance personnel installs the manufacturer-level application program, the reading control code corresponding to the manufacturer level is stored in the application program of the type.
Optionally, after the first NFC module is connected in a pairing manner with a second NFC module of the mobile terminal, the second NFC module actively sends the first information to the first NFC module, so that the first NFC module determines the permission information of the user to which the mobile terminal belongs after receiving the first information.
Optionally, after the first NFC module is connected in a pairing manner with a second NFC module of the mobile terminal and before the first NFC module acquires first information sent by the second NFC module, the first NFC module sends first query information, where the first query information is used to request to acquire permission information of a user of the mobile terminal;
in the disclosed embodiment, the first inquiry information is sent from the first NFC module to the second NFC module;
in this way, after the second NFC module receives the first query information, the authority information of the user to which the mobile terminal belongs is searched and obtained; and generating first information according to the authority information of the user to which the mobile device belongs, and sending the first information to the first NFC module through the second NFC module.
In some optional embodiments, the failure information of the home device may be presented to the user through an original application having a browsing display function of the mobile terminal, such as a browser or other type application, or a text display type application; in this way, after the second NFC module receives the failure information sent by the first NFC module, the mobile terminal displays the failure information to be presented to the user through an application program of the above type.
In some optional embodiments, the failure information of the home appliance needs to be presented to the user through a specific application program, such as an application program developed by a home appliance manufacturer, but cannot be implemented through the application program in the previous embodiment; if the mobile terminal does not install the application program of the type, the user cannot refer to the relevant information through the mobile terminal.
In this case, before the first NFC module acquires the first information sent by the second NFC module, the control step of the embodiment of the present disclosure further includes:
and sending installation information through the first NFC module, wherein the installation information is used for indicating the mobile terminal to install an application program, and the application program is used for pushing fault information.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the installation information is sent by the first NFC module to the second NFC module;
in this embodiment, the installation information may be an installation package of the relevant application program, and the mobile terminal may directly perform installation of the application program after receiving the installation package; alternatively, the installation information may be an installation link of the relevant application program, and the user may download the relevant installation package to the network side according to the installation link to install the application program.
Optionally, the sent installation information is installation information of an application program corresponding to the user level authority.
Optionally, after the first NFC module is connected in pair with the second NFC module of the mobile terminal, the first NFC module actively sends installation information to the second NFC module, so that the mobile terminal to which the second NFC belongs can select installation of the application program according to the installation information, and therefore subsequent acquired fault information can be conveniently checked.
Optionally, before the installation information is sent to the second NFC module through the first NFC module, second query information is sent to the second NFC module through the first NFC module, and a second query information user requests to query whether the mobile terminal has a corresponding application program; and receiving response information sent by the second NFC module through the first NFC module, wherein the response information comprises indication information that the application program is not installed on the mobile terminal.
Compared with the mode that the first NFC module actively sends the installation information to the second NFC module in the previous embodiment, whether the corresponding application program is installed on the mobile terminal is inquired in advance in the embodiment of the disclosure, and the installation information is sent to the second NFC module only when the application program is not installed on the mobile terminal, so that the invalid sending operation of the installation information can be avoided when the application program is installed on the mobile terminal.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for pushing a failure of an electrical home appliance according to yet another embodiment of the present disclosure.

Compared with the mode that a user can only obtain fault information by performing key operation on the controller in the related technology, the user can directly know the fault condition of the household appliance through the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal can directly obtain parameter information or resource data from the household appliance side through induction communication between the NFC module of the mobile terminal and the NFC module of the household appliance, and the user is prevented from performing relatively complicated key operation on the controller.
In some optional embodiments, users to which the mobile terminal belongs are different, and forms of fault information required by the mobile terminal are different, and in order to avoid acquiring other fault information irrelevant to actual requirements of the users, the fault information corresponds to the authority of the user to which the mobile terminal belongs in the implementation of the disclosure, so that transmission operations on invalid or useless fault information can be effectively reduced, and the actually sent fault information can meet the actual requirements of the user of the mobile terminal.
Thus, the control steps of the embodiments of the present disclosure further include: before the fault information of the household appliance sent by the first NFC module is obtained through the second NFC module, first information is sent through the second NFC module, and the first information comprises authority information of a user to which the mobile terminal belongs.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first query information is sent by the second NFC module to the first NFC module.

In some optional embodiments, the controlling step of the present application further comprises:
before the first information is sent through the second NFC module, receiving installation information through the second NFC module, wherein the installation information is used for indicating the mobile terminal to install an application program, and the application program is used for pushing fault information;
in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the installation information is sent by the first NFC module to the second NFC module.
Optionally, if the mobile terminal does not have the application program installed, the application program is installed according to the indication of the installation information; in this embodiment, the installation information may be an installation package of the relevant application program, and the mobile terminal may directly perform installation of the application program after receiving the installation package; alternatively, the installation information may be an installation link of the relevant application program, and the user may download the relevant installation package to the network side according to the installation link to install the application program.
Optionally, if the application is installed in the mobile terminal, the installation information is ignored.
In some optional embodiments, the control method of the present application further includes:
receiving, by the second NFC module, the second query information before receiving the installation information by the second NFC module.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the second query information is sent by the first NFC module to the second NFC module.
Here, the second query information carries a feature code of the corresponding application program; after receiving the second query information, the mobile terminal matches the feature codes with the feature codes of all installed application programs; if the matching fails, determining that the mobile terminal is not provided with the application program; if the matching is successful, determining that the mobile terminal is provided with the application program;
