The invention discloses an enabling smart Cloud low-code platform, which comprises a framework layer, an engine layer, a core service layer and a public service layer, wherein the framework layer mainly comprises an SOA micro-service framework packaged based on a Spring-Cloud micro-service framework, an SAAS dynamic data source, a distributed cache cluster and distributed messages, the engine layer is mainly convenient for rapid development, and the engine layer is composed of a dynamic form engine which can be dynamically generated during operation by providing a development time automatic generation engine based on a template and a style, a workflow engine which supports dragging and a normal business process; according to the invention, the startup cloud mainly takes the frame as the core of the startup cloud framework, so that the basis of range boundary division is considered from two aspects of 'specification making' and 'automatic generation', and the common business module of enterprise informatization is abstracted.
