s2: the outer wall of the inner mold frame 2 is in a leveling state, a wrench 55 on the scissor jack 3 is adjusted, the positions of the left inner mold plate 23 and the right inner mold plate 24 are adjusted through the scissor jack 3, the two ends of the left inner mold plate 23 are aligned with the left side of the front inner mold plate 21 and the left side of the rear inner mold plate 22, and the two ends of the right inner mold plate 24 are aligned with the right side of the front inner mold plate 21 and the right side of the rear inner mold plate 22;
s3, assembling the outer mold frame 1 at the periphery of the inner mold frame 2, and enabling the inner mold frame 2 to be positioned inside the outer mold frame 1;
s4, placing the template fixing block 5 on the template fixing groove to ensure that the middle part of the template fixing block 5 is superposed with the middle part of the inner mold frame 2;
and S5, adjusting the distance between the inner mold frame 2 and the outer mold frame 1 in the horizontal direction along the longitudinal center line direction of the inner mold frame (2) through the template fixing block 5, and positioning and adjusting the distance between the inner mold frame 2 and the outer mold frame 1 in the horizontal direction along the transverse center line direction through the positioning plate 41 and the positioning bolt 42.
In the above step S5, the manner of adjusting the distance between the inner mold frame 2 and the outer mold frame 1 by the mold fixing block 5 is: the worker drives the first fixing block 51 to rotate through the rotating handle and the rotating rod, the first fixing block 51 can drive the external threaded rod 53 to rotate in the rotating process, the second fixing block 52 can move towards the middle of the inner mold frame 2 or towards the outer mold frame 1 when the external threaded rod 53 rotates, and at the moment, the distance between the inner mold frame 2 and the outer mold frame 1 is adjusted through the template fixing block 5.
In actual operation, the template fixing block 5 may also adjust the distance between the inner mold frame 2 and the outer mold frame 1 in other manners, for example, a worker may fix the relative position of the first fixing block 51 and the second fixing block 52 in the template fixing block 5, and then adjust the positions of the inner mold frame 2 and the outer mold frame 1.
The mode that people adjust the distance between interior mode frame 2 and the outer mode frame 1 through locating plate 41 and set bolt 42 does: the distance between two positioning bolts 42 on the positioning plate 41 is equal to the distance between the inner mold frame 2 and the outer mold frame 1 in the design drawing, then the inner wall of the outward mold frame 1 is contacted with one positioning bolt 42, the outer wall of the inner mold frame 2 is contacted with one positioning bolt 42, and when the outward mold frame 1 and the inner mold frame 2 are contacted with the positioning bolts 42, the adjustment of the distance between the inner mold frame 2 and the outer mold frame 1 is realized.
