(3) mixing water and an anhydrous alcohol solvent according to a mass ratio of 1: 8-1: 10, adding ethyl orthosilicate with the mass of 0.02-0.07 time of that of water and a catalyst with the mass of 0.2-0.5 time of that of water, stirring and mixing to obtain a concrete waterproof agent blank, and mixing the concrete waterproof agent blank and a calcium sulphoaluminate expanding agent according to the mass ratio of 5: 1-8: 1, adding a novel polyurethane mixture accounting for 0.3-0.5 time of the mass of the concrete waterproof agent blank and silicon rubber granules accounting for 0.3-0.5 time of the mass of the concrete waterproof agent blank, and stirring and mixing to obtain the concrete waterproof agent.
Further, preferably, fluorgypsum powder is used as the gypsum powder in the step (1).
Further, it is preferable that the temperature of the calcium sulfoaluminate in the step (1) is set to 30 to 35 ℃.

3. Ferric sulfate can provide sulfate radicals, promote the formation of ettringite, enhance the expansion effect, form ferric hydroxide colloid and improve the compactness of concrete.

In this embodiment, the gypsum powder in step (1) is fluorgypsum powder.
In this example, the temperature of the calcium sulfoaluminate in the step (1) was set to 30 to 35 ℃.

a. limiting expansion rate: 7d in water is more than or equal to 0.025 percent, and 28d in water is less than or equal to 0.10 percent;

c. mixing amount: adding 8-12% of the concrete gel material according to different positions and engineering requirements;
d. compressive strength: the setting time is not lower than that of the reference concrete, and the setting time is the same as that of the reference concrete, so that the slump is not influenced;
e. the adaptability to chemical additives is good, the alkali content is low, and the hydration heat of concrete can be reduced by more than 10-15%;
f. durability: the anti-permeability grade is more than P30, and the anti-freezing grade is more than F150; the corrosion inhibitor does not contain chloride ions and has no corrosion effect on the steel bars; the chemical erosion resistance, the wear resistance and the carbonization resistance are superior to those of common concrete; no toxicity, no smell and no influence on water quality.
g. The shelf life is one year, and after expiration, the physical performance test is carried out again, and the product can be used continuously after being determined.
h. Should be placed in dry place, strictly protected from moisture, if block, should be pulverized for use, and its performance is unchanged.
