Abstract
The invention discloses a redundant communication bus data fusion method and a system, wherein two independent communication buses are respectively established by using two communication modules and each device on a slave station, and each data point on each bus is marked with a quality mark and is sent to a data processing module; the data processing module processes and quality-filters each data point on the two buses, and selects the data point with normal quality as a result after fusion.

The technical field of industrial process control automation widely needs to adopt a communication bus mode to acquire data information from each device, a redundant communication bus mode needs to be established in order to improve the reliability of the bus, and the prior art has the defect that the data information acquisition is incomplete aiming at the condition that partial faults occur in double buses, so that the effective resources of the redundant bus are greatly wasted.

Referring to the example case of fig. 1, data 2 on bus i and data 1, 4 on bus ii are dead pixels, and data 2 on bus ii and data 1, 4 on bus i are selected as the result of the fusion according to the above-described fusion method.
Referring to the example case of fig. 1, when the communication between the device 3 on the bus i and the device 1 on the bus ii fails, the corresponding data point is marked as a dead point due to the communication failure, and the data point of the device 3 on the bus ii and the data point of the device 1 on the bus i are used as the fused result according to the above fusion method.
Under the two groups of example conditions, the quality of the fused data points is normal, and the influence on the communication reliability when partial faults occur in both buses is avoided.
The embodiment of the invention provides a redundant communication bus data fusion method and a system, wherein two independent communication buses are established by two independent communication modules and slave station equipment on the buses, and effective quality information of all data points on each bus is acquired and sent to a data processing module; the data processing module processes and quality-filters each data point on the two buses, and selects the data with normal quality as a result after fusion.

and when the quality of a certain data point of the bus I and the bus II is a dead point, judging the data point as a fault data point.

the bus I and the bus II are connected with each device on the slave station;
the communication module is respectively connected with the bus I and the bus II and is used for establishing communication with each device on the bus and acquiring related data information, and the information comprises quality marks of each data point;
and the data processing module is used for segmenting all the acquired slave station bus data according to a single point and fusing redundant bus data according to the quality mark of each data point.
