The activation function device based on deep learning of claim 1, wherein: the left side and the right side of the threaded sleeve (104) are respectively provided with a guide rod (110), the outer side of each guide rod (110) is connected with the top plate (105) in a sliding mode, and the upper end face of each top plate (105) is fixedly connected with the base (101).

step 2: when external equipment is needed, the required rotating handle (707) is pulled at the moment, then the transmission line (704) is driven to move through the plug, then the plug is inserted into the jack, then the rotating handle (707) is loosened, at the moment, under the action of the telescopic spring (706), the limiting block (708) is clamped with the take-up pulley (702) through the limiting hole to realize fixation, and at the moment, the transmission line (704) is prevented from being withdrawn;
and step 3: when the equipment is operated, a large amount of heat in the equipment cannot be dissipated, so that the normal use of the equipment is influenced, and the fan (802), the cooling pipe (806), the water tank (805) and the heat exchanger (804) can dissipate heat of the equipment, so that the normal use of the equipment is ensured.
