Background
The material split charging machine is a mechanical device for completing quantitative split charging of powdery or granular material products. At present, the existing material split charging machine has high applicability to materials with good fluidity, namely, the split charging precision is high. When the subpackage materials are high in viscosity and poor in flowability, the viscous materials are very easy to adhere to the inner wall surface of a metering container of the subpackaging machine, so that the materials entering the metering container cannot be completely filled into the material subpackage packaging bag, and the problems of poor subpackage precision, insufficient packaging quantity, low subpackage packaging qualification rate and the like are caused. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and designs the viscous material subpackaging machine for assembling the anti-adhesion metering device by combining the actual requirements for the use of the viscous material subpackaging operation at present, so that the purposes of no adhesion of the viscous material and the metering container, accurate subpackaging metering, good subpackaging quality and strong adaptability in the subpackaging operation are achieved.

The invention fully utilizes the wall attachment characteristic and principle of flowing gas, forms a flowing gas protective layer on the inner surface of the inner cylinder wall of the anti-adhesion metering device, isolates the direct contact between the viscous materials and the inner surface of the inner cylinder wall, avoids and eliminates the non-quantitative sticking of the viscous materials in the metering device, ensures that the accurately metered viscous subpackaged materials completely enter the packaging bag in the packaging bag heat sealing device, and has the characteristics of novel, unique and reasonable structure, good anti-adhesion effect, high material subpackaging precision, strong applicability, reliable use and high automation degree.
