The whiteboard note display method provided in the embodiment may be performed by various operation devices for comment generation, the operation devices may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and the operation devices may be formed by two or more physical entities or may be formed by one physical entity.
For easy understanding, in the embodiment, the interactive tablet is taken as an actual carrier, and a detailed process of adjusting target selection, association and adjusting response when the operation method of the interactive tablet is implemented is exemplarily described. The interactive panel may be an integrated device that controls content displayed on the display panel and implements human-computer interaction operations through a touch technology, and integrates one or more functions of a projector, an electronic whiteboard, a screen, a sound, a television, a video conference terminal, and the like.
Generally, as shown in fig. 2, the interactive tablet 1 includes at least one display screen. For example, the interactive tablet 1 is configured with a display screen having a touch function, and the display screen may be a capacitive screen, a resistive screen, or an electromagnetic screen. In this embodiment, further, the user may perform a touch operation by touching the display screen with a finger or a stylus, and accordingly, the interactive tablet detects the touch position and responds according to the touch position to perform a touch function. Typically, the interactive tablet is installed with at least one operating system, wherein the operating system includes, but is not limited to, an android system, a Linux system, and a Windows system. Further, the interactive tablet may install at least one application having writing functionality. The application program may be an application program carried by an operating system, and an application program downloaded from a third-party device or a server is also installed. Optionally, the application program has other editing functions besides the writing function, such as inserting a table, inserting a picture, inserting a graph, drawing a table, drawing a graph, and the like. And the drawn table or graph is a standard element drawn by the computer. A computer drawn standard element may be understood as a print standard element drawn by an interactive flat plate, which is distinguished from an element written by a user.
A touch screen configured by intelligent handwriting equipment such as an electronic whiteboard, an electronic blackboard, a digitizer, an intelligent conference tablet and the like is provided with a writing area for responding to the writing operation of a user to display input content, when writing is performed in the writing area, for example, a touch pen or a finger is used to touch the touch screen, the touch screen can sense the change of current, the change of voltage or the change of magnetic flux (corresponding to the specific setting type of the capacitive touch screen, the resistive touch screen or the electromagnetic touch screen), so as to obtain a touch signal containing the coordinates of the touch position and the trigger time of the touch signal, according to the coordinates of the touch position and the trigger time of the touch signal, track data of a writing track input in the process of writing to lifting and stopping writing by a stylus or a finger of a user can be obtained, and the writing track input by the user is displayed in a writing area of the touch screen in real time according to the track data. Of course, the writing process is not limited to writing, and any entry process implemented on the touch screen of the intelligent handwriting device for displaying the operation track can be regarded as the writing process. In addition, the touch operation may respond to operations such as clicking, dragging, and the like of the user according to the difference of the display element of the occurrence position of the touch operation. The way in which these different responses are processed at the bottom level is the same. Each embodiment of the scheme is a hardware implementation based on basic functions such as touch and display, and the function of whiteboard application can be further implemented on the interactive flat plate 1. Typically, the application interface of the whiteboard application is displayed full screen so as to coincide with the area where touch writing occurs, i.e. the display interface 10 shown in fig. 2.
In the application scenario of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the interactive tablet 1 is further used in cooperation with the mobile terminal 2, and especially, the whiteboard application is used in cooperation with the mobile terminal 2 to complete multi-terminal interaction. The interactive flat plate 1 and the mobile terminal 2 are accessed to the same wireless hotspot, or the interactive flat plate 1 is used as the wireless hotspot to be connected with the mobile terminal 2, or the mobile terminal 2 can be connected with the interactive flat plate 1 through other relay devices connected with the interactive flat plate 1, and data transmission is realized by two hardware devices on the basis of realizing connection in a conventional way, and a data transmission process is not described in detail herein.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the method for displaying the whiteboard note specifically includes:
step S101: receiving note data edited and sent by a mobile terminal, wherein the note data carries note contents generated at the mobile terminal and a first terminal identifier corresponding to the mobile terminal.
In an application scenario in the scheme, the mobile terminal receives an editing operation of a user at an application interface which establishes a communication connection with the whiteboard application, so as to generate note contents which the user needs to send to the whiteboard application for displaying, wherein the note contents may be handwriting input, input method input, local storage contents and the like. When the note content is sent, the data packet carrying the note content also carries a terminal identifier of the mobile terminal, where the terminal identifier may be a static account such as a mobile phone number corresponding to the mobile terminal and a user account of a related application, or may be a temporary identifier (automatically generated or manually input by a user) generated for the current interaction activity, and the temporary identifier is cancelled after the current interaction activity is finished and the whiteboard application is exited.
In addition to creating new whiteboard notes, based on existing sending records and data connection, a user can also modify and resend the sent whiteboard notes, the whiteboard application redisplays the whiteboard notes according to the resent note data, and the newly modified and displayed whiteboard notes generally do not change the display state before modification.
In addition, data transmission between the whiteboard application and the mobile terminal is distinguished from data transmission between the interactive tablet and the mobile terminal. Specifically, data transmission between the whiteboard application and the mobile terminal actually refers to data transmission between the interactive tablet and the mobile terminal under the software system of the whiteboard application, that is, data transmission between the interactive tablet end and the mobile terminal end of the whiteboard application. The establishment of the data connection is specifically realized by the following two steps:
displaying a two-dimensional code on the whiteboard interface, wherein the two-dimensional code carries link information for identifying and accessing the whiteboard application by the mobile terminal;
and responding to a link request initiated by the mobile terminal through the link information to establish a data channel, wherein the data channel is used for receiving note data sent by the mobile terminal.
Under the condition that the interactive flat plate and the mobile terminal have access to a network (an extranet or a local area network), the display interface of the whiteboard application of the interactive flat plate displays the two-dimensional code to provide link information, and the mobile terminal scans the code based on the mobile version of the whiteboard application, so that the establishment of a specific data channel can be completed, and then the sending of note data and the feedback of the whiteboard application at the interactive flat plate end to preset information are realized.
Step S102: and extracting the first terminal identification from the note data, and confirming a target display area corresponding to the first terminal identification, wherein the target display area is one display area in a display interface of the whiteboard application.
When the latest received note data is displayed, a target display area of the note data is determined. Under the condition that the content of the note data is not analyzed, the association relationship between the note data and the existing displayed whiteboard note in content cannot be determined through the content, at the moment, the association relationship between the note data and the existing whiteboard note can be confirmed through the source of the note data, and a display layout based on the source is established, namely, the whiteboard notes from the same mobile terminal are displayed in the same display area.
Specifically, step S102 may be further implemented by steps S1021-S1024:
step S1021: and extracting the first terminal identification from the note data, wherein the terminal identification associated with the display area is matched with the first terminal identification.
The terminal identifier associated with the display area may be obtained by traversing the terminal identifiers carried by the whiteboard notes that have already been displayed, or may be obtained by reading a corresponding list of the display area and the terminal identifiers of the whiteboard notes.
Step S1022: and if the terminal identifier fails to be matched with the first terminal identifier, dividing a display area as a target display area according to a preset area division rule.
A specific note sending scene is shown in fig. 3, a user inputs note content "83" at a mobile terminal and obtains corresponding note data to send, after a currently used whiteboard application in an interactive tablet receives and analyzes the note data, newly-built whiteboard note data is required to be displayed, because there is no whiteboard note in the display interface 10 before the whiteboard note content is analyzed, a whiteboard note 11 carrying the "83" is directly displayed in the display interface 10, and at this time, an area where the whiteboard note 11 is located is a newly-divided display area.
In the case of no other whiteboard notes, the display area may be randomly divided, or may be divided from a certain set starting position, specifically, a position having a small influence on the display of the input handwriting in the display interface may be used as the starting position, for example, a position in the upper left corner of the display interface. If other whiteboard notes are present, i.e., other display areas are available, they are in their immediate vicinity or in other less influential locations (e.g., other corner locations).
Step S1023: and if the terminal identification is matched with one first terminal identification, taking a display area associated with the matched terminal identification as a target display area.
Step S1024: and if the terminal identification is matched with a plurality of first terminal identifications belonging to different target areas, displaying an area selection interface, and confirming a target display area according to a selection instruction received on the area selection interface.
And if the first terminal identification is successfully matched with the first terminal identification, the first terminal identification is indicated that at least one target display area corresponding to the first terminal identification can be used as the target display area for adding the whiteboard tag. If only one display area is associated with the first terminal identifier, the display area is directly confirmed as the target display area, and the whiteboard tag is directly displayed in the target display area in step S1023. And if a plurality of display areas are associated with the first terminal identifier, displaying an area selection interface, and confirming by the user according to display requirements.
The display area selection interface can specifically highlight a plurality of alternative display areas on the display interface, and then a user confirms one display area as a target display area; the whiteboard tag may be temporarily displayed in a certain candidate display area, and then the display area of the whiteboard tag may be switched by a user operation on the display interface or the mobile terminal, and when the whiteboard tag is displayed in a desired display area, the whiteboard tag may be confirmed as the target display area.
In specific implementation, a group identifier may be further added to each display area, the group identifier currently displayed in the display interface may be sent to all mobile terminals, and a user may select a target group identifier from the identifier list before sending. At this time, the first terminal identifier carried by the memo data may not be an identifier initially set by the mobile terminal itself, but any possible group identifier selected from the identifier list may be used as the first terminal identifier. The processing process after the interactive tablet receives the note data is the same, but the user of the mobile terminal can realize the appointed sending and displaying with more definite target in the communication interactive process based on the note.
Step S1023: and displaying the note data in the target display area.
During specific display, the whiteboard notes are displayed in a tiled mode, a stacked mode or a circular mode around the periphery of the display interface in the display area.
The tiled display is shown in fig. 4, where there are three display areas 11a, 11b, and 11c, which are respectively used to display whiteboard notes corresponding to three different terminal identifiers, and what is adopted in fig. 4 is column-by-column display, where each column corresponds to one terminal identifier, or actually, each row corresponds to one terminal identifier.
The display is shown in FIG. 5 arranged in a ring around the periphery of the display interface, in which three display areas 11a, 11b and 11c, respectively
The stacked display is shown in fig. 6, in which display regions 11a, 11b, and 11c have 4, 3, and 1 whiteboard notes, respectively, and the whiteboard notes in the display region having a plurality of whiteboard notes are partially stacked to reduce the display area required for each display region.
Step S103: and newly creating a whiteboard note in the target display area, displaying the note content in the newly created whiteboard note, and updating the terminal identifier associated with the display area according to the first terminal identifier.
In the specific display process, based on the overall display assumption, the display mode may be further switched in step S103.
Step S104: when the number of the whiteboard notes displayed in at least one display area reaches a set threshold value, the whiteboard notes are switched from tiled display or annular arrangement display to stacked display in the display area.
Because the size of the whiteboard interface is limited, if the whiteboard interface is displayed in a tiled mode all the time, the display of other contents can be influenced, and after a certain number of whiteboard notes are displayed, the whiteboard notes in the same display area are switched to be displayed in an overlapped mode from the tiled display mode, so that the effective presentation of other contents is ensured. Correspondingly, when the number of the white board notes in each display area is reduced to be below a set threshold value, the stacked display is switched into the tiled display or the annular arrangement display around the periphery of the display interface.
When the laminated display is carried out, the whiteboard interfaces are equally divided into
Figure BDA0002702138840000081
Each area corresponds to one display area, wherein n represents the number of the display areas. For exampleAt present, 5 display areas are divided into 3 × 2 areas according to the previous area division manner, and 5 areas are selected as the display areas. Specifically, when the display is performed in a stacked display mode, the display is started from the display regions located at the four corners of the whiteboard interface, and then from the display regions adjacent to the boundary of the whiteboard interface.
During the laminated display, if the trigger operation is detected in the display area of the laminated whiteboard notes below, the whiteboard notes are displayed on the top in the corresponding display area, and other whiteboard notes are laminated downwards in sequence.
In addition, since there are more interactions in the whiteboard application, in order to adapt to the interactive operation of the whiteboard notes and the interactive operation of other display contents, more display adjustments can be further implemented through steps S105 to S107.
Step S105: and responding to the note moving operation, and moving the whiteboard note selected by the note moving operation to a display area designated by the note moving operation for displaying.
In an interactive tablet realized based on touch, interactive operation in a whiteboard interface is usually realized through touch gestures, note moving operation is also realized through touch gestures, and a complete note moving operation needs to select a whiteboard note, move the whiteboard note and display the whiteboard note in a certain display area. One common operation mode is that a certain whiteboard note is selected by long-time pressing of a gesture (namely, if the duration of a touch point detected in a display area of the certain whiteboard note reaches a preset duration, the whiteboard note is confirmed to be selected), then a moving track of the touch point is detected, the selected whiteboard note changes the display position along with the moving track of the touch point, if the end point of the moving track is in a certain display area, the display area is confirmed to be the display area specified by the note moving operation, and the selected whiteboard note is displayed in the display area specified by the end point of the moving track; if the end point of the movement track is not in a certain display area, a new display area can be created as the display area specified by the note moving operation, and the selected whiteboard note is displayed in the display area.
In the actual processing process, if the end point of the moving track has no display area, the association relationship between the whiteboard note and the original display area can be removed, the whiteboard note can be regarded as an independent whiteboard note, and even if a subsequent whiteboard note from the same mobile terminal exists, the whiteboard note and the independent whiteboard note are not displayed in the same display area.
Step S106: and responding to batch switching operation, and switching the display state of the whiteboard notes in the display area selected by the batch switching operation.
The batch switching operation refers to batch adjustment of the display states of the whiteboard notes in one or more display areas, and is a combined operation, namely, the batch switching operation comprises selecting one or more display areas and switching the display states of the whiteboard notes in the selected display areas. For example, after one or more display areas are selected, the whiteboard notes in the selected display areas are switched to another display state by triggering the tool control in the toolbar. Common display state switching includes: switching from a visible normal display to a minimized storage display, switching from a minimized storage display to a visible normal display, deleting a whiteboard note of a visible normal display, and the like.
As described above, the whiteboard application refers to an application for a user to perform operations such as writing and displaying, and may be used to generate writing traces according to a writing track of the user on the whiteboard application interface, and may also be used to insert other multimedia elements such as graphics, pictures, forms, and the like on the whiteboard application interface. In an interactive interface of the whiteboard application, a user can realize writing, drawing, erasing and other operations similar to those of an entity blackboard, and further has better digital functions of moving, storing, zooming, inserting pictures, adjusting colors, setting stroke thicknesses and the like. Writing-based operations in whiteboard applications are a mature realization of the prior art and are not described in detail in this solution. In practical applications, the whiteboard application may also be named as a writing application, an electronic whiteboard application, a collaborative whiteboard application, and the like, and the application for realizing the above functions is equivalent to the whiteboard application of the present application regardless of changes in the name.
In using the whiteboard application, which is typically displayed full screen, the corresponding display interface 10 will fill up the display area of the interactive tablet 1 in fig. 2. Referring to fig. 4, in addition to the contents written and added during the use and the contents inserted and displayed in the display interface 10, there are various tool controls for operating the above contents, which are displayed on the toolbar 12 in the display interface 10, in the exemplary description of the present embodiment, the toolbar 12 is displayed on the bottom of the display interface 10, and may also be displayed on the left and/or right side during the actual layout, or even on the left, right, and bottom in a comprehensive manner. Some tool controls in the toolbar 12 correspond to digital implementation of the function of the entity blackboard, such as writing, erasing, turning pages (part of the entity blackboard is available), and the like, and some tool controls are function supplement controls implemented on the basis of the whiteboard application, such as cancel input, restore input, handwriting selection, insertion, and the like.
In the scheme, when batch switching operation is executed, one or more display areas are selected first, and then the batch processing process is realized by triggering the controls in the toolbar.
Step S107: and responding to a file saving instruction, and saving the display content in the display interface based on the display layout in the display interface.
When the content in the whiteboard interface is saved, the current display state and the display area distribution of the whiteboard notes are also saved simultaneously, and then the content can be displayed in a closed state when the content is watched again next time, so that the user can quickly link the thought, and the user who looks for the first time can also quickly comb the context through the relationship of the display areas among the whiteboard notes.
It should be noted that the step numbers used in the present embodiment are not limited to the execution order, and the execution of each step may be performed in a different order from the numbering order according to the interaction needs and the actual state, only for clarity.
Referring to fig. 7 in particular, on the basis of the display area layout shown in fig. 7, step S104 is executed to move one whiteboard note in the display area 11a to the display area 11c, and in response to step S104, the display area of one whiteboard note in the display area 11a changes. If the set threshold of the whiteboard notes is 4, after the whiteboard notes move, the number of the whiteboard notes in all the display areas in fig. 7 is less than 4, at this time, the switching of the display modes in step S103 is triggered, the whiteboard notes in each display area are switched from the stacked display to the tiled display, and the display state after the switching is shown in fig. 8.
Receiving note data edited and sent by a mobile terminal, where the note data carries note content generated at the mobile terminal and a first terminal identifier corresponding to the mobile terminal; extracting the first terminal identification from the note data, and confirming a target display area corresponding to the first terminal identification, wherein the target display area is one display area in a display interface of a whiteboard application; and newly building a whiteboard note in the target display area, displaying the note content in the newly built whiteboard note, and updating the terminal identification associated with the display area according to the first terminal identification. By the terminal identification-based note data partitioned display, the ordered association of the whiteboard notes during display is realized, so that the content framework of the whiteboard notes can be quickly obtained during subsequent viewing of historical contents, and the subsequent viewing readability is improved while the display position adjustment during whiteboard note display is reduced.
