Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of stay wire base films and discloses a BOPP (biaxially-oriented polypropylene) or BOPET (biaxially-oriented polyethylene terephthalate) stay wire base film. The base film of the guy wire is manufactured by adopting a biaxial stretching process and an ABC three-layer die head structure, and comprises a base film layer, a coating layer, an information layer, an upper glue layer, a dielectric layer and a grating layer, wherein the base film layer is a BOPP film or a BOPET film, the thickness of the base film layer is 12-35 mu m, the dielectric layer is a PET or PP glue coating layer, and the total thickness of the dielectric layer is 30-40 mu m. The base film of the pull string is used in combination with cigarette film products, has consistent thermal shrinkage rate, and is used for unsealing pull strings of cigarettes, tea leaves, medicines, foods and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of stay wire base films, in particular to a BOPP or BOPET stay wire base film.
Background
In order to ensure that cigarettes, tea and express boxes are smoothly packaged, a small thread end is protruded, and the package at the thread end is easy to unseal, the invention develops a BOPP or BOPET stay wire, which belongs to an unsealing stay wire and mainly improves the characteristics that a film and the stay wire are uniformly contracted, and the packaging film is flat and has no wrinkles.

Preferably, the laser anti-counterfeiting packaging material is used for laser anti-counterfeiting packaging.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the stay wire base film and the cigarette film products shrink synchronously, and the effect of flatness and wrinkle-free of the skin of the shrink package is effectively ensured.
(2) The special polyolefin material is adopted as the surface layer, and the product is provided with anti-counterfeiting and excellent gluing functions by being molded and aluminized.
(3) High-magnification stretching orientation is carried out, so that the silicone oil has good mechanical properties and surface activity, and the silicone oil is ensured to be uniformly coated.
(4) The excellent process control level ensures a shrinkage level of 5-8% in the longitudinal direction and 0-2% in the transverse direction.

Example 1
The BOPP film is adopted as a base film, and then a coating layer, an information layer, an upper glue layer, a medium layer and a grating layer are sequentially formed on the base film, wherein the thickness of the base film is 25um, the medium layer is a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) glue coating layer, the total thickness is 35um, the functional layer can be used for molding the information layer of the BOPP, and the thickness of the layer is 3um, so that the stay wire base film is prepared.
The base film of the stay wire has the following advantages:
(1) the stay wire base film and the cigarette film products shrink synchronously, and the effect of flatness and wrinkle-free of the skin of the shrink package is effectively ensured.
