Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of automobiles, and discloses a bus data acquisition method and device. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the line state of an acquisition line connected with each vehicle controller in a target vehicle; when the line state is a normal state, acquiring bus data output by a corresponding vehicle controller according to the acquisition line; and acquiring corresponding controller message data according to the bus data. The invention acquires the bus data of the corresponding vehicle controller according to the acquisition line so as to further realize the acquisition of the controller message data, and compared with the mode that the existing data acquisition equipment is directly connected with the OBD port of the vehicle to acquire the message information of the vehicle controller, the mode can acquire the controller message data more comprehensively, quickly and accurately.

Background
With the development of new technologies, the functions of automobiles are more and more, more and more controllers are distributed in each module of the automobiles, information interaction is carried out among the controllers through a CAN bus, the detection and sharing of data information are realized, and the CAN bus is more and more widely applied as the most main communication technology of the automobiles.
The collection and analysis of bus data is a main means for analyzing the running state and driving behavior of a vehicle, and becomes an important data analysis means for various large host manufacturers, shared automobiles, taxi companies and other units. At present, bus data acquisition equipment is mainly connected with an automobile OBD port to acquire bus data, and the bus data is analyzed and researched to acquire vehicle running information. With the increasing importance of vehicle safety, all large vehicle enterprises pay more and more attention to the encryption processing of vehicle information, the bus message data information which can be acquired through the vehicle-mounted OBD port is less and less, and even some vehicle enterprises cannot read the bus message data at the OBD port. Therefore, the data acquisition and analysis through the OBD port have a plurality of uncertainties, the completeness of the data analysis is affected, and even the project fails.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a data transmission module according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the data transmission module may include: the circuit comprises an input line (1 … 8), a detection unit (1 … 8) and an output line (1 … 8).
As shown in fig. 1, the input line 10 and the output line 60 may be twisted pair lines, the data transmission module includes an input interface 30, a detection unit 40, and an output interface 50, and the input interface 30, the detection unit 40, and the output interface 50 are connected by the twisted pair lines. In this embodiment, the bus data acquisition method includes the following steps:
step S10: and acquiring the line state of a collection line connected with each vehicle controller in the target vehicle.
It should be noted that the main body of the method of the present embodiment may be a computer service device having data processing, network communication and program operation, for example, a data acquisition device installed in a target vehicle, and the present embodiment and each of the following embodiments are described below by taking the data acquisition device as an example.
The collection circuit CAN be a collection circuit which is connected with each vehicle controller CAN bus and data collection equipment, the collection circuit corresponds to each vehicle controller one by one, for example, the vehicle controller 1 corresponds to the collection circuit 1, and the collection circuit 1 is responsible for collecting bus data of the vehicle controller 1. The line state can reflect whether the current acquisition line can normally communicate, and the line state of the acquisition line can be judged according to the state of an indicator lamp on a detection module corresponding to the acquisition line.
In a specific implementation, the execution main body data acquisition device of this embodiment obtains the acquisition lines connected to the vehicle controllers that need to acquire data in the target vehicle, and determines whether the line state of each acquisition line can communicate normally. The method for judging whether the line state of each acquisition line can be normally communicated may be to judge whether the last communication time of the acquisition line is within a preset time threshold, judge that the acquisition line is normal if the last communication time of the acquisition line is within the preset time threshold, judge that the acquisition line is abnormal if the last communication time of the acquisition line is not within the preset time threshold, that is, normal data communication cannot be performed, and adjust the preset time threshold according to factors such as the past use duration and quality of the line, for example, the last normal use end time of the acquisition line is 13:10, and the preset time threshold is 60 minutes, and judge that the acquisition line is normal between 13:10 and 14: 10. The specific implementation may also be determined according to other manners, and the embodiment is not limited herein.
Further, before step S10, to determine the collecting line connected to each vehicle controller, the method further includes:
step S101: a controller identification of the target vehicle is obtained.
It should be noted that the controller identifier of the target vehicle may be a controller identifier of the target vehicle to which data is to be acquired, there are many controllers in the vehicle, and this embodiment does not necessarily acquire bus data of all controllers of the target vehicle, so only the controller identifier of the target vehicle to which data is to be acquired needs to be acquired. The number and the type of the controllers of the target vehicle to be acquired may be adaptively adjusted according to needs, and this embodiment is not limited herein.
In a particular implementation, a data acquisition device obtains a controller designation of a target vehicle for which data is to be acquired.

It can be understood that, in this embodiment, a mapping relationship table is maintained in the data acquisition device, and the mapping relationship table stores the correspondence between the controller identifier and the acquisition line identifier.
In a specific implementation, the data acquisition device firstly determines a vehicle controller of data to be acquired, acquires a vehicle controller identifier of the data to be acquired, searches a corresponding acquisition line identifier in the mapping relation table according to the identifier of the vehicle controller of the data to be acquired, and determines an acquisition line connected with the vehicle controller of the data to be acquired according to the acquisition line identifier.
Step S20: and when the line state is a normal state, acquiring the bus data output by the corresponding vehicle controller according to the acquisition line.
It should be noted that the line state being the normal state may be a state in which the acquisition line can perform normal data communication.
It CAN be understood that the acquisition line is respectively connected to the execution main body data acquisition device of the embodiment and the CAN bus of the vehicle controller corresponding to the acquisition line, and according to the acquisition line, the data acquisition device CAN acquire bus data output by the vehicle controller. The number of the acquisition lines and the number of the vehicle controllers CAN be adjusted in a self-adaptive manner according to specific needs, for example, the vehicle is provided with an acquisition line 1, an acquisition line 2 and an acquisition line 3 which are respectively connected with a CAN bus of an air conditioner controller, a CAN bus of an airbag controller and a CAN bus of an accelerator controller of the vehicle to acquire information of the CAN buses of the controllers.
In a specific implementation, when the line state is a normal state, an input/output channel connecting the vehicle controller and the vehicle CAN bus is determined, a message ID for data interaction between the vehicle controller and the vehicle CAN bus in the input/output channel is acquired, and bus data of the corresponding vehicle controller is acquired according to the message ID.
Step S30: and acquiring corresponding controller message data according to the bus data.
It should be noted that the bus data may be output information of the controller in an output channel where the controller is connected to the CAN bus, and the message data may be information obtained by information interaction between the controller and the CAN bus.
In a specific implementation, information interaction is performed among controllers of a vehicle through a CAN bus, so as to realize detection and sharing of data information.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining the line state of a collection line connected with each vehicle controller in a target vehicle; when the line state is a normal state, acquiring bus data output by a corresponding vehicle controller according to the acquisition line; and acquiring corresponding controller message data according to the bus data. The invention acquires the bus data of the corresponding vehicle controller according to the acquisition line so as to further realize the acquisition of the controller message data, and compared with the mode that the existing data acquisition equipment is directly connected with the OBD port of the vehicle to acquire the message information of the vehicle controller, the mode can acquire the controller message data more comprehensively and quickly.

In a specific implementation, the data acquisition device determines an acquisition line connected to a vehicle controller in a target vehicle, determines a state of an indicator light on a detection module on the acquisition line, and may determine whether the indicator light is turned on by installing a temperature sensor or a brightness sensor, or may use another manner, which is not limited herein.
Step S104: and when the state of the indicator light is in a lighting state, judging that the line state of the acquisition line is in a normal state.

It should be noted that the preset acquisition line connection error prompt may be a voice broadcast manner or a visual error prompt, and this embodiment is not limited herein, and after receiving the acquisition line connection error prompt, the user may adjust the acquisition line in a manner of checking a connection relationship between each input/output interface and each input/output line in the acquisition line or a quality problem of hardware until the indicator light is turned on, so that the acquisition line is correctly connected.
