Abstract
The invention relates to a sealing structure for a pipeline interface of an R744 air-conditioning heat pump system, which comprises an air-conditioning hard pipe, an air-conditioning hose, an air-conditioning pipe counter-hand piece sleeved outside the air-conditioning hose, a connecting piece connected with the air-conditioning pipe counter-hand piece, a spherical joint hermetically connected with the connecting piece, and a transition joint connected with the spherical joint, wherein the transition joint is connected with the air-conditioning hard pipe; the nut is screwed with the connecting piece, and the spherical joint is axially screwed and extruded through the nut to cause the local deformation of the metal gasket on the joint so as to realize sealing. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of stable and reliable sealing, wide application range, low assembly requirement and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of R744 air-conditioning heat pump systems, in particular to a sealing structure for a pipeline interface of a R744 air-conditioning heat pump system.
Background
At present, under the environment facing the development of refrigerant substitutes, CO2 stands out among numerous alternatives in terms of environmental protection and excellent thermophysical properties. The CO2 has large temperature difference in the gas cooler in a transcritical circulation state, and is widely applied to a heat pump hot water system.
The working pressure of the R744(C02) air-conditioning heat pump system reaches 170bar at most, the working temperature is-40 ℃ to 170 ℃, the R744(C02) air-conditioning pipeline interface is tightened by a pressing plate through a bolt for connection at present, and sealing is realized by compressing a metal gasket or a nonmetal elastic gasket, however, the nonmetal elastic gasket only plays a fixing role, the metal gasket is extremely easy to damage, sensitive and fragile, and the leakage risk is extremely high. For the specific sealing means, the compression of the metal gasket by the eccentric compression of the end face of the pressure plate is adopted in many ways, and the compression deformation amount of the compression mode is not uniform enough. The connection and sealing mode has higher requirements on the machining size precision of parts, and if the parts are not well matched with each other during assembly, effective sealing cannot be realized, namely the structure of the pressure plate cannot meet the performance requirements of an air-conditioning pipeline under the working conditions of high pressure (170bar) and high and low temperature (-40 ℃ -170 ℃); meanwhile, the durability of the pulse generator under the actual working condition of high and low temperature circulation has certain risks.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a sealing structure for a pipeline interface of an R744 air-conditioning heat pump system, wherein a metal gasket is axially compressed by a ball head for sealing, the turnover compression amount of the gasket is uniform, and a more reliable and stable sealing effect can be achieved by matching with the screwing action of a nut.

2) The sealing structure has low requirement on precision of parts and low requirement on assembly matching of pipeline interfaces, and can greatly improve the application range of the sealing structure.
3) The pipeline can be repeatedly installed, only the metal spherical gasket needs to be replaced, the replacement cost is low, and the assembly requirement is lower.

Examples
The invention relates to a sealing structure for a pipeline interface of an R744 air-conditioning heat pump system, which is characterized in that compared with the traditional mode that a pressing plate end surface eccentric compression metal gasket is adopted for sealing an R744(C02) air-conditioning pipe pressing plate, the sealing structure adopts a ball head axial compression metal gasket for sealing, and the turnover compression amount of the gasket is uniform.
The structure of the sealing structure of the present invention is shown in fig. 1, and includes: the air conditioner pipe pair piece comprises an air conditioner pipe pair piece 1, a connecting piece 2, a metal spherical gasket 3, a spherical joint 4, a nut 5, a transition joint 6 and an air conditioner hard pipe 7.
The air conditioner pipe opponent member 1 is sleeved outside the air conditioner hose 8, the air conditioner pipe opponent member 1 is connected with the spherical joint 4 through the connecting member 2, and the air conditioner hose 8 sequentially extends out of the air conditioner pipe opponent member 1, the connecting member 2 and the spherical joint 2. The other end of the spherical joint 4 is connected with a transition joint 6, the wall thickness of the transition joint 6 is larger than that of the hose, and the transition joint 6 is connected with an air-conditioning hard pipe 7.
The ball joint 4 comprises a square head 41, a ball 42 and a loop bar 43 which are connected in sequence. The contact surface of the ball 42 and the cuboid head 41 is a square horizontal plane. The sphere 42 includes a small diameter hemisphere and a large diameter hemisphere connected to each other. The hemisphere with the smaller diameter is connected with the square head 41, and the hemisphere with the larger diameter is connected with the sleeve rod 43.
The connecting member 2 is provided with a central through hole for penetrating the air-conditioning hose 8 from the connection with the air-conditioning pipe pair member 1 to the connection with the ball joint 4. The central part of the connecting end of the connecting piece 2 and the spherical joint 4 is provided with an inner concave part with the inner diameter larger than that of the central through hole, and the inner concave part consists of an inner square concave hole 21 and a conical concave hole 22 connected with the square concave hole 21. The shape and volume of the square concave hole 21 are matched with the square head 41 of the ball joint 4. The shape and size of the conical concave hole 22 are matched with the shape and volume of a hemisphere with a small diameter of the sphere 42.
The metal spherical gasket 3 is sleeved and embedded on the hemisphere with the small diameter of the spherical joint 4, the square head 41 of the spherical joint 4 is inserted into the square concave hole 21 of the connecting piece 2, then the nut 5 is sleeved at the joint of the connecting piece 2 and the spherical joint 4, so that the spherical joint 4 is screwed with the connecting piece 2, the nut 5 drives the spherical joint 4 to extrude the conical surface concave hole 22 of the connecting piece 2, the conical surface concave hole 22 and the hemispherical outer surface of the sphere 42 form a sealing structure with a complementary conical surface, and the metal spherical gasket 3 is deformed with a conical angle contact part to realize sealing. After the sealing connection, the loop bar 43 of the spherical joint 4 is welded with one end of the transition joint 6, and the other end of the transition joint 6 is welded with the air-conditioning hard pipe 7.
The invention adopts the metal spherical gasket to be externally embedded and installed on the spherical joint, and can be connected with the square concave hole in the connecting piece in place through the head part of the spherical joint protruding out of the square body (the head part of the square body). The nut is screwed with the connecting piece, the spherical joint is axially screwed and extruded through the nut to enable the metal gasket on the joint to locally deform to realize sealing, and the performance requirements of the air-conditioning pipeline under the working conditions of high pressure (170bar) and high and low temperature (-40 ℃ -170 ℃) can be met. In addition, the sealing structure has low requirements on precision of parts and low requirements on assembly and matching of pipeline interfaces.
