A remote assistance method suitable for internal and external network isolation is characterized in that: the remote assistance system comprises a remote assistance terminal (1) and an intranet auxiliary terminal (3) which can be connected with the remote assistance terminal (1) through a network, wherein the intranet auxiliary terminal (3) and intranet equipment (4) to be remotely assisted are both positioned in the same intranet network, and the intranet equipment (4) is in adaptive connection with the intranet auxiliary terminal (3) through an equipment communication cable;
remote assistance terminal (1) and intranet auxiliary terminal (3) remote connection back, remote assistance terminal (1) through intranet auxiliary terminal (3) can look over with the current state that intranet equipment (4) was connected in intranet auxiliary terminal (3), and intranet auxiliary terminal (3) can forward remote operation information that remote assistance terminal (1) sent to intranet equipment (4) through equipment communication cable to realize that remote assistance terminal (1) carries out required remote operation to intranet equipment (4), state information that corresponds when intranet equipment (4) carries out remote assistance terminal (1) remote operation information is by intranet auxiliary terminal (3) display output.

The remote assistance method for intranet and extranet isolation according to claim 6, wherein: the device communication cable comprises a video signal cable (6) for transmitting video signals, a mouse signal cable (7) for transmitting mouse information and a keyboard signal cable (5) for transmitting keyboard information;
the two corresponding ends of the video signal cable (6), the mouse signal cable (7) and the keyboard signal cable (5) are respectively in adaptive connection with the intranet auxiliary terminal (3) and the intranet equipment (4).

The remote assistance method for intranet and extranet isolation according to claim 6, wherein: the video signal cable (6) is an HDMI cable or a VGA cable, and the connection mode between the mouse signal cable (7) and the intranet auxiliary terminal (3) and the intranet equipment (4) is PS/2 interface connection or USB interface connection; the keyboard signal cable (5) is connected with the intranet auxiliary terminal (3) and the intranet equipment (4) in a PS/2 interface connection or a USB interface connection mode.

The remote assistance method for intranet and extranet isolation according to claim 1, wherein: the intranet auxiliary terminal (3) comprises a touch display screen, or an intranet auxiliary terminal mouse and an intranet auxiliary terminal keyboard which are matched with the intranet auxiliary terminal (3) are arranged on the intranet auxiliary terminal (3).
10. The remote assistance method for intranet and extranet isolation according to claim 1, wherein: the intranet auxiliary terminal (3) can carry out required voice call and/or video call with the remote assistance terminal (1), and the network connection between the intranet auxiliary terminal (3) and the remote assistance terminal (1) comprises internet connection.
