Measurement refers to the use of data to describe observed phenomena, i.e., to quantitatively describe things, according to a certain rule. The measurement is a quantitative process for non-quantitative real objects. In mechanical engineering, measurement refers to the process of understanding experimentally that a measured quantity is numerically compared with a standard quantity having a unit of measure to determine the ratio of the two. The object of measurement is the measurement variable, which is defined herein as the smallest measurement variable, i.e., the measurement element, of the TCM instrument.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a traditional Chinese medicine AI labeling platform for instrument measurement signals provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the traditional Chinese medicine AI labeling platform for instrument measurement signals includes: a syndrome information acquisition module 11, a label generation module 12 and a storage module 13.
The syndrome information acquiring module 11 is used for acquiring syndrome elements in a medical record of traditional Chinese medicine.

The storage module 13 is used for storing the label.
The measurement elements of traditional Chinese medicine theoretically include the measurement of diseases, syndromes, symptoms, microcosmic levels and the like. Wherein, the measurement of disease differentiation, symptom differentiation and microscopic level is similar to the diagnosis and detection of western medicine diseases. The measurement of syndrome differentiation level is a special feature of the measurement of traditional Chinese medicine.
The measurement elements of this hierarchy have similarities with, but are not identical to, the syndrome elements. The syndrome elements are the minimum units representing syndromes, and after clinical collection of four diagnostic information, information data such as patient cold and heat, pain, sweating, diet, sleep, stool, urine, tongue condition, pulse condition, sound, look and the like are obtained, the syndrome judgment can be carried out, and the disease position (such as heart, lung, spleen, liver, kidney, stomach, gallbladder and the like), disease nature (such as cold, heat, dampness, phlegm, qi deficiency, blood deficiency, yin deficiency and the like) and the like are determined. The measurement element is a diagnosis detail further split for supporting the identification of the syndrome element, and may not be a syndrome, but may be only any one minimum measurable index of a disease location, a cause of a disease, and the like.
Through literature review, relevant literature about the syndrome/elements is collected, and the syndrome elements/elements summarized in previous researches are obtained and serve as basic sources of candidate minimum measurement variables. Zhu wenfeng (syndrome differentiation) comprehensively combats the concepts of the basic units of the syndrome elements and syndromes in the textbook of TCM diagnostics and books of the past generations, and extracts 53 standard general syndrome elements, including 20 elements of the location syndrome and 33 elements of the disease nature syndrome, by screening item by item. In addition, there are 9 specialized sites of five sense organs, and 10 yet to be clarified researchers.
On the basis, the invention further splits the syndrome/syndrome elements into minimum Chinese medicine measurement units or measurement elements according to the principle of measurement and the actual measurement requirements.
Localization of the Ceratin, namely: heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, etc. (see table 1 for details), all retained as localization measurement elements. The concept related to the traditional Chinese medicine characteristic genre in the positioning evidence element is classified as a genre measurement element: "exterior, interior, half exterior and half interior". Sun, yangming, shaoyang, taiyin, jueyin, shaoyin are the measuring elements of the typhoid fever pie. The defense system, qi system, nutrient system and blood system are elements for measuring defense, qi, nutrient and blood. The chest diaphragm (upper energizer), lower abdomen (lower energizer) and spleen and stomach (middle energizer) are elements for syndrome differentiation and measurement of the triple energizer.
Many qualitative syndromes are composed of two elements, such as yin deficiency, and yin and deficiency, and require advanced resolution to obtain the minimum measurable constituent unit, i.e. the measurement elements, including: essence, spirit, qi, blood, body fluid, yin and yang. Wind, cold, summer-heat, dampness, dryness, fire, epidemic, phlegm, food and insects. Toxic, stasis, water, fluid, heat, wound, feces and stone. Anger, thinking, sadness, terror, fright, worry, happiness, deficiency, excess, closure, collapse, accumulation, knot, stop, etc.
For convenience of use, the measurement elements are classified and sorted, and each class covers all relevant Chinese medicine concepts under the classification as much as possible. The classification and the classification do not intersect with each other. The concepts of each measurement element can be independent from each other without crossing. The measurement elements are divided into five major categories, namely positioning elements, physiological elements, pathological elements, emotional elements and genre measurement elements, and the measurement elements included in each major category are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 Chinese medicine syndrome measuring element system
During measurement, the positioning elements, physiological elements and pathological elements can be measured independently, and the measured single elements can be combined, such as Sun-Yang syndrome, heart blood, liver Yang and the like. In addition, all the measurement elements can be expanded or refined, and the measurement element system of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome is enriched according to a new detection technology or a new detection means.
In order to adapt to the measurement requirements of different genres, the genre measurement elements are listed, so that the classical concept is clearer and clearer on one hand, and the access and fusion coexistence of different genres are facilitated on the other hand.
In earlier studies, the symptom information of the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine was measured in a fuzzy manner by self-drawing 4-level measurement rules. This metrology method is still applicable to fuzzy metrology of the measured elements. The specific method comprises the following steps: when the measuring elements appear for the first time, each measuring element is selected and is respectively marked as '2' or '0' according to 'existence' or 'nonexistence', the '3' is marked when the measuring element is particularly serious, and the '1' is marked when the measuring element is particularly slight. For the patients with post-treatment remission, 1 was subtracted from the original score. And adding 1 to the original score for the weight. Disappearance after treatment was scored as "0". Based on this, the present invention further unifies the measurement rules of the measurement elements, and as shown in table 2, the "3" particularly serious is 100%, 2/3 × 100%, slightly 1/3 × 100%, or not 0.
TABLE 2 measurement element metrology rules
As shown in table 2, the measurement of the classification elements such as the disease location and disease name was performed by two-classification measurement with 1 and 0. When a plurality of similar elements are simultaneously included, the elements are decomposed into percentages according to the importance degree, such as the lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome, and when the disease location is more in the spleen, the decomposed measurement elements are as follows: spleen 80%, lung 20%, qi 1, (generally) deficiency 2/3 x 100%, (very heavy) deficiency 100%, (slight) deficiency 1/3 x 100%.
Taking tongue image detection as an example, the method detects the positioning factors such as heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney according to the partition, and simultaneously detects the pathological factors such as cold, heat, fire, dampness, deficiency and the like by combining the shape, color and thickness degree of the tongue proper and the tongue coating. The pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine also determines positioning elements through cunguanchi and cunguanchi, and simultaneously detects the pathological elements such as cold, heat, phlegm, stasis and the like by combining the characteristics of pulse rate, fluency and the like. The method is a detection method from synthesis to subdivision, and is a simulation of the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis method.
On the basis of traditional comprehensive detection, all the measurement elements can be expanded or refined, and the measurement element system of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome is enriched according to a new detection technology or a new detection means. For example, the wearable device detects sweat, and the wearable device returns liquid, but the amount of sweat can reach quantitative detection. For example, the detection of spirit, there is an imaging study that can measure emotional elements of a person and detect the physiological elements of traditional Chinese medicine based on gait analysis or facial expression changes.
Based on the above theoretical basis, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the label generating module 12 includes: the device comprises a splitting unit and a label generating unit.
The splitting unit is used for splitting the syndrome elements as a basis to obtain measurement elements. The measurement element is the minimum variable measured by the traditional Chinese medicine instrument. The measurement elements include: localization elements, physiological elements, pathological elements, emotional elements, and genre measurement elements.
The label generating unit is used for generating a label according to the measuring element and the certificate element.
