The mobile terminal is carried by a worker and used for receiving the first instruction information, uploading position information of the mobile terminal in real time and uploading event information. The mobile terminal can be a handheld device, and can also be provided with a wearing structure so as to be worn on the body of a worker in a scenic spot. And when the mobile terminal sends information to the central server, the mobile terminal sends the MAC information of the mobile terminal together so that the central server can identify the identity information of the staff corresponding to the mobile terminal.

The positioning module is used for acquiring the position information of the mobile terminal, and the mode for acquiring the position information of the mobile terminal by the positioning module comprises one or more of a satellite-based positioning mode and a WiFi-based positioning mode, so that the positioning requirements under different conditions can be met. The first control module is used for receiving first instruction information and displaying the first instruction information to a worker through the first interaction module; the positioning module is used for acquiring the position information of the mobile terminal in real time and uploading the position information to the central server; and the event information acquisition module is used for acquiring event related information and event related information input by workers, and uploading the event information to the central server. The event related information collected by the image collecting module is image information, video information, audio information and the like related to the event, and the event related information input by the staff is description (including the occurrence position of the event) and the like about the event input by the staff.

The central server is arranged in the scenic spot monitoring center and used for receiving the position information and the event information uploaded by the mobile terminal, sending first instruction information to the mobile terminal and judging whether the corresponding staff violates a preset rule or not according to the position information uploaded by the mobile terminal. According to the embodiment, whether the corresponding staff violates the preset regulations or not can be judged according to the position information uploaded by the mobile terminal, so that the automatic attendance checking of the staff in the scenic spot and the automatic monitoring during the working period are realized.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the central server includes a second control module, a second interaction module, a second storage module, and a second communication module.
The second interaction module is used for displaying information and recording information of monitoring personnel to the monitoring personnel of the scenic spot monitoring center, for example, displaying event information uploaded by the working personnel, recording first instruction information sent to the working personnel of the scenic spot, second instruction information sent to the WiFi signal equipment and the like.

The system in the embodiment improves the informatization degree of the scenic spot, and can accurately and quickly process various events.
