Abstract
The invention provides a shell polishing and shaping method, a shell and an electronic product, which comprises the following steps: heating the poor appearance part of the shell by using a hot air blowing gun; finely grinding the poor appearance part of the shell; polishing the poor appearance part of the shell; and checking whether the appearance of the polished and shaped part of the shell is qualified. The shell polishing and shaping method can effectively improve the appearance yield of the shell of the electronic product, greatly improve the utilization rate of the shell and save the production cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electronic product production and manufacturing, in particular to a polishing, shaping and repairing method for a collision damage and a dent notch of a shell made of a matt material, and a shell and an electronic product repaired by using the method.
Background
In the existing production and manufacturing process of the mobile phone/flat plate, after a PC + 10% GF shell is collided and damaged and a dent notch is damaged, the appearance cannot pass the inspection standard and only can be scrapped, so that the production and manufacturing waste is caused, and the PC + 10% GF material matte shell is recovered to be a good product with normal appearance by a systematic polishing and shaping method.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a shell polishing and shaping method, which can improve the appearance yield of a mobile phone/flat shell, improve the utilization rate of the shell and save the production cost.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a shell polishing and shaping method, which comprises the following steps: heating the poor appearance part of the shell by using a hot air blowing gun; finely grinding the poor appearance part of the shell; polishing the poor appearance part of the shell; and checking whether the appearance of the polished and shaped part of the shell is qualified.
The shell polishing and shaping method has the beneficial effects that the appearance yield of the electronic product shell can be effectively improved, and the repair yield of the polished and shaped electronic product semi-finished shell introduced into the method is 90.45%; the repairing method is not introduced, the poor appearance of the shell needs to be scrapped, and through comparison verification, the method can greatly improve the utilization rate of the shell and save the production cost.

Preferably, hot air is blown to the poor appearance part of the shell for 3 to 5 seconds by using a hot air blowing gun nozzle.

The touch-sensitive surface and the display panel may be two separate components to implement input and output functions, but in some embodiments the touch-sensitive surface may be integrated with the display panel to implement input and output functions.
The processor is a control center of the electronic product, connects various parts of the whole electronic product by various interfaces and circuits, and executes various functions and processes data of the electronic product by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory and calling the data stored in the memory, thereby integrally monitoring the electronic product. Optionally, the processor may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor may integrate an application processor and a modem processor, wherein the application processor mainly handles operations of the storage medium, the electronic product interface, the application program, and the like, and the modem processor mainly handles wireless communication. The electronic product also comprises a power supply for supplying power to each component, and the power supply can be logically connected with the processor through the power management storage medium, so that the functions of managing charging, discharging, power consumption management and the like can be realized through the power management storage medium. The power supply may also include any component of one or more dc or ac power sources, rechargeable storage media, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and the like.
Although not shown, the electronic product may further include a camera and the like, which will not be described herein. Specifically, in this embodiment, a processor in the electronic product loads an executable file corresponding to a process of one or more application programs into a memory according to the following instructions, and the processor runs the application programs stored in the memory, thereby implementing various functions.

and checking whether the appearance of the polished and shaped part of the shell is qualified.

3. The method of polishing and shaping a housing according to claim 2,
and blowing hot air to the poor appearance part of the shell for 3 to 5 seconds by using a hot air blowing gun nozzle.
4. A method of polishing and shaping a housing according to claim 3,
the hot gas temperature is 230 +/-10 ℃.
5. The method of polishing and shaping a housing according to claim 4,
and performing fine grinding by using a 1000-mesh grinding and polishing wiper.
6. The method of polishing and shaping a housing according to claim 5,
polishing was performed using a 7000 mesh buff polish wipe.
7. The method of claim 6 wherein the housing is reinforced polycarbonate plastic containing 10% glass fibers.
8. An outer shell which is a matt shell characterised in that it has been repaired by a method of polishing and reshaping a shell as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. An electronic product characterized in that a housing thereof is repaired by the housing polishing shaping method as recited in any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. The electronic product according to claim 9, wherein the electronic product is a mobile phone or a tablet computer.
