Abstract
A traction type toner cartridge capable of being driven to stretch and retract in a controllable mode comprises a toner cartridge shell, an end cover and a gear sealing cover which are arranged at one end of the toner cartridge shell, a gear set and an elastic traction control mechanism; the gear set comprises a driving gear and a driven gear; the elastic traction control mechanism comprises a driving head connected with the driving gear, a connecting rod connected with the driving head, an elastic element and a control handle connected with the connecting rod, the control handle acts to link the connecting rod to drive the driving head to act, and the elastic element is elastically abutted against the connecting rod to enable the driving head to extend and retract relative to the driving gear. The phenomenon that the drive head is locked and falls off when the selenium drum is loaded is avoided, and the selenium drum loading device has the characteristics of convenience in use, simple structure, easiness in manufacturing and use, convenience in installation, avoidance of blocking phenomenon and the like, so that the selenium drum loading device is a product with superior performance in both technical performance and economical efficiency.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a traction type toner cartridge capable of being driven to stretch and retract by control.
Background
When the existing toner cartridge is placed into a printer, the driving head controls the oblique direction of the driving head through the assistance of the torsion spring so that the toner cartridge enters the printer. After the selenium drum is installed in the printer in place, a driving claw of the printer is buckled with a driving head of the selenium drum so as to drive the selenium drum to operate; the original cartridge spring is arranged on one side of the driving head, when the cartridge is arranged in a printer, the driving head is often clamped when falling or pulled out, so that the cartridge is clamped in the machine and cannot be pulled out or the driving head directly falls off from the cartridge, which brings serious inconvenience to users and influences the normal work of printing; and the existing selenium drum driving structure is complex, inconvenient to assemble, low in production efficiency and poor in stability.
In order to overcome the defects, a traction type toner cartridge capable of being driven to stretch and retract by operation is developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a traction type toner cartridge capable of being driven to stretch by manipulation, which has the characteristics of convenience in use, simple structure, easiness in manufacturing and use, convenience in installation, blockage prevention and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that a traction type toner cartridge capable of being driven to stretch and retract in a controllable manner is provided, and the traction type toner cartridge comprises a toner cartridge shell, an end cover and a gear sealing cover which are arranged at one end of the toner cartridge shell, a gear set and an elastic traction control mechanism;
the gear set comprises a driving gear and a driven gear; the elastic traction control mechanism comprises a driving head connected with the driving gear, a connecting rod connected with the driving head, an elastic element and a control handle connected with the connecting rod, the control handle acts to link the connecting rod to drive the driving head to act, and the elastic element is elastically abutted against the connecting rod to enable the driving head to extend and retract relative to the driving gear.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the driving head includes a clamping portion and a shaft connecting portion, the clamping portion is formed at one end of the driving head; the connecting rod comprises a top part movably connected with one end of the shaft part, a middle bent rod part and a tail part; one end of the elastic unit elastically abuts against the top part; and a slope sliding guide component is connected between the operating handle and the tail part, and the slope sliding guide component is in sliding fit with the operating handle.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the gear cover is disposed on the cartridge housing, and the gear cover has a clearance opening portion for the driving head to extend out and expose.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the tail portion has a slot for the head end of the oblique sliding guiding component to be sleeved; the inclined sliding guide component is provided with a chute for the inclined sliding block to cooperate and move, the inclined sliding block is formed on one side of the operating handle, and the connecting rod drives the inclined sliding guide component to move when moving.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the elastic unit includes a coil spring; the elastic unit is positioned on the inner side of the top part, and the elastic direction of the elastic unit is parallel to the axial lead of the connecting shaft part.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the top portion and the middle curved rod portion are inclined; the middle bent rod part, the top part and the tail part form an integrated structure, and the middle bent rod part is provided with a cavity.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the elastic unit is disposed in a limit guide hole of the cartridge housing; the selenium drum shell forms a positioning guide groove for placing the connecting rod.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the embodiment of the present invention preferably provides a traction type toner cartridge capable of being operated and driven to stretch, which includes a toner cartridge housing 1, an end cap 2 and a gear cover 3 mounted at one end of the toner cartridge housing 1, a gear set 4 mounted on the end cap, and an elastic traction operation mechanism 5.
The gear set 4 comprises a driving gear 41 and a driven gear 42; the elastic traction control mechanism 5 comprises a driving head 51 connected with the driving gear 41, a connecting rod 52 connected with the driving head, an elastic element 53 and a control handle 54 connected with the connecting rod 52, wherein the control handle 54 acts to link the connecting rod 52 to drive the driving head 51 to act, and the elastic element 53 is elastically abutted against the connecting rod 52 to enable the driving head 51 to extend and retract relative to the driving gear 41.
The driving head 51 comprises a clamping part 511 and a connecting shaft part 512, wherein the clamping part 511 is formed at one end of the driving head 51; the connecting rod 52 comprises a top 521 movably sleeved on one end of the shaft part 512, a middle bent rod part 522 and a tail 523; one end of the elastic unit 53 elastically abuts against the top 521; a slant slide guide member 55 is connected between the operating handle 54 and the tail portion 523, and the slant slide guide member 55 is in sliding fit with the operating handle 54. The gear sealing cover 3 is arranged on the selenium drum shell 1 in a covering mode, and the gear sealing cover 3 is provided with a clearance opening part 31 for the driving head 51 to extend out and expose.
The tail 523 is provided with a slot for the head 551 of the oblique sliding guide member to be sleeved; the inclined slide guiding member 55 has a sliding slot 552 for the inclined slider 541 to cooperate with, the inclined slider 541 is formed at one side of the operating handle 54, and the link 52 drives the inclined slide guiding member 55 to move when moving. The elastic unit 53 may employ a coil spring; the elastic unit 53 is located inside the top 521, and the elastic direction thereof is parallel to the axial line of the connecting shaft 512. The top 521 and the middle bent rod 522 are inclined; the middle bent rod part 522, the top 521 and the tail 523 form an integrated structure, and the middle bent rod part 522 has a cavity. The elastic unit 53 is arranged in the limiting guide hole 11 of the toner cartridge shell 1; the selenium drum shell 1 forms a positioning guide groove 12 for placing a connecting rod.
When the cartridge is used, when the cartridge is loaded into or taken out of the printer, the operating handle 54 is pinched by hands, the operating handle 54 slides in the inclined sliding block 541 in the sliding groove 552, the inclined sliding block 541 pulls the connecting rod 52 for a certain distance in the opposite direction of the driving head 51, the connecting rod 52 pulls the driving head 51 of the cartridge at the same time, and when the driving head 51 enters the side surface of the cartridge protecting cover, the cartridge can conveniently and smoothly fall into a printer mounting cavity. When the toner cartridge smoothly falls into the printer and the hand is loosened, the elastic force of the elastic unit 53 pushes the connecting rod 52 out of the driving head 51, so that the driving head 51 is stably meshed with the driving claw of the printer, and the driving head 51 of the toner cartridge is driven by the driving claw of the printer to realize printing operation, thereby solving the problems of quality troubles caused by the fact that the driving head is blocked and falls off when a user uses the original toner cartridge. The invention has the characteristics of convenient use, simple structure, easy manufacture and use, convenient installation, no blocking phenomenon and the like, thus being a product with superior performance in both technical and economic properties.

Claims (7)
1. A traction type toner cartridge capable of being driven to stretch and retract in a controlled mode is characterized by comprising a toner cartridge shell, an end cover and a gear sealing cover which are arranged at one end of the toner cartridge shell, a gear set and an elastic traction control mechanism;
the gear set comprises a driving gear and a driven gear; the elastic traction control mechanism comprises a driving head connected with the driving gear, a connecting rod connected with the driving head, an elastic element and a control handle connected with the connecting rod, the control handle acts to link the connecting rod to drive the driving head to act, and the elastic element is elastically abutted against the connecting rod to enable the driving head to extend and retract relative to the driving gear.
2. The steerable drive telescopic pull cartridge of claim 1, wherein: the driving head comprises a clamping part and a connecting shaft part, and the clamping part is formed at one end of the driving head; the connecting rod comprises a top part movably connected with one end of the shaft part, a middle bent rod part and a tail part; one end of the elastic unit elastically abuts against the top part; and a slope sliding guide component is connected between the operating handle and the tail part, and the slope sliding guide component is in sliding fit with the operating handle.
3. The steerable drive telescopic pull cartridge of claim 2, wherein: the gear sealing cover is arranged on the selenium drum shell and provided with a clearance opening part for the driving head to extend out and expose.

The steerable drive telescopic pull cartridge of claim 3, wherein: the tail part is provided with a slotted hole for sleeving the head end of the oblique sliding guide component; the inclined sliding guide component is provided with a chute for the inclined sliding block to cooperate and move, the inclined sliding block is formed on one side of the operating handle, and the connecting rod drives the inclined sliding guide component to move when moving.
5. The steerable drive telescopic pull cartridge of claim 4, wherein: the elastic unit includes a coil spring; the elastic unit is positioned on the inner side of the top part, and the elastic direction of the elastic unit is parallel to the axial lead of the connecting shaft part.
6. The steerable drive telescopic pull cartridge of claim 5, wherein: the top and the middle bent rod part are inclined; the middle bent rod part, the top part and the tail part form an integrated structure, and the middle bent rod part is provided with a cavity.
7. The steerable drive telescopic pull cartridge of claim 6, wherein: the elastic unit is arranged in a limiting guide hole of the selenium drum shell; the selenium drum shell forms a positioning guide groove for placing the connecting rod.
